[Resolved] Aircel — Sold new connection with wrong information | |||
I want to raise a complaint for pitching in a false offer by the Aircel sales executive be giving me the 249 Super Value Plan saying it has 650min of free calls and 250 MB of free data every month. Whereas after getting the 2nd cycle bill (where all the internet usage was charged) I came to know that it is just a trial offer for a month as confirmed by the call center executive. This is really a shocking surprise which shows a clear case of misguidance to corporate customers just to sell Aircel connection.
