[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel GPRS Technical support

Dear ALL,
I have serveral time call customercare to activated the GPRS service in my handset which has been changed and they have forwared my line to GPRS technical support to neccesary changes but they never pickup the phone. I keep for long 40 mins but they never pickup.Its earlier have tried for same to connect internet through this mobile.I have doubt whether there is such technical support for GPRS.

Airtel — Mobile office-Poor Technological Knowledge

I purchased a recharge card of Rs.395, which provides free internet for one month.But whn i used internet, now you guess it.
Called customer care, found many uneven answers each time i call.
I lost around 20 to 30 rupees.
I had been charged 120 Rs for my free usage of 75 MB during night sessions . Till now none of the actions r taken. If i dont get my money back u have to face me in consumer court. It is now ur wish.
also whenever i call austomer care italls me mess as MY AIRTEL, even after doing so i am not reachable the customer care. Very bad response. Ur only aim is to cheat customers.

I am using mobile office . But i had been charged 30 Rs for airtel live . How it can happen, when i called to cutomer care theri reponse is U WONT GET UR MONEY BACK what bad response . just f... the customer care
Dear Sir / Mam,

I have applied for GPRS service of Airtel for my no.[protected] (Nokia 3110 c)

I have received a message that service has been activated and I also get a online help

from technical support tem but I am not able to access the internet and then again I contacted customer support tem

and they loged my complaint with seniors and according to them will be solved till 25th of March.

Please help me in this regard beacuse I need this service ASAP

I've also faced similar situation with the Technical Support of Airtel. I purchased a SIM Card and a plan of Rs. 98.00 20 days ago to access internet in my cellphone. The internet connection stopped working n i was getting ''invalid server name'' message with all the web apps. I contacted the tech support and they told me that there was no such plan activated on my number!... I explained again them that i was using the internet on the same day and requested them to check again, then they immediately activated the connection... I really wonder about their knowledge. Obviously, nobody will expect tnis kind of support!!! Jagmohan singh.

having problem in accessing mails from first day when i complained noving goes right plz call on my number [protected]
Trying to call technical support for mobile internet as it is not working from past 5 days.But airtel cust care IVR cancels the call saying pls call *121# for balance and validity information.
