लिखने का कारण ये है कि मै एयरसेल का रिटेलर हु मेरा मोबाइल न.[protected] है मै आज [protected] पर 10रु का रिचार्ज किया परन्तु इस न.पर कोई बैलेन्स नही आया तब मैने ग्रहक सेवा केन्द्र को फोन किया तब उन्होने कहा 4 घन्टे बाद हि हम बता पाएगें | शाम को जब मैने फोन किया तो उन्होने कहा ईन्टर नेट युज करने पर बेलेन्स कटा है | जब मैने उनसे बहस किया तो उन्होने कहा आप क्या चाहते है| इसका मतलब क्या है बेवजह बैलेन्स काटा शिकायत किया तो बैलेन्स वापस |
इसलिये आपसे निवेदन है कि ऐसि मोबाईल नेटवर्क कंम्पनी पर उचित कार्यवाहि कि जाये जिसके आगे के लिये उस कंम्पनी को सीख मिले
