Airtel is bad
Hi I lost my phone - airtel card [protected] is my airtel num. I called the call center and blocked the card .
One of your boy whose num is [protected] calls me on 21st and say he will issue a new card and deliver to my place. He said he will be coming by noon but without informing he came in the evening where we the had left from the place .He got late coz he dint not knew the place . Next day he said he will come for sure since now he is briefed by my dad . again he came late at 7.45pm .He did not inform . I called him and asked him he said he was stuck at grant road.
My dad gave him the right documents but without a proper check and information he asked my dad to gv his documents and number will be activated by next day morning 9am. two days card was not activated. Again I called him for the same he said wrong documents are submitted so num is inactive . He did not even call me .Why do I have to call him again and again . Next day he came and collected the documents today my num should be active by 9am but still not working .

Its really sad to say the standard of airtel is gone down and not customer centric any more . Only good in ball talks . I m not gonna pay i single penny for this month . I would like to close this number permanently . Im am suffering since 7 to 10 days just because of some lame reasons .

you lost the trust . I will never recoomand any on eto buy airtel.

    I hereby would like to inform you that I am Dyutiman Haldar, an airtel postpaid customer wish to stop my airtel connection on my no [protected]. I bought a airtel data card in 2012 and since then enjoying the connection. My pay plan was Rs 750 per month for which I was getting bandwidth speed of 7.2 Mbps till 5 GB of data. I have already cleared my bill payments till April,2013.Now, for the time being I am in no position to pay further bills due to a financial dilemma. Hence, I would request you to please stop my airtel connection on the above mentioned no.

    AirTel — DEACTIVATION OF CONNECTION

    INSPITE OF SUBMISSIONS FOR DEACTIVATION OF MOBILE NO [protected] IN FEB, 09, WE ARE REGULARLY BEING HARRASED FOR NOT PAYING THE RENT . ABOVE ALL AIRTEL CUTOMER CARE DONOT BEHAVE AS WELL.

    AirTel — Deactivation of connection

    On 14 Sep 09, I applied for a new air tel post paid mobile connection at Secunderabad. After submitting all the relevant documents and a security deposit of Rs 500/-, I was given the no. [protected]. I was contacted by an air tel exec on this telephone around the 25th, i also was contacted on the alternate no. and an airtel executive also visited my residence. All the calls were acknowledged. On 02 Oct, my phone stopped working. On contacting customer care I was informed that as I had not used my phone for some time they had disconnected it and now it could be reactivated only if I visited a airtel office with ID proof.I find this situation extremely distressing and a deficiency of service. The minimal airtel should have done was to contact me before taking such a action.

      I am so much frustrated by the service of Airtel that I request every single of you not to trust on these guys and never ever switch or buy an Airtel network. I recharged my no [protected] on 6th of may with INR749 but still after 22 days I have n't got my data balance which was deducted without any usage.

      Customer care service is so poor and annoying.. I have made almost 50 complaints so far but these so called genius rather to say bloody are not able to solve the same. I have already made plans to teach them a lesson and go for a postpaid connection and make free usage. As they have done with my hard earned money. I want to make a humble request to every one of you please make teach guys learn a lesson.

          Reference: Online recharge dated 31.12.2012 ; Transaction ID: 186192

          I used Airtel's online recharge facility (http://goo.gl/41IK9) to recharge my friend's Airtel prepaid number on 31.12.2012 at 23:54hrs. I immediately got a confirmation mail stating "Transaction processed successfully". An amount of Rs.249/- was also promptly debited from my SBI account.

          Much to my surprise, my friend had not received the recharge for said amount even until the next evening. Nor has he received till date! While I understand that transaction failures aren't unusual, my experience with other such online facilities tells me that the due process during an event of transaction failure is to refund the amount not later than 15days.

          So on 02.01.2013, I consulted the Airtel office in Mahadeshwara Nagar, Mysore regarding the same. They advised me to take it up with the "Customer care executive" on Airtel's helpline -121.

          Since then I have narrated my grievance to at least 5 customer care executives over a period of one month. None seemed to help nor offered any solutions. The executives' advice ranged from "You-will-receive-the-refund-within-7-days" to absurd ones like "You-have-to-the-consult-the-SBI-Branch-manager!!".

          I sent mails to Airtel's customer care / grievances (121.[protected]@airtel.com) explaining the same to no avail.

