    I purchased an airtel digital tv on April 21, 2013 in my name (Vikrant Sharma – [protected], [protected](brother’s number- alternate contact)) for Rs. 2290. My id is [protected].

    At the time of purchase, I was promised the following:
    1) I will get a 250 cash back in my airtel digital tv account for future recharges.
    2) I will get free naaptol and ebay coupons.
    It’s already been over 15 days today, still there is no credit made in my account.
    I contacted the customer care at [protected] to register a complain for the same on Apr1, 2013. The agent told me that a complain has been registered and the case has been forwarded. It will be resolved soon. But nothing was done till now.
    Then, I contacted again yesterday (Apr 9, 2013) at around 12.45pm. I was told that within 1 hour some senior fellow will contact me to resolve the issue. I waited till 2pm, but no call !! I again contacted at 2.15pm and asked why was there no call and why is there no credit has been made. The lady said “Please stay on line, I’ll be back”. SHE NEVER CAME BACK and then after around 8-9 minutes on hold, the call was cut by them !!
    Then I again called, again explained the issue to the guy. He said I’ll arrange for a call within 2 hours and then said, “Please be online, I’ll connect you to some senior guy”. I don’t where he connected me, but, actually the phone was disconnected !! And still, those 2 hours are not completed !!

    Till now, I neither did got any call from these fellows nor did I get my deserved cash back !!

    I guess, they promise anything to make the fool of customers thinking “who will come to fight for a mere 250 !!”.

      Hi, i had taken a number [protected] from Airtel past 7 years and suddenly they activated internet to my number without even informing me and claimed a bill amount of 5000+. As i am using dual sim phone and one more number of Idea is having internet i was thinking i was browsing with Idea number as Airtel didnt had internet. But all of a sudden they came back with huge amount of bill which i cant pay. Also no one will be mad to use the internet without rental package, which they are not understanding. And they are threatening that they will take action on me on mails. Request to kindly help on this.

        My Complain is that I had purchase a Air tel prepaid connection([protected]) in July 2012 after three months in Nov 2012 Air tel customer care called me and say sir please convert your prepaid connection in postpaid your monthly cheapest plan will be Rs.249/- and maximum Credit limit is Rs.2000 , so i had agreed with this . they send a executive at my home and he is taken my ID, photo, signature and Rs.300/- as a security deposit and fill up a Customer Application Form . after one month complete my bill is Rs.3880/- i am shocked with this bill. i called customer care that i am not agree with this bill and please convert my connection in prepaid they said me sir first you pay the bill than we will convert your connection in prepaid. After that i am not paid the bill in this dispute second months is also over and second month's bill is mail me i had check my e-mail there is Rs.3,025 bill is come. i am again shocked. Now my Question is that when my credit limit is Rs.2000/- then why company is not stopped my outgoings calls when i used Rs.2000 of my limit? Now Company's recovery team say me pay the bill otherwise FIR filled with regards section 420 against you. Sir i had paid Rs.1800/- (Rs.300 security + Rs.1500 bill ) . Now sir i request to you please help me i am a student and not pay this bill but some bill i will pay so please solve my problem.

        Bharti Airtel — airtel mobile bill

        i have 10 connection thru corpprate plan from airtel.i am not receiving proper bill every time.also last two month i have received mobile bills from airtel.last time they have disconnected my connection without informing us @ the bill.now also they have not given me bill.every time i am loosing my business due to airtel bad servcices. also they are not providing details bill after giving request many time.

        kinldy help regarding the subject.

        Airtel Mobiles — Airtel Mobile Bills not Proper

        Airtel services are getting pathetic. I have changed my billing address & updated it with the Airtel customer care. But I m still not getting my bills on my new postal address. Also whenever I complain, I have to update the same postal address & email information again. ppl working for airtel call center are pathetic, they don't have product information nor updates the information properly. 2nd thing I asked for a detailed bill for my usage so to cross check why am I billed soo much, m not getting the detailed bills, nor on my postal address and not even on my email id. though I have requested for n no. of times. Plus the login details keeps getting blocked on the website. its really frustrating to attain customer calls, where they don’t have proper info nor updates the details. Its bugging. Is Mr.Mittal listening? This may lead to customer dissatisfaction & loosing customers.

