[Resolved]  Airtel 3G Dongle — Not getting SMS Usage

I have been using airtel 3G dongle with 6GB plan since November. Through the airtel desktop app I used to check the daily usage.
Ever since I increased the plan to 8 GB which I did in feb or so, I am unable to get daily usage details. The request can be seen in outbox(apparently outbox is the sent items here), but I never get response.

I have been dealing with their customer care/technical support for the last two months no avail.
For the last month, though I have not used much(was on vacation for a week), for the last 4-5 days I got only 80 Kbps speed, because their records show I have exhausted my 8 GB limit.


Problems:

1) I get sub standard speed for no fault of mine. Despite several requests they are not providing a solution to let customer know the usage.

2) in fact they provide useless solution to drive traffic to their site by asking me to upgrade their app. This would have probably cost my 200-300 MB of my data. But end result same. I am not receiving the Response when I send the request through app.

3) because of their insensitive, sub standard service when my kid was unwell I was unable to work from home and have to take a couple of days off. ( or pay them RS. 300 for 100 MB which I could have g obbled in 2 hours)

4) even cheap android phones show the usage on a everyday basis. Why can't airtel app show the usage details on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Just that they want to cheat people by not letting them know about their usage.

I want the rental waived for last 2 months and until I have this resolved.
If they can't resolve it any soon, I want them to call everyday and tell me the usage.

AirTel — Useage of Airtel

Dear Airtel Customer Care,

I am [protected] Life Time subscriber since from last year. Just 3 or 4 days before I have seen Airtel's 543213 advertisement

in TV. Even I used the service for 4 or 5 time in those days. Whenever I used it, directly I use to hear the latest Sawariya

songs and not for long time. You can even check the deatail of my last list in your database.

But suddenly yesterday morning, I think around 6:45 A.M, I got a message from 64611030, that "Thanks. Enjoy 10000 songs by

calling 57777. You can even add songs into MYZONE to create your collection". Afterward I checked the balance, I shocked by

seeing that my balance was reduced by Rs.30/-, which is totally unbelieveable.


Then I enquired you regarding this, on my first enquiry (Ref No. [protected]) I did not get any proper response, then in

second enquiry you said that you will give the report of my last used numbers for that enquiry I did not receive any Ref. No.

afterthat on my third enquiry the person who attended gave false reply regarding my usage. He says that I used the service of

64611030 again and again. But I received the reply at morning. Then how can I agree by his comment ?

And even you stopped attending my call.

And I think some other person is using my number without my knolwedge.

Please give or send me the proper report regarding my Rs.30/- usage.

Please consider as serious issues regarding this.
Even I too got same problem in this month bill. I have not used any Airtel Live services but telecaller told I have downloaded "something" (even she too don't know) from Airtel services. But I am getting some "junk" alerts from many services like mginger, stock alerts. I really don't know, how am getting such alerts without activating the package. Finally she took my complaint and gave the ref. No. 16062036. Now a days Bharti Airtel is getting more profit by such activities. Bharti Airtel should take some action aganist such illegal billings, otherwise company will face legal problems. If you have software problem, please contact you software vendor.

Airtel India — Receiving cheap SMS from Airtel customer

Airtel Kerala customer having mobile number [protected] is sending cheap messages from the month of September 2008 onwards .
He does not even know to talk fluently in English but knows to send cheap SMS in English. What a pitty of the person who cannot even communicate properly what he want to ask and is scared to talk openly. Knows Malayalam only ?????

Is he doing this by someone else's order than he is the most
Foolish Person in this world who does not know to even use his own brain.
i am downloaded any thing but airtel cut my balance by saying that i am downloaded brisksandbowling some java games...pls give my balance back..first 1 sms has come saying that 99rs charged and then 10rs and last 1rs, this is cheating ..

As per your representative, sending daily usage to my registered Email Id is enabled as well (She verified the ID with me once again).
Even I am not receiving the ID. At least that should help me.

Checking usage is very fundamental thing and Idefinitely need this considering that you have cap on 3G usage and you let me use @ 80KBPS after that (Do you even know what that 80 kbps means?)

No wonder Vodofone/Docomo are mockign you with the advertisement where the old man servers unlimited food with a small spoon.

I want my rental paid for the last two months returned and thios month waived off if you are not giving me the right to knwo the usage.