          Airtel — no refund of extra money taken

          i am highly disappointed with airtel Relation Ship center bahulplaza jammu this time as i have been a customer of airtel from last 5 years.
          I went to Relation Ship center Bahu plaza for closing of my no [protected] as i am shifting to deli for official reasons.but they somehow convinced me to get my no reallocated to Delhi with first 5 digits of my changed & also changed my no to [protected] from [protected] .they handed me a slip with their stamp on it for relocation in Delhi after giving my address proof .they told me to go to any RC in delhi & provide the slip given to me to them & i will get my no reallocated without issues & they also asked me to pay RS 300/- in my account which i payed them.but now in delhi the are saying that jammu RC has mis guided me & my no can't be reallocated
          & as i asked them my account balance it is Rs. -287/- & they also told me that i can't get this money back now .as i am on roaming i have to discontinue my no & i contacted 121 for this & they deactivated my sim .Now please help me out .
          please do something so that i don't lose my money & also take some action against the concerened Relation Ship center officers for misguiding
          me & taking extra money from me as i have faced lot of embarassment at southex Relation Ship center delhi.the officers there are very rude.

          AirTel — received no refund

          I have applied for a broadband connection on 7 aug 2010 at home and the site engg. took 2400 Rs. for the connection but after 10 days they say that they are not able to give the connection at my home and till today i didn't received my amount.

          Airtel Recharge — Online Payment

          I made online recharge payment to Airtel for mobile number [protected].
          Amount of INR 295 debited to my ICICI Bank account.
          Payment confirmation number is[protected].
          Trasacted on 04/10/2011.
          My mobile however is not recharged

          AirTel — Refund of online payment for recharge

          Hi,
          I was trying to make online payments for recharge of my prepaid phone but my February 9th transaction did not go through for Rs 333 and i was supposed to get refund same to my bank account but it has not happned yet.

          I did one more similar transaction on 29th february which failed but i did got the refund of the same in March. I am still waiting for my Febarury 9th refund.

            I am unable to contact customercare representative of airtel, past several months through my mobile([protected]).I haven given complaints several times but they have done nothing to my complaints till date.If it is like this,then how could I solve my problem regarding the services of mobile connection.This shows their commitments over their customers.Please do the needfull to rectify my problem hereafter,otherwise I have no other options other than legal proceedings.                 I had an airtel broadband account at Bangalore till 5th January 2013, when I moved out of Bangalore and raised a request to terminate the account. The Customer service asked me to suspend the account instead of deactivating it and then I can resume the account in Hyderabad after a month or can deactivate the same at that time. I was also told that I won't be charged anything for this. I suspended the account then and then later raised a request to terminate the account permanently. I paid all the bills till date 5th January 2013. Now I get a mail from airtel asking for an amount of Rs 1016.94. As I already terminated the account and never used the same after 5th January 2013 (infact I no longer stay at Bangalore since then), this amount is definitely NOT payable. I am really disappointed with Airtel on this issue.Its really frustrating and annoying mentally as well as financially. I used the airtel services for 2 years and all the reputation that they had built up during that period is all lost now just because of this issue.
                Eagerly waiting for some response on this and help on any further legal actions that can be taken.

                This is to inform i am using airtel broad band connection for the past 6 moths. My last two month payment was not paid by me, since i am not using a single kb o[censored]sage because of my system having the problem is it in dead condition.

                The above information was already shared with airtel while during the tele call, But they are not focus on it only reminding about the payment and forcing to continue the net connection. How can i pay with out using broad and continue the services further without using 0 KB. finally my disconnection request was taken on record as on 21 may 2018.

                I have told Airtel tell me the nominal charges i will pay it for those payment was not paid by me, but they refuse me and telling if i continue the services i will get waive of for the 50 percent other wise i have to pay full amount for the two months.

                I am really unhappy about the Airtel services will focusing only on the money not for the customer.

                    I also got same msg and found Rs 99 deducted from my account. No one is picking at the customer care. Can there be some way out?

                    Today Rs.99/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK99 without my permission.
                    I am trying to lodge my complaint from last two hours but all in vain.