        Sir/ madam,
        we got a free offer for the free website but now you have charged Rs250 + Rs250
        for june.
        First of all please explain us if it is free website offer from your side why
        did you charged this amount and why you misguide your customers.
        Secondly, we don't want your free website and now deduct this amount from our
        bill and only then we will pay your bill. Please don't call on our landline
        because we are on vacation.

          I have recharged my no. [protected] with Rs. 67 on 19 feb 2013. According to this tariff plan all local calls should be 1.2 p/ 2 sec,but i didnot get it. I have complained many times but there is no solution till now.My current call rate is 30 p/min,neither this Rs. were creadited to my no. nor any other solution.My tariff plan will be expired upto 19 april

          Airtel — non activation of tariff

          Dear sir,
          I recharged a SMS voucher worth Rs.52/- on 06/05/10.
          Till now that card has not been activated and I am being charged Rs.1.50/- for every SMS even after paying Rs.52/-.
          Repeated complaints at Customer care has fetched me just assurances of getting my problem solved but no action taken till now.

          Kindly take the appropraite action as it has been frustrating for me.

            I'm a prepaid user of 3g broadband on my phone..before this I am subscribing a 4gb data plan/rs749 and a weeks ago my data plan my data plan already reach its limit..when I want to renew my data plan, the message always keep telling me that I cannot renew the data plan since the capacity exceed 50mb even though my data plan already reach the limit..what should I do?

                    I was using Airtel DTH with Customer ID: [protected] in Hyderabad,
                    India.Recently i have relocated my home in Hyderabad to some other location
                    so i need a technician from airtel side to reinstall my DTH .

                    I am writing this to you because I have contacted customer care for
                    Re-installation several time infact from last 15 days i am continuously
                    calling customer care number [protected] but every time i am calling they
                    are saying they will be sending the technician within 24 hrs but till now i
                    haven't seen any technician visiting my home.

                    And when i asked for escalation they are just putting my phone on hold.

                    This is really unacceptable and i am facing lot of difficulty in getting
                    such a small thing to be done.

                    if you can look into this then it would be great.

                    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Re-installation of Digital TV.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My customer ID is - [protected]. I have been relocated from Chennai to Mumbai. The de-installlation at Chennai was carried out on 26th Sep'09 and the re-installation was slated to be carried out at Mumbai on 5th Oct'09 for which the service request number was 5577050. In this regard I have made at least 10 calls to the customer care and each time I was given a date and time during which the installation engineer would have reported to my address for carrying out the said installation. The other service requests are 1189658 & 1195088.
                    Till date the same has not been carried out. May I request the concerned people involved to do the same urgently !

                    Airtel — Re-Installation customer service

                    my Airtel customer id is [protected]. Recently I have raised a service request for De-installation and Re-installation of DTH on 29th April. Till today i.e 9th May 2010 nothing happened on this. I have made more that 50 calls to customer service on this till now. I don't see any light at the end. Don't they have any service engineers in Hyderabad at all? Or simply they don't care about the customer once they sell the DTH service initially? If there is a genuine problem, they should at least call us and let us know this is the issue. Every time I call the service center I get a assurance that I will get a call or they are going to send it to escalation desk. With in these nine days I got 2 calls back asking if I got a call from service engineer and when I told them 'No' they said 'We will get back', and no progress after that. I seriously think that they need to re look their service model.

                    Airtel DTH — RE INSTALLATION

                    Hi,

                    I have shifted last month from surat to bangalore. and also took the same DTH setup box. Now I asked to Airtel DTH for Re Install in My new location. and they said once recharged the amount engineer will come and re install the setup box. I have recharged the amount and waiting for engineer for last 15 days. Even I am not able to call DTH service it will disconnected automatically.
                    My balance also reducing without re-installing the DTH service. I have raised 4 tickets to DTH service.

