Sir,I have been using an Airtel prepaid number from last two years,The problem is that I cannot connect to my home number which is a reliance number.The problem is happening from the starting date I changed my moblile but no use it is the same problem.Do you what ti says when i dial to the reliance no. It says "
The no. does not exist Please check your number and dial again".But if I try the same no. at the same instant from any other mobile connection, I do get connected.
I don't understand what is the problem with these mobile service providers, Might be disputes between them make all these.Please help me what should I do ?Is it all for what we buy a mobile SIM?When we do not get connected to any different SIM users what is the use of these many telecom companies there should be only one unique company.

    I have recharged my airtel account with Rs.67 for activating SMS pack.But even after recharging successfully, airtel is cutting my balance for messages. Customer care says its a technical problem and will be resolved in 24 hours. After 24 hours they send message that problem is resolved. But it is not yet resolved and my balance is reducing for every local or national message.

    Airtel — having problem with national sms service

    i have an airtel account of this no-[protected], from past two months i have activated national sms package worth rs. 49/- and 108/-, but smsing on few nos rs. 1.50/- are being deducted from my main account, i have registerd many complaints to the company customer care representative from last 15 days but i didn't get any response.
    Please sort out my problem.

    i am using my airtel no. from last three years, my complain is that i take Rs.36 sms pack for 360 free sms but whenever i m sending any msg to my no. it will be cant send to any of no. i want to send.so plz solve my problem.i also register my complain on airtel custormer care but they dosnt solve my problem.

    Sir,
    I am an old customer of Airtel having this connection for more than 7 years.
    Its a postpaid connection and I have subscribed to SMS pack-25 which gives 250 SMS (Local + National )in Rs. 25 every billing cycle .
    This pack is active for more than 2 years now. My aim for having this SMS pack was to have a discounted SMS mainly in festive seasons on Holi, Deewali, New Year etc. Yesterday on 15/10/2009 I received a SMS from Airtel informing that all free/ discounted SMS will not be applicable on 16th/17th octuber. And it will be charged at normal rates.
    I complaint to this because if a person is subscribed to a package, he is subscribing for a reason i.e discounted SMS. If the main objective of package is not fulfilled then whats the use of promoting these offers. It has been very cleaver motive of Airtel, who are befooling customers like me. If the pack is not used for the peak need then whats the use. Its a purely attempt to misguide the customers and a clear case of cheating and not compling by the rights of the customer. A monthly pack is applicable for the whole month and Airtel can not have it's discretion to offer it on the days they prefer. It should be brought to the court and Airtel should be sued for this. There are amny others who are having these packs. Please help. Its not a matter of money but principles.

    AirTel — sms scheme

    I am the retailer of Airtel. I have recharged of Rs. 102/- on [protected] (this is a sms scheme 15000 sms in 102/- val. 30 days) on 12.1.2010 at 6.58 pm, transaction Id :[protected] but after about 60 hrs. customer has not received benefits of the scheme, customer has complaint about the matter to me, i inquired in customer care, than told me scheme will activated within 24 hrs. that customer has complaint again. than... on 14.1.2010 I inquired to customer care. he told me scheme is activated. but that is not true, i inquired again that he told our executive called you within half & hrs. but today 15.1.2010, 10.45 i talk to mr. kamlakar (Customer care person) he told me you didn't recharge on this number, how is it possible, customer received sms & i am also received confirmation sms. now mr. Kamlakar told me again our executive called you within half & hrs. they did not roll back Rs. 102 otherwise give benefits of scheme.
    I had applied for a internet broadband connection from airtel by giving security amount of rs 1000 for unlimited plan at sector 11 noida . Mr, prakash(Executive from airtel, [protected]) told me that connection will be in running condition after 2 or 3 days . after one day the lineman came from the company and wired the connection at this time only installation was pending . then after 5 days when noone come for the installation i called up Mr. Prakash for the same but his cell was switchoff for continous 2 days by hook or crook i met him and discussed abut the problem he said that area(sector 11 noida) is blacklisted and connection can't be installed here but the point is to be noticed that in this area(sector 11 noida) already 3 connection of this company are running . when an area is blacklisted how u can run so many connection i that area . that was very little issue the main fact of this issue was while Mr. prakash was taking security money for the connection he commited that he will prepare fake document for u which ere needed for the connection i asked Mr. prakash what can be done in this case he suggested me talk to his boss Mr.nishant sales manager of this area(sector 11 noida ). i called Mr, nishant and discuss about my problem Mr. nishant said that Mr. prakash if fresher he does not know about the area ur connection will be ok within 2 days . i asked me to call him after 2 hours for the confermation of the connection status . after 2 hours when i called Mr. nishant he said in that area(sector 11 noida) our cable is faulty therefore it will take some time after that day ... ithink

