Sir,
I have applied for new airtel broadband connection on 21st of august 2009 and the representative Mr.Kamal said that the activity will be done on high priority within 4 working days so i paid Rs 1500/- cash towards new connection. regarding this issue I maid complained registered the no is 22454800
the sef no is 890226 and the service request No. is 7106108.

I request you to look in to this matter and solve as earlier as possible or please return my money back at the earliest since I am an existing customer to bsnl, either I do continue with them.

very good afternoo i m frm the ghaziabad . i have a airtel broadband connection. the issue of the one no.the phone is[protected].this is registered on the krishna yadav. problem is regarding the this no is airtel broadband department terminate the no. without any reason.against the this no. i m not give the any due payment.this is the fourth time when the airtel internet department terminate the this no.when call the custmer care every time executive is say to me your no is terminate .ur no is reactivate with in the 7 to 15 day's.gurmeet my total work on the internet my team work is so sufer. request to u pls solve the my problem.

Even I'm planning to go to consumer court against them.

What type of customer care I did not understand