                    Airtel DTH — reinstallation

                    I have opened the Case # 6908999 WITH Airtel customer care yesterday and still there in no resolution to my problem. Right now I am having 5-7 phone number for technicians and they are not at all responding correctly.

                    One of technician Named Mallikarjun, Mobile # [protected] / [protected] said that he will come tomorrow ie on 14th April but when called on that date he is saying that he will come tomorrow.

                    The problem is just that the dish cannot be aligned to the correct satellite location. The dish needs to be reinstalled on a higher location and there is wall near the dish which is causing the disk not to move. To tech came in they tried to move the dish but with no success they went back as the did not have the drilling machine.

                    I am totally fed up of the service and want to move to some other provider.

                        On4th April,my previous inter net validity.expired.On 5th morning 8am i requested to stop my mobile inter net, sense to my mobile no my[protected],and subsequently the customer care person assured,and they sent the message,stating my problem been resolved.....at that time my Main balance was rs 101/..
                        Unfortunately ,my main balance slowly draining.Again i contacted customer care.the .same answer,,,when my balance still reduced,,,same request,sent, but no proper salvation.....the next day my main balance brcome in*zero* ,again i contacted,Mr Dimness tech supervisor,attended, some how he understand the problem.and he stopped inter net service,but he never settled my lost amount.Now i Demand you ,in this issue,purely your negligence,and lack of technical personalities handle this matter,for which i became victim.Hence ,,Return my lost account Rs 100/ to my mobile,main account,..immediately.

                          airtel prepaid service is illegally deducing my balance every week for last 4 weeks for sms service(Rs 11 every week).though i did not send even a single sms in last 4 weeks. i called customer care a lot of time,they says no value added service active in my mobile number. inspite of that they are deducing my balance every week. now, when i call for customer care executives,they are disconnecting my call. i lodged two complaints in comsumercomplaints.in in last 2weeks. customer care executive assured me it would not happen anain.but this is happening again.they sent me sms today saying sms service will be auto renewed in next 1 day with charges Rs 11. they even refunded my lost money for which i lodged complaints last week.

                          Airtel — refunding my balance

                          Dear Sir,
                          I purchased a new airtel SIM 40 days before(november-2010). On 16.12.2010 they deactivated my outgoing calls due to name and address mismatch.So I went nearest airtel showroom its in aundh-pune. They said you need get duplicate SIM for the same number you can get same balance and plane in the duplicate SIM also.It activated on 27.12.2010. But the balance in the duplicate SIM is around 33 Rs. my previously balance is 263 Rs. I called many times to customer care but their not giving proper solution. Please guide me to get my money back .

                            Hi,

                            I had activated 23 rs data pack by request customer care. Service activated at the same time and I was able to use this service. But after 5 days It's automatically activated service without any prior information. I have talk to customer care for the regarding problem. But she didn't give me any solution that refund money and deactivated internet service. When I requested to talk to senior concern person then she hold my call for undefined time. I wait for more than 20 minutes but didn't talk to any person. Again I try to communicate customer care but I am not able connect my call.
                            Please give me the solution that how to resolve my problem.

                            as per your sms as dated :04 nov 08 amount of bill is 766.12 Rs and i give you a check of Rs767.0/- amount but your officer understand the check amount is Rs:7670.00/- and send me SMS on dated 08 Nov 08
                            after this i comunicate this worng posting of SMS to your customur care center.
                            and he told me dont worry about this matter if check amount is wrongly posted by officer then No any due is shown in your account.
                            and check bounced will be deducted from my acount about : 500.0 RS

                              I have been using airtel 3G dongle with 6GB plan since November. Through the airtel desktop app I used to check the daily usage.
                              Ever since I increased the plan to 8 GB which I did in feb or so, I am unable to get daily usage details. The request can be seen in outbox(apparently outbox is the sent items here), but I never get response.