                    I am using Airtel Prepaid sim in Punjab, India.
                    When i used Airtel's NOP Service to activate Internet on my mobile, 2 days after using this service suddenly my balance of Rs.200 deducted on its own. Instead of helping me customer care official blocked my calls to Customer care. If my problem will not be solved, i'll have to go to cConsumer Court.

                    With due respect i beg to say that, about 10 days ago airtel subscribed me to gandhi sms quotation pack without my permission. It sends me a sms quote daily to my cell no.[protected] and reduces rs 1 daily from my account. I made contact several times to airtel customer care, they told me everytime that your subscription will be unsubscribed. Even they told me to sms some keywords to some numbers, i did what they said everything everytime but in vain. Now i am very upset after doing all these absurd things and i want to get rid of this junk. Please help me. I cant remove my sim because i am using it for about 8 years and my colleagues and friends and family members all contacts me through this number. I will be highly thankful to you if you helped me regarding this complaint.

                    Airtel Services — Airtel -amount deducted from balance

                    Sir my name is Pallavi Pande Cell No. [protected]. I faced the problem, 30 Rs deducted in my balance of 23 dec 09. When the same is communicated to customer care executed, he refused to refun the amount. as subscription activated on your number and i can't any help, he replied me this is not my fault,this is your problem.
                    This is not first time that Airtell is activating such unwanted schemes on customer and charging the moneny. We are using the mobile to commnunication and not for the entertainment . The Audio which activated, on my mobile is not known to me. If I activated this scehem, I might have used it atleast once. Airtel can prove if I have used this servise, I am ready to pay the charge which they debited..
                    When I told to transfer to senior person from airtel, they told to talk with Nodal offier of Government of India and refused to solve the problem.
                    This is not the first time I am facing problem with Airtel. Suddenly we can't change our mobile number also as we have given this contact number to most of the places where the emergencies may occur.
                    Airtel can recall the communication I had with them that I never want any such paid entertainment services as I am using this service only for communication.
                    We are saving a paisa by all the means and airtel is taking money from our account as they are supposing that the pre-paid money of the customer is being to be used as they want for such unwanted services.
                    I request to look in this matter and solve my problem and help me to get my money back Thanks.

                    I have put standard call cutter pack for reduction of STD call rates.. I should be charged 33paise for every 1 min, but I am charged 50paise for every 1min.                     Hi,

                    I have airtel connection with me. Airtel has deducted my balance by activating services like hello tunes , follow the stars without checking with me and without my confirmation. After calling to their call center, the lady told me that I will get my balance immediately. I asked her the case number of conversation but she told that once call complete , i'll get the case id through SMS. BUT NEIGTHER I GOT BALANCE REVERTED TO ME NOR THE CASE ID TO CLAIM FOR FURTER QUERIES.

                    This is very pathatic and airtel is cheating with customers. I request te readers to switch to otehr service provider as soon as possible.

                        I am using Airtel Prepost mobile connection from last 10 year.
                        Now I have shifted to a new place - Sanyuta Vihar-59, Adharshila, Berkhedi Pathan.
                        Airtels network coverage is very very poor in this area, everytime I have to come out of my house to attened any call.

                        We all neighbors are thinking to either switch to some other network to get rid of this problem.

                        I am facing major issues with the network coverage for the Airtel at my residence, with more than 10 months into it, there has been NO resolution to this issue so far.
                        Only reason I am still with them because I don't want to change my number and waiting for number portability to start in India,

There has been a huge amount of data theft or loss even with the computer and/or the router being switched off.
                            And I've noticed this huge jump in data usage from the month after the Airtel Smartbytes Service was launched.

                            My average monthly data usage was less than 10 GB initially. After airtel launched its smartbytes service, my data limit went dry on the 20th of every month (monthly billing cycle 5th of every month). Whereas, my monthly internet usage remained the same.

                            I later upgrade to a 30 GB plan, which worked fine for about 2 months, post that, the same problem.
                            I then decided to upgrade to an 80 GB plan, which again worked fine for just a month, however, I've started facing the same problem again. And the data limit would go dry just within just 15-20 days. And all this data usage/theft, without my internet surfing habits being changed. I mean, how can I go from a 10GB monthly data usage to 80 GB, with same internet surfing, and still its falling short every month.

                            Apparently, I'm not the only one having these problems and after reading the above comments, I'm convinced that airtel's system is rigged on purpose or whatever. In a way, we're being forced to buy smartbytes and the customer service, as usual, is of no help in this regard.

