[Resolved] Aircel — Twice charging for single internet pack service

I am using aircel sim card with number [protected], on which I have activated internet pack worth 128. This is an auto renewal pack and was supposed to automatically renew on 2nd August. However in the morning I got the message that autorenewal is failed
. so I got it activated through manual payment. But in the evening the pack got auto-renewated with 2nd time deduction from my account. I tried to call at aircel customer complaint number but no one is available to listen to my complaint.Kindly consider it and ley me get my balance back

Online pack — Service not good

Hey.. My Credit card has been charged $45 just to have list of 10 urls from where I can get freelancing work as
