You are charging more.

And, you sending a SMS that you offer Rs. 300 and then charging.

As per SMS I have made some calls of Rs. 130.05. But you are charging of Rs.
188.96.

I need clarification for the following points:

You are making customer full why?? by adding extra bill on my head.
If you are not giving redeem then why you are sending this type of SMS.


Enough justifications required for the same.

If such kind ambiguity is there after your justifications; then, I will not
able to take service from you in near future.

Further more I would like to inform you that, I have another two Postpaid
connections the Nos. are [protected] & [protected].