                              I have been dealing with their customer care/technical support for the last two months no avail.
                              For the last month, though I have not used much(was on vacation for a week), for the last 4-5 days I got only 80 Kbps speed, because their records show I have exhausted my 8 GB limit.


                              Problems:

                              1) I get sub standard speed for no fault of mine. Despite several requests they are not providing a solution to let customer know the usage.

                              2) in fact they provide useless solution to drive traffic to their site by asking me to upgrade their app. This would have probably cost my 200-300 MB of my data. But end result same. I am not receiving the Response when I send the request through app.

                              3) because of their insensitive, sub standard service when my kid was unwell I was unable to work from home and have to take a couple of days off. ( or pay them RS. 300 for 100 MB which I could have g obbled in 2 hours)

                              4) even cheap android phones show the usage on a everyday basis. Why can't airtel app show the usage details on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Just that they want to cheat people by not letting them know about their usage.

                              I want the rental waived for last 2 months and until I have this resolved.
                              If they can't resolve it any soon, I want them to call everyday and tell me the usage.

                              AirTel — Useage of Airtel

                              Dear Airtel Customer Care,

                              I am [protected] Life Time subscriber since from last year. Just 3 or 4 days before I have seen Airtel's 543213 advertisement

                              in TV. Even I used the service for 4 or 5 time in those days. Whenever I used it, directly I use to hear the latest Sawariya

                              songs and not for long time. You can even check the deatail of my last list in your database.

                              But suddenly yesterday morning, I think around 6:45 A.M, I got a message from 64611030, that "Thanks. Enjoy 10000 songs by

                              calling 57777. You can even add songs into MYZONE to create your collection". Afterward I checked the balance, I shocked by

                              seeing that my balance was reduced by Rs.30/-, which is totally unbelieveable.


                              Then I enquired you regarding this, on my first enquiry (Ref No. [protected]) I did not get any proper response, then in

                              second enquiry you said that you will give the report of my last used numbers for that enquiry I did not receive any Ref. No.

                              afterthat on my third enquiry the person who attended gave false reply regarding my usage. He says that I used the service of

                              64611030 again and again. But I received the reply at morning. Then how can I agree by his comment ?

                              And even you stopped attending my call.

                              And I think some other person is using my number without my knolwedge.

                              Please give or send me the proper report regarding my Rs.30/- usage.

                              Please consider as serious issues regarding this.
                              Even I too got same problem in this month bill. I have not used any Airtel Live services but telecaller told I have downloaded "something" (even she too don't know) from Airtel services. But I am getting some "junk" alerts from many services like mginger, stock alerts. I really don't know, how am getting such alerts without activating the package. Finally she took my complaint and gave the ref. No. 16062036. Now a days Bharti Airtel is getting more profit by such activities. Bharti Airtel should take some action aganist such illegal billings, otherwise company will face legal problems. If you have software problem, please contact you software vendor.

                              Airtel India — Receiving cheap SMS from Airtel customer

                              Airtel Kerala customer having mobile number [protected] is sending cheap messages from the month of September 2008 onwards .
                              He does not even know to talk fluently in English but knows to send cheap SMS in English. What a pitty of the person who cannot even communicate properly what he want to ask and is scared to talk openly. Knows Malayalam only ?????

                              Is he doing this by someone else's order than he is the most
                              Foolish Person in this world who does not know to even use his own brain.
                              i am downloaded any thing but airtel cut my balance by saying that i am downloaded brisksandbowling some java games...pls give my balance back..first 1 sms has come saying that 99rs charged and then 10rs and last 1rs, this is cheating ..

                              As per your representative, sending daily usage to my registered Email Id is enabled as well (She verified the ID with me once again).
                              Even I am not receiving the ID. At least that should help me.

                              Checking usage is very fundamental thing and Idefinitely need this considering that you have cap on 3G usage and you let me use @ 80KBPS after that (Do you even know what that 80 kbps means?)

                              No wonder Vodofone/Docomo are mockign you with the advertisement where the old man servers unlimited food with a small spoon.

                              I want my rental paid for the last two months returned and thios month waived off if you are not giving me the right to knwo the usage.