                            Please bring this matter to light and someone help resolve this.

                            Data Theft — Data Loss / Theft

                            Hi,

                            I'm working in a IT Infrastructure Management company, where my job is to meet my customers regularly to know how our team is working with them, and driving quality initiatives to improve the customer satisfaction. In this kind of profile, there are lot of confidential data that our client share with me. As the profile demand, i work on my office laptop and store all this data into it.

                            More over in my laptop I also store my personal data(like my back account details, investment details, scan documents etc etc). All this data is very important. To protect the data, I need to take the regular backup of all such (personal + client side) data on my Personal External Hard Drive regularly.

                            Few days back, I was given a new client at different location. Initially, I was staying with one of the Program Manager for that site. On the day i moved out from his house, i found that my Personal Hard Disk Drive having all this data is been stolen. I asked couple of time to that Program Manager about my Hard disk, but he just have to say "No".

                            I'm in great loss if I do not get this External Hard Disk, as all my 4 years of official data along with my personal data (bank details, investement details, scann copy of my certificates etc etc ) will be in wrong hands. At the same time, I cann't just pin point this Program Manager on stealing HDD. (i do not want to spoil the pear relation by blaming for this loss)

                            Please help me. What should I do? Can I log a police complain on this? If yes, under what section and what clause? (I have never faced such situation before; thus little panic also). Moreover i do not have the s/number, make / model of that hard drive. (it was an assembled External HDD, used only for the data storage).

                            TO MY SURPRISE- INSTEAD OF ALLOTTING ME ENTIRE 40 GB- MY BALANCE SHOWED 39.33 GB- AIRTEL STOLE MY 700 MB VERY SMARTLY, WHEN EVEN MY MODEM WAS OFF EVERY NIGHT..i AM NOT GOING TO SIT TIGHT THIS TIME...i AM AWAITING THERE REPLY ON SAME !
                            We are also having the same problems related to Airtel's monthly data usage. Our monthly data usage has considerably increased in a short period without any change in my internet surfing habits.                               the airtel relationship centre in mahadevpura (near bimal maruti showroom) denies the existence of prepaid nano sim card, the other relationship centre in rajajinagar (near diacon hospital) refuses to give nano sim saying many customers have nano sim activation problems

                                  As of now when i received my bill:-

                                  1.I called to Airtel Toll Free No. [protected] and ask for new postpaid plans and on the same day I recieved call from airtel angent ANJALI and she told me a plan and ask 250 rupees as security money per number and also told that it is refundable,the details and name of plan are:
                                  SUPER SAVER 199 CUG PLAN
                                  600 LOCAL/STD MINS.
                                  300 LOCAL/STD SMS.
                                  FREE CUG WITH IN GROUP.
                                  2.I agree with anjali and she sent their executive Prakash to my address and take 1250 rupees from me.
                                  3.on one my number a different plan is activated by the anjali and then she says it was activated by airtel team not by me so you need to talk with 121.
                                  4.when i call to Anjali she is not answer my call and when spoke with airtel customer care executive they are also not co-operated with me,they only says mails us but on mail i didn't find any satisfactory answer from them.
                                  5.they cheated me and airtel still not take any serious action against Anjali.
                                  6.CCE also not going to change my plan even I called so many times

                                    many times we called to airtel customer support they tell different - different tricks to solve problem, but from many many weeks unable to speak with customer care. we never seen very bad support before like this.
                                    but we like docomo customer care. we never fail to speak with tata docomo.

                                    but your support like indian govt.
                                    because of this reason you charged 35rs for hello tunes. in real we need to pay for one year. because o[censored]nable to speak customer support we loos our 35rs month. please refund that money also. and i want to activate for one year caller tune.

