[Resolved]  Aircel — Unwanted Subscription

i have been charged Rs 10 for every two days for some subscription called Aircel Power Play and also for Rs 5 for every 4 days for Aircel Video Club without my consent or any knowledge about this services...At this rate i am paying about rs 200 every month for services which i didn't even suscribe and not even used it. I request the service provider to stop this subscription and put an end to my misery.

Aircel is cutting Rs.5 daily from my account for Store 1 subscription which I have not subscribed. It is pathetic to continue with this operator and the customer care is not reachable regarding this issue. I have lodged a complaint on the online portal of Aircel but issues is not resolved.
I have been subscribed to GLAM diva without my permission for two or three months now and my balance is cut every month because of that. Plus I cant make calls when I have less than Rs. 20 in my remaining balance. I am way beyond frustrated being conned like this. I want my money back and cut off all my unwanted subscription. Im thinking about changing my service provider and the only reason i have not done so is because I haven't changed my number for about 5 or so years but I definitely will if i keep getting unwanted subscriptions
Today i received message that i has subscribed to Non-Stop music and they took 30 rs, perhaps I didn't even subscribe for it when I contact 198 they said to dial 155223 to deactivate it and I followed it it got deactivated and what about my Rs.30 will it return??
also I received that you have been subscribed to MGR alert please recharge to continue enjoying the service, this service also I didn't even subscribe for it so I stopped recharging my phone because I don't want to lose my money..
Always this aircel network is deducting some money for some unwanted subscription without our knowledge and confirmation. They activated general jokes in my no and dedicated, worst customer service tried contacting more than 50times in a day but no use. What is purpose of having useless customer service.
