Any service provider follows the practice of adjusting amount in their invoice without giving prior notice to the user. Aircel is no different.

Aircel — Very poor service
Even after long back i didnt thought that it will repeat again the amt deduction is done for my new aircel no that is [protected] which was been happened for my old no and i have not got any update for the 1st no amt deduction. and cust care executives are misbehavour they tell to be on line for 30 sec but even after 45 minites holding the line no response call has been disconnected,what is wrong with you all pull out the call details which i have made to customer care then resolu the problem it needs to be improved lot i had good opinion about service but now never. take action on urgent basis or else it will reach to the dept******* which i made on 16-feb-2010 the last update details are as belowAircel Telecom

AIRCEL TELECOMMUNICATION — poor GPRS service
This is to inform the authority of the ASircel telecommunication service that i have several time call the customer care and file a complian regarding the poor GPRS service on the[protected], complian ID 1-[protected], and mobile no. is [protected] but the problem is still the same no action have beem take on this complai as i us this service for the past 4 months it was very good but for the past 20 day the problem arrises and when i file a complia the operator just tell me that there is a techinical problem and i will soon be solved. i want the authority to solve my porblem as soon as posiable. thank you Yes this definitely seems to be a technical problem and undoubtedly they are trying to resolve it, Visit any company store and they will confirm you the status of your request.
I am Dipankar Biswas, live at gobardanga. i am using the aircel connection for 3 years. i purchased 20 pcs of recherged card of Rs.11/- . on the top up card i saw the facilities. it was providing us unlimited taking balance for one day (a2a) suddenly the offers turns limited offer i.e 180 min . that is why i have been sufering the financial loses. my mobile number is [protected] and my email id is dipankar.[protected]@redifmail.com I hope you will take necessary steps for my loses. other wise I will live the connection. thank you.
Aircel Telecom — irresponsible service providers
good morning, i m a user of aircel telecom, my number is [protected]. service providers have renewed caller tune to my number without my permission and deducted my balance. i made a call to customer care and asked about the service, they said that they can't do anything. if service providers response in such away then where should we go fro help? so i came to you for justice. so please do justice and refund my balance and deactivate caller tune.hope the best result from you. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Aircel Telecom — Unfavourable Bill amount
i was using a postpaid connection of aircel telecom having number +[protected] Credit limit of my mobile number is 750rs. But the company didn't barred my services when i was crossing the credit limits...and every time when i make the call to aircel customer care then i got only one responce that we dont have any update regarding ur bill...and the bill genrated for my this mobile number is 2458rs...and now they are harrasing me for payment..my email id is [protected]@gmail.com... Well under any circumstances you have been charged against your usage. It is never a case where they have over charged you or wrongly billed that amount. Whereas other issues like intimating you on reaching the credit limit and other updates can be settled once you visit their nearest Aircel outlet.
