[Resolved] Aircel Tamilnadu — Refund Balance Deduction | |||
Sept09-2012 at 10.18am I recharge with Rs50 to my Aircel prepaid, mobile no [protected]. Transaction number TNR[protected] and my balance 48.98. after few hours Rs 30 has been deducted from my account. I didn't subscribe any servicves and don't want that kind of value added services. So please I kindly request you to stop the Value added services(if any) from my no and i Request you to refund the amount which deducted from my Aircel Prepaid Account. Thanking you.. This had been happened to me as well. I have tried calling aircel customer service many times, since my balance has been deducted thrice last month. Each time you have deducted Rs.30. The worst part is I haven't activated anything from my number and your executives neglect that. Kindly look into the details since I have been using Aircel for a long time and I value the service. Just resolve this balance deduction issues.
And once the complaint is registered my number is being barred to call the customer service. That is very rude from your end. please resolve that too.
