[Resolved]  Aircel — Permanent Disconnection of my Number

Dear Sir,
I had a mobile number [protected] which I was using since last 8 years. Recently, I had ported the same to Aircel. It was activated on 20.03.2011 by Aircel. I had submitted all the necessary documents to Mr. Deepak (Mobile Number: [protected]) through the Dealer timely. After some days, I received a message from Aircel to submit the documents. I asked the dealer for the same but he told me that The papers has already taken by Mr. Deepak who is company agent and looking after that area. I contacted Deepak on a mobile number given by the dealer. Deepak told me that the ID proof (Photocopy of Driving License) has been lost and to provide the same again. I, again submitted all my papers to dealer. On 15 April, 2011 the incoming call services my number were barred. On asking, Deepak told me that my ID proof has been rejected by the company but all my services will be restored after a while and asked me to provide some other proof. This time, I provided him the photocopy of my official ID Card.

After that day I did not received any call or message from the company regarding the submission of papers. Therefore, I thought that my papers has been submitted by Deepak. But suddenly on 10.05.2011, All the services to my number has been barred permanently without any information or message.

One 11.05.2011, I went to Aircel Store for the problem I was facing but they told me that the number is disconnected permanently and can not be retained and they also suggested me to buy some another number. At least they should have put barring to my number so that I could submit the papers directly to them, before taking such an action.

This is how I have lost my 8 years old mobile number due to the carelessness of the Company and its executive. Now, nither Deepak nor Aircel Nodal office reply to my emails.

Kindly help me to retain my number

Aircel — withdrawal of my complaint

Hereby withdrawing my complaint about itemized bill of the aircel number [protected]. Really sorry for the complaint i have given. The mobile number has been entered wrongly. Sorry for the trouble.

my name is faruqahmed sd, I got a number from your network [protected], science 2010, last year i changed in portability to vodaphone, and they did not respond and I lost my connection, this is very imp but they saying that they did not have any information contact your homenetwork, i approach aircel office but they did not responding, now had a number for contact per pus [protected], plz help me

Dear Sir,

I am karthikeyan from Tamil nadu, had a mobile number - [protected], which i was using it more than 5 yrs. I went for a official trip to mumbai.Due to roaming, i lost all my balance. after 3 days. My Incoming was barred . I approached Aircel customer care. They told that, they will retain the no. But after couple of days, The number was permanently disconnected.
I tried to get it back, but no response from customer care executives.& finally the number released in some other district & some one is using. I need my number back.
