Aircel — Worst Poor Network & Poor Quality Service | |||
We havev recently ported our four cell numberss to Aircel ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) with the hope that the quality of network of Aircel in GOOD, but immediately on taking the same from the very 1st Day we have faced lots of problems with the connection / network. Most of the times, the cell are found in not reacheable modes, sometimes the messages are got geting delivered, most of the times, while calling to someone, the call drops in between the conversation & also disturbing noises comes while taliking. Most of the times, we are not able to make calls and the error message occurs - "Error in connection" . This has happened / happening with all the four connnection which we have recently ported to Aircel and we think we have done a very big mistake. Instead of our repeated complaints (More than 200 emails complaints) & also verbally telephonic complaints, no solution has been provided to the complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
