[Resolved]  Aircel — sim activated but not make call

Aircel — sim not active

I brought a new post paid connection from aircel outlet neelam bata road faridabad on 23.07.2009. now after 5 day has passed but it is not activated yet. my sim no is[protected]. how much time it takes to activate?????????????????????. when there is no any contact no. attoted to the outlet for query. and cutomer care does not reply till half an hour continueus call.

I buy a aircel prepaid sim card but this is not activate because any minystor are not open.
so i very sad plz activate my prepaid sim card.

i can't creat my nub's account online plz helpme my nub-[protected].

and plz solve my problem

i recharge my account 30rs but i was not get that

Aircell Company — Sim not activated

I have applied for new connection of Aircell connection on 15th February, 2012 and submitted all documents through the authorized agent who gave me No. [protected]. On my enquriy when the sim is not activated till 17th Feburary, 2012, it was intimated to me that the photographs attached with the form are to be changed as the paper used for taking these photographs are not superior as intimated by the Company. Accordingly, I have submitted another photographs. When even after 18th February, 2012, the sim was not activated, I again visited the authorized agent and equire about my activation. He informed that the Company has rejected the form as the State Subject certificates is not legible. I again submit a copy of legible state subject.

It is astonishing that till date(i.e 21st February, 2012), the sim is not activated and for that I have suffered great deal of harrassment by the Company.
