Dear Aircel Customer Service Team,
This is to inform you that the sms balance of which was deducted from my account, has returned me back few week ago.But its really unfortunate to say that Rs 48 which was deducted from my account for internet, still it has not returned to me and it passed more than one month after I lodged the complain above..Even I have not used a single Byte of it.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible so that I will be able to get my balance back into my main account.

Sir, I am having sms pack and around 1200 free sms left. but yesterday after 12 AM you started charging 1 rs for a sms I complained to the care and they said ur problem will be solved and we will refund your money in 48 hours but now again the problem arises and customer care lines are in hold for 45 mins kindly give me a solution
