[Resolved]  Aircel — VAS charges

Im using Nokia 1100, each month Im getting charges for internet usage for the past 5 months.
When I raised complaint, they close the request without reversal after promising reversal.

My phone numbers :

[protected]
[protected]

Each month Rs.98/- is charged for each number. a total of Rs.490/- per number for 5 months.
Now for [protected], I have got a update saying reversal of Rs.220/-, not sure untill I get a bill. Which should have been Rs.490/-
No information yet for the other 2 numbers.

When contacted customer care today, they are saying I have given request(activation) for internet which is the usual thing with customer care, which I have not given any request(activation).

They are saying they will give a reversal of Rs.394/- for the other 2 numbers in the next bill.


Who should I contact to get a complete reversal of the charges. A total of 1470/-

I am sakthi Ganesh .I am using Aircel no that [protected] for past one and half years .Last 8 months I am having probelm with Aircel that in the month of feb i have recharged Rs 7 Dialer tune card through IVR immediatly i got a conformation msg also After getting Conformation message I put that card in road side .This card only for 7 days dialer tune But next day i was charged 1 Rs for Dialer tune .So immediatly i called the cus care and asked about the Hello tune charging they said sorry you did not recharge any dialer tune cards. i told everything but Simply they said without that card we are not able to raise a compliant you. At that time my call was handled by Mr. Saravanan .This is the new trick Aircel is using to cheat thier customer through dialer tune. At that time i was busy so i left that probem.After one week agian I recharged the Same 7 Rs card immediatly i got conformation message ,But the next day i was charged 15 rs for HT for 15 Days . Immediatly i called the cus and give a compliant sec time i had that card so they have activated that card after 15 days .. Then one month bak i was charged 15 Rs for friends Zone i did not activated that service So i called the aircel head office there one lady lady attened my call her name is Kavitha she is the Nodal officer said that we will deactivate that service here after you will not be charged .. I asked her to reverse that amnt she said that i will chk and tell you by eve .. So i called he by eve she said that we cannot reverse that amnt while i am spking to her immedatly she transferd my call to madurai Aircel show room there one lady attned my call and her name is Ms.Raji he asked about my issue agian i told whatever happened she said that i will chk and call you with in two days still i waited three days but she did not call me so I called 198 . I am working in chennai . Last two month there is one probelm is happening in Aircel that Tamil nadu customer dial 198 from chennai it goes to chennai cus care only .. Chennai cus care TL Mr.Sasikumar said that we will send a mail to your cus care they will call you with in one hour . I told that people My shift timing is 11am to 8 pm so arrange me call bak after 8 Pm for bfore 10.30 am they said ok sir we will do it. But i did not get any call from TN cus care.Then I went to my native due to some personal work At that time i called my cus care 198 Mr . Srinivasan attened the call and he asked about my issue's and he said that we will waive the amnt he asked me to be on line .. While i was on line he disconnect the call with out take any complainty for my issue .So on the same day night I called the cus care from my friend mobile , Mr.Rajesh Picked the call and said that he will not able to solve my probel so i asked to transfer the call to your manager he said that if you want to spk with our manager Agian call to cus care from your mobile no .So Agian i called 198 from my mobile at that time one agent attened the call her name is Ramya said that Mr.Rajesh is handling some other call he will call bak with in hour but i waied one day he did not call me.. So agian i called the cus care Mr.Saravanan attened the call i asked mr.Saravanan to transfer the call to Mangager to complaint about Mr.Rajesh and srinivasan he said that Our manager is in meeting he will call you with in one hour .. But no one called me.Then I came to chennai here i called 198 my call went to chennai cus care Mr.Nagandran TL said that we will mail to your cus care to call you with in 24 Hours .But i did not recive any call from TN cus care.So i was disappointed by Chennai cus care.. Then agian i called the cus cheenai cus care and i asked to connect the manager Mr.Sasi Kumar attened the call asked about whatever happened i informed the detials he said that i will chk and call you with in 1 Hour he did not call me. So the next day morning agian i was charged 10 RS for friends Zone i was ireated to seening that message . So i called 198( chennai cus care ) Mr.Sasi kumar said that i will solve the issue with in 2 days i told him to solve the issue within one day .So immedatly one person Called me from TN cus care who name is Sathees kumar he asked about my issues and Raised two compliants For my issues and he said that after resolving this complaiant i will call you with in two days . with in two days i Recived the complaint resolved message and VAS Packs deactivateion message .But my amnt was not reversed . i waited one week no one called me .. Agian i called 198 chennai cus care said that we ask your cus care to call you by eve after 8 pm. No one call me till 10 Pm. Agian i called 198 and i asked about Call bak immediatly he called the TN cus care through Land line and inform to call me .. Then one person called me i asked him about the last complaints he said that i chk and call you 10 min then he called me after 30 min he said that the 25 Rs waiver is not possible the VAS .. I told the detials about privious agent commitments he said that i will chk and tell you later .. That's all
With out these problem i am having two more problem in Aircel.. We are a poor people we could not got to court for this issue pls help. Do not think this is a small amnt .. if i want to earn 25 Rs i have to work 1.30 hours.. I hope the problem will be solved by you.And I am very much fed up with Aircel services.I need this no so only i am keeping this connection.. If aircel is cheating me continusly def i will change the NW

Each and every month getting some charges in VAS category without any usage.. Last moth deactivate the diallar tune reply also reveived as done.. but again this month received rs 34.20.. - For [protected]

Hello My mother is using aircel mobile no [protected] in a very basic keypad phone but this month we have been charged for internet usages however neither we can use internet in that phone nor we have used. When I visited aircel store they denied to give me waiver of this. Where I can esclate this issue.

Seriously it is mental agony what i am facing since August by the Aircel team. Due to their lack of interest in addressing my issue (increase in bill amount) when my usage is very minimal. I finally planned to change my service provide from Aircel to Airtel. Yes, when a request was sent through PORT i did receive 3 calls from 3 different people asking for reasons to change the service provider. However, to my surprise none of them bothered even to retain me. (lethargic attitude) despite me using their service since 2004.

I settled all my bills amount which was of Rs.853/- before moving to Airtel. Surprising i am getting calls and emails to settle the amount which is not the right way of treating customers like dog. Yesterday again i received a call from a female (arrogant) # [protected]. She shouted at me like anything without even letting me to speak and yes i disconnected her call as he was yelling at me as if she is the mother of Aircel. ### with her.

I asked her how come if my billed are not paid i am receiving call? she didt had answers for that. She is arrogant and rude towards me.

Let the team treat us properly, let them understand that their salaries are paid from our money.

Can someone check and resolve this issue?
