Aircel — Money deduction | |||
money has been deducted from my aircel sim. Rs.30 has been deducted. I have made a complaint but there is no response.I made a complaint on 7/1/2012. They told the problem will solved by 13/1/2012. the complaint id is SR 1-[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

I just use an internet for very less time and the company deduct Rs. 78 & when i talked to their customer care, they didn't talk good at all and it was like worst Communication ever.

9Few minutes ago I complaint against AIRCEL .After complaining they deducted 10 Rs more.. I don't know whats happening with me..I don't even try to call the customer care as because I will not get any justice from their side. Total Rs- 78 deducted from my account.I want my money back.I need your support to sort out my problem. Thanks

i ve sent mail twice ti aircel network... but no response from them... am really very upset becas of their servic... they auto renewing the power play video club which i din subscribe... i got msg from aircel that it was unsubscribed but still they charging 5 rs for every four days... i need to change to anoter nw.

This is to bring to your notice that i have been subjected to unfair deductions of my prepaid balance.
I got a recharge of Rs.30/- Some days back. Rs.23 /- was deducted towards the activation of ONE MONTH SONG PACK.
It’s not a 1st time, I got recharged many time and always deducted from my account without any information or permission. They activated tags self.
I spoke to the customer care but they were not able to provide any convincing answer.I request many time at customer care to activate DND but they didn’t activate till now.
I request you to please look into this matter and revert my balance.
