I opted for Airtel Broadband Home 1499 and thought that i would shift to Home 2222 1mb/s unlimited after my Boards. Now When i called them to change it, they said, we have discontinued that plan since february. what is this... this is ridiculous. First of all they do not provide the services at a cheap rate, and when the customer is willing to give high rate, then they discontinue the service..
Internet in all Europe and America is at least 10 times cheaper then what we get in India. If something is not done here., india's progress will hinder and big time..
Airtel and other broadband should revise their plans and rates and make them at least feasible.

I had set up a 2222 plan (limited 2 mbps) from among normal household plans since we are a small business. my billing is coming slightly higher than 2222 which I cannot afford. Now Impatience 1299 is an unlimited 2 mbps which can solve my problem but they are giving super lame excuses to change like its a B2B plan. my bill clearly says its a B2C plan. 2222 is not even offered any more. - [protected]