                                  Please help me getting Airtel Mobile connection surrender. I went to Airtel 100 ft CMH Road, Indiranagar Bangalore showroom on 30th Mar 2013 to surrender the connection [protected]. There I was waiting more than 2 hours in queue then they said to clear the outstanding amount and call 121 ad they will take further steps towards disconnection. I tried calling more than 3 times that day from Bangalore. After that I went on tour to Delhi and must have called 10 times but everytime the executive arrange a call after 4 hours which never happened.

                                  Please help I raised two tickets as well and requested for a call back if required. I'm not using the connection but the monthly bill is increasing day by day. I'm struggling to get this connection closed.

                                    In november 2012 I had applied for the airtel 3G datacard service (Internet Dongle ) .I subscribed for a package which would charge me Rs750 for 3GB and after 3GB 80 kpbs absolutely free.This ensured me my bill would not exceed rs 750.However when i received the call for verification they informed me a pack for 5GB at Rs750 is activated and after 5GB 3p per KB.So i went back to the airtel gallery asking them how did this happen .The person who had done my formalities for connection told me , its a mistake and they havent activated that package.They convinced me it will be sorted and sent a request for change of package .But next month i got to know still the pack hasnt been changed .Hence again I went to airtel gallery .He sent another request and told me not to bother it will get changed the next month ..However March 10 2013 my data services were suspended as my bill amounted to 2347 .For the next two weeks I was running to and from airtel gallery making calls sending emails.The airtel gallery officials were very rude to me ,being a lady they kept me waiting and throwing attitude and finally washed their hands saying theres nothing they can do to directly mail airtel. In my mail pleading for some kind of help as it is not my fault the wrong package has been activated . I was told an amount of 750 has been waivered and posted and another 400 will be waivered in month of april .However I recieved an sms again reminding me to pay my bill ,the waiver did not reflect hence i informed them .They confirmed the waiver will reflect in the bill .I got a call from airtel saying an outstanding amount of 1500 is pending to pay it off asap.Since I couldnt remain without an internet connection anymore I paid an amount of Rs1000 and my internet was restored . However yesterday ie. 6/4/2013 I was informed an outstanding amount of 2800 is pending and my internet is suspended once again .They claim there is no mistake in the bill .On the otherhand I have recieved paper bill of 3800.I am trapped in the game of airtel. Sick of calling their customer cares who keep diverting you to other numbers or keeping you on hold .Please help me

                                    AirTel — Internet Activation

                                    We are using 23 post paid connection no.[protected] to [protected] and [protected] and also [protected]. i want to activate Std Charges @ Rs.1.00 of all the above numbers as soon as possible.I Will pay the activation charges with our bill.

                                    my number is [protected].i am unable to call 121 prepaid customer care for more than 5 months.i have called customer care from another number more than 80 times.they are saying that it is an automated process it will be cleared in 24 hours.But i have seen may 24 hours it is not cleared.If you didnt clear i will say all my friends to throw away this wasteless sim including me.its sure sure.

                                    Airtel — charging without activation

                                    every 15 days or so i am receiving a message that rs 20 will be deducted for using airtel java games or tadkalive or some or the other. when talking to customer care executives they always say that they dont have any updates. nearly 3 months have passed and they are neither deactivating it. so every month nearly rs 40 are being charged without activating any of the services.

                                    Airtel — No Net Activation

                                    I m using Airtel for past 2 years and i thought it was the best as everytime i tried to resolve ma prb. i got a soln from Airtel people but when i got a new phone n i tried to activate my internet on mobile they send me the settings but then also i was unable to acess my internet service my Rs. 20 got waste becoz of their useless nonsense on customer care . This is the airtel custumer care executives are not picking my call only . I want my money and internet connection as fast as possible