                                      My number is [protected] .I've placed a request for prepaid to postpaid(Corporate) migration on 06/05/13 to one of the Airtel representatives(ARIF) at My office with all the documents and got a postpaid sim. It took 8 days time to submit my form at his office meanwhile i tried calling all this while but her never answered my calls 8 day later he came saying form has been submitted and he disappeared. Then on the 15/05/13 there another executive (Sashidhar) came and said ARIF is resigned and he didnt submit any of the forms. then i had to submit all the documents on 16/05/13 to Sashidhar and got another sim, the agent made me destroy the old sim card since there is new application processed for the same, for 3 days number worked fine and the 3rd day (21/05/13) i've got a message stating the migration is completed and you can insert the new postpaid sim and enjoy the services. Here is my problem started when i insert a new sim i dont and signal tried whole day with no use. Next day when i contacted the Airtel reprentative (Sashidhar) he said the number was activated with old sim(provided by Arif) and said he placed a request for the sim number replacement in database. now Its been 4 days my number doesn't work anymore. when i call my number the responce i got is "Thing number Doesn't exist". for the last 4 days i've been trying to contact the Sashidhars manager (Sudhaker) he says he dropped in a mail and there is no responce and i contacted Mr. Ravi who is the Channel manager for airtel conrporate he gave the same responce saying he dropped in a mail to concerned dept. for last 2 days there are not even bother to answer my calls. There is an important occation at my home and my number was printed on all the invitations. and i've lost all my contacts and i've lost the Caterers just because my number wasnt working. This kind of treatment i've got from AIRTEL which i never expected. i'm now available @[protected].

                                      Airtel Postpaid — Migration

                                      HI,

                                      i had requested for Migration for one of my post paid numbers in the two which i had . And after getting behind them for 20 days, they had Termiated the servies for the other number which i had not given any request.

                                      And for each and every thing they were asking me to go to Airtel outlet. There they ask me to call Customer Care and these customer care people will say to meet Outlet.

                                      And at last its all waste of time, money and Time for me.

                                      This is the best Experiance i ever had with these kind of Mobile service providers we have.

                                      Airtel — Higher Charging for Migration SIM

                                      Respected Sir/Madam

                                      I have lost my mobile last month. So, am in need of migration SIM. So, I contacted the Airtel Show Room near our place (Kalpakkam). They said that the price of Migration SIM is Rs.200/- But when i contact customer care they told that it is only Rs.150 only and more over they are providing wrong details like it should be activated with in one month from the date of loss. If these AIRTEL Show room itself charging higher than the normal price then what is the difference between a recognized dealer and a normal vendor. Below i have provided the detail of the Agency. Kindly take the necessary steps in providing the proper solution in this issue.

                                      Air Tel Service — Post Paid to Pre-Paid service

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      i would like to bring it to your notice that i am using Post Paid connection number [protected] of Air Tel from last 4 year, i was not getting the bill properly, billing amunt was not proper, for examlple i had not activited Missed Call Alert and the service provider were charging from last 14 months, and finally i brought to there notice and it was de-activated.

                                      For all this reason i have changed my post paid connection into pre-paid and i have cleared all my outstanding on 30/03/09 at 4.30pm and even recharged on the same day for the same number, but till now(02/04/09 - 11.30am) my numer for pre-paid connection is not activited, there is no incoming are outgoing from 01/04/09. this is way Airt Tel Service provider is Harissing the costumer.

                                      i kindly request the concerned person to help me out and give the service to my number at the earilest.

                                      AirTel — complaint on postpaid migration

                                      I had requisted airtel to my migrate my prepaid number to post paid, and I had submitted all documents on 25th April, it's already week over but still my post paid account is not activated, as airtel paople commited that this is going to be activated with in 48 hours of handovering documents and they are cherged rs 300/- as surety deposite, but no use ...

                                      My mobile nos: [protected],[protected]. i submit the details on 01/01/210 at u r airtel cromepet office. 04/01/10 these cards will work as a prepaid card this information i got from ur airtel crompet office at the time of new forms sumit. so monday (04/01/10) nearly 8:00 pm i called through [protected] to [protected] told me now u can use the card. After that recharged Rs.100 and Rs.245 for rate cutter for each mobile. but mobile shows the balance making calls no balance in airtel service. i am getting this information. again 05/01/10 went to airtel office crompet i talk to the prepaid services the reference No:[protected]. she told me after 09 hrs card will activate. until now these cards are not activate(06/01/10, 08:00 am). Pls give me a details when it will activate? through sms to my mobiles.

                                      Airtel Mobile — Post paid to Pre paid MIgration

                                      I am Venkatesh Airtel-Post paid customer wish to change to Airtel-Pre paid and submitted the application & cleared the Outstanding & Unbilled amount for the same on 23rd jan 2010 in Kodambakam(Chennai)-Airtel showroom. Airtel peoples over there informed me it will take 24hours for migration(So expected 24th Jan 2010), but it was not happened and the 121 guy whom i called informed me 54rp still left as unbilled amount as our system shows the balance amount only before 2 days, so i went back to showroom and paid the same and the Airtel people informed me today evening i.e., 25th jan 2010 it will get migrated to Prepaid.