                                    AirTel — wrong charging

                                    Respected sir,
                                    On 19th November I received a call from airtel bearing No: [protected] wherein one of the female employee of the airtel informed me that airtel is having special offer for activation of hello ring tone and for three months you have to pay rent for only 2 months. in this connection i was given choice of songs to select and accordingly i selected one of the song. However even after deducting Rs 75/ by the airtel my hello tone was activated in some other language. Such being the position i contacted several time to the customer care office of airtel but my call was dropped and again on 20th November I again contacted airtel care and talked with Mis shaheena who assured me that your problem will be solved at 10-30 today and no more charges will be deducted from my balance, as the hello tune has been activated due to oversight by the concerned executive.
                                    In the light of above it is to inform that in spite of assurance my problem has not been solved and i have been put to awkward position having no fault of mine. strict action needs to be taken and my money returned with interest and penality

                                    AirTel — WRONG CHARGING

                                    I am having a harrowing experience with airtel and their customer care.I have been having a horrible time complaining about the your sevices and your network problem.From yesterday I called customer care 50 times but nO ONE can give me rigth answer thats why i paid lot of charges u r service ,this problem latest i solved but u create me anohter problem i have received 2 massege dated on 22.4.11 time midnight 10.30 and 10:45 this two massages u charge me RS 25 each and 10Rs.more. my mobile no is [protected], i I prepaid account holder i paid to u which charges which is not activated me u cheked out my mobiles details 22 april 2011 to till date,The custmer care center is sleeeping not pickking up the call and solve my problem this time i[censored] not solved my problem then i take airtel to consumer protection court.

                                    Airtel — untitled gprs pack activated

                                    on my airtel no. unlimited gprs pack is activated and Rs.10 is deducted daily from my main account balance from 14.may 2011 kindly deactivate the service

                                    Airtel — Net pack

                                    They cut 71 rupees on 8 Sept . When i call customer care they take my complain and say that they return money before 10 Sept at6.30 pm. But they can't return. When i contact they say that you browse without net pack. But i have 244MB balance.

                                    Airtel — internet activate

                                    Dear sir,

                                    i have used this airtel number [protected]. But last few days i cant connect to Internet. Please activate inteernet service for my mobile number.

                                    still not resolved .the airtel officials wither giving me miss calls or if i pick they cut the phone while I'm explaining the case even yesterday a female called i explained the case to her and she said she would call me back in 2mins but did not ...Shocking attitude

                                      I had applied for a broadband connection on 28th march by filling an online application (with a payment of Rs 49) post which there was a call from an executive who collected my documents on the same day.

                                      However post the same there has been no contact or any service update of when the connection would be done (I was assured that the connection would be provided within 3 days). On calling the call center there was no record available at your end of the transaction i made , this inspite of me having recieved a mail from your email id confirming receipt of payment and also providing a reference number. I have called the call center 6 times on all occassions either the phone was disconnected or numbers of affliate or nodal officers were provided which lead to dead end IVR's i.e. on calling the provided numbers of the nodal officer or affliaate the IVR required for me to enter the landline number or account number which naturally i did not have as i still dont have a connection

                                        A request to close the number was made on 26th Oct .Amount of the bill was deposited on the same day.After 3 days I got a call from your customer care centre saying that excess amount has been deposited by me and Airtel will make a refund of the excess amount which was around Rs 500/- .No refund was received by me till last week and I could not follow it up due to my busy schedule. I got a threatening call around 1 week back from your office and was asked to deposit Rs.2500/- immediately.The operator actually misbehaved with me. Finally thinking that it was an irony that a company like airtel was so careless and like all mismanaged departments I would not be heard, I contacted your outlet near sec-62 Noida and Rs.1900/- was sent through someone to get the balance adjusted.
                                        Again on 30th March2013 I got a call from Ms.Sonal who not only mis behaved with me but called my daughter up and abused her also.
                                        I am a person of more than 50 years of age ,I have never come across such a shameful behavior during my gone life.I am shocked what type of persons this company is hiring?what culture is being taught to the staff at your end? Sorry but I am hurt and would like the bad natured lady to be out of the job otherwise she would continue to hurt your customer.
                                        I have settled all my dues.The poor customer has to suffer always...........