                                      Each time when i call up Airtel 121, i want to tell my history what all the things happened till date and they raise a complaint(which gets closed automatically with a invalid reason)

                                      Latest 121 call details on 29th Jan and the reason from 121 person - There is a difference of 20paise, so we are unable to continue our migration process, if this is so!! rather i am calling they should have called me up (or) messaged me (or) at least when i cleared the amount in Airtel showroom - should have informed this. I asked 121 guy to patch me with a senior official but there was a silent after that....i waited around 15mins in the call but no response.

                                      All the complaints mentioned above has a dead line of 29th jan except 1 on 1st of Feb 2010, they closed all the deadline complaints of 29th jan as its a duplicate of other and the latest is still open for the same, if it is duplicate how can they raise multiple complaints for the same issue instead 1 taking forward(121 peoples needs to show up - No. of COUNTS???).

                                      If this continues i no longer will be an airtel customer please disconnect the connection and this time don't charge me a monthly rental( as the application is already submitted on 23rd jan).

                                      I don't want to mention any of persons info here, as this clearly shows the entire Airtel mistake(A poor system).

                                      I am Varinder Singh Kambo S/o S. Mohinder Singh Kambo R/o Faridkot, Punjab. I am here to complaint about Airtel Communication. I am using my Airtel no [protected] from 3 to 4 years. This no is postpaid number before 7 months i convert my Airtel number prepaid to postpaid. But on 16-July-2011 Airtel convert my number into Prepaid but beside my number is also working in postpaid. This number is working mode on Prepaid and Postpaid equally. My Airtel connection sim number is[protected]. This sim number is working in prepaid and postpaid. Airtel convert it into prepaid without any application and information. But the drawback is no working in prepaid and postpaid equally. Please solve this problem.

                                      Hi my name`s RK Lalthanpuia.

                                      On 23th Jan 2015, i`ve opted for prepaid to postpaid migration in my airtel number, Mumbai Area from Airtel website, http://www.airtel.in/mobile/postpaid/tariffs/ . On 24th, Airtel sent executive from Telemax Service to get appropriate documents, and he gave me airtel new postpaid SIM but same number and i gave Rs 300/- for the new SIM. Now after 1 week(31st), i finally got signal in the new SIM and hence my old prepaid SIM was deactivated, when i tried to call someone from my phone, it was redirected airtel executive and every verification/confirmation was done, she informed me that postpaid will be fully activated after 30 mins. That was yesterday 31st at 14:00 hours, now it`s more than 1 day and the postpaid isn`t activate and i can`t use my phone for nearly 1 day now. And Airtel customer service is clueless in solving my problem, they simply continuously(more than 10 times) transferred my call from one executive to another. Finally they told me that they couldn`t find any data relevant to my new Postpaid connection!! I don`t understand what kind of service they`re giving and i am anguished by them.Their so-called premium postpaid service is a hoax.

                                      This is Sailesh Reddy and my mobile number is [protected].

                                      I made a request one week ago for migrating from prepaid to postpaid. A guy has come and collected all the documents and collected rs 300 as well.

                                      But till now it was not done and when i called the helpline number [protected] there was no proper information and moreover i was told that the request was cancelled.

                                      I dont know what was the reason behind cancelling this request after collecting rs 300 from me.

                                      I using Airtel since 5 yrs and my minimum bill would be rs 800/month.

                                      I was upset with what had happend. Now i am going to raise a complaint in consumer court and also moving from Airtel to Vodaphone due to its worst third party verification vendors.

                                      I request to you to file a complaint on Airtel for harassing the customer and see to that Airtel pay back the amount i.e 300 i have paid to Airtel.

                                        unable to speak customer care. if we press 1. and we dialed *121# and we send sms also MYAIRTEL to 121. but no solution. from 1 month unable to speak with customer support. very bad service many times we send email to you people but you are not caring.
                                        we called from different number to speak with customer care every time they tell dial> *121# or send sms MYAIRTEL to 121.. what airtel playing with us?