    Airtel — reduction of balance and not activated call pack of 33

    i made my complaint on 21 feb but my problem is not resolve till now,
    after having a recharge of 33 rs isd call rate pack my call rate is not reduced. the customer care executive give me the time but they exceeds more then 48 hours and if i had to make to usa it charging me rs 6.40 instead of 1.99 after having a pack of 33rs for isd calls.
    the airtel is not resolving my problem some action should be against themso much harrassment am suffering because of their lack of services.
    The Same problem I am facing. I too have recharged my airtel account with Rs.67 for activating SMS pack dated[protected]...

    The Customer Care Executive assures me to resolve my problem within 24 hrs.
    After 24 hours they send message that problem is resolved. But it is not yet resolved and my balance is reducing for every local or national message...
    That's what I think Airtel has planned to Harass the customers for just their Customer have recharged their account to 67 sms pack to enjoy the service.
    I m not Satisfied with the Customer Care...So I disagree for their attitude towards Complaint..
    Airtel could be crowned as "NETAJI"...jo sirf promises dena jante hain...pura karna nahi jante hain...
    i als ohad the same issue and i contacted the customer for a hell lot of times.
    Each time some rep attend the call and says, "your complaint has been registered and will be resolved in 48hrs".. this happened several times without any change. today i even got a msg from AZ-services, saying, the issue has been resolved. still that bloody SMS problem is there..
    this is very poor a service and i need a refund and solution for this issue ASAP.
    I had trust in airtel for the last four years. please dont loose it.

But last two day compony deduct my sms charge 1Rs. per sms. i have many time call to customer care but he in unable to resolve my problem so kindly help me.

    Dear Sir,

    It's been a regular practice from Airtel. Whenever I've gone for a sms pack it has always harrassed me. It starts deducting amount from your balance & then you keep trying to lodge a complain in their never responding customer care. After calling 10 times somebody will recv. your call & will say hello hello sorry we cant recv your voice & disconnects the line. After 2-3 times you would be able to give them your complain. But this is such an irritating process that you think of better let the amount get deducted from my balance.
    But my question is if they can't run such schemes then why do they start for? to harass customers? to waste there time?..
    Now again they have started charging Re.1 for a single msg. In this way very soon Mr. Mittal will become World's most richest man.
    If you can solve out my issue then I'll be highly thankful to you.

    Airtel — sms pack problem

    i had subscribed to 350 daily local and national and sms pack..all was going well till i subscribed to 98 internett pack..now all i see after sending sms is last call 1.00 inr .local sms =49 inr left...and sms are not counting in my daily count...please look up to the matter..

    I recharged of Rs 80 to avail free sms to local and national number. But, even after recharging I was charged Rs 1.50 for national and Rs 1.00 for the local message. Called up the customer services (121) and thrice my call was disconnected. Finally got to speak someone and she kept on on never ending hold. Finally left hope and stopped calling. I am still being charged. It is not the matter of getting charged. But, the surprising things is that the customer service of the Airtel is awful. I am now thinking to changing my service provider as I am not at all happy with Airtel.
    Dear Sir,

    I have activated airtel 52 SMS pack on my airtel which gives 500 sms everyday, but the company has suddenly changed the plan without notice to 100 sms per day. this is unjustified as i activated the sms pack for the benefit and it is denied without any information.

    So I register a complaint for the inconvenience caused to me. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

    I recharged my Sim with a value of Rs.33 for which i should have got 15000 sms balance. But i only got 3000. I tried contacting customer care for more than 20 times.I even get charged 50 paise every time for calling them but they didnt bother to attend my call.

    Airtel — message scheme

    i have recharged a message scheme of rupees 24....but m not able to send messages to anyone..................
    and m also not able to call the customer care for complaint........

    Airtel — DEDUCTING BALANCE FOR MSG EVEN AFTER HAVING MSG PACK AND ON

    MY NO IS [protected], ON 27TH OR 28TH FEBRUARY I TOOK A MESSAGE PACK OF 35 RUPEES. THE VALIDITY FOR THIS IS 30 DAYS. ON 7TH MARCH I FOUND THAT SUDDENLY RS 1 IS GETTING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND ONE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THE VALIDITY OF THE PACK IS STILL THERE. HE THEN TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WHO TOLD I HAVE NO SUCH PACK THOUGH ON 7TH MORNING THOUGH I HAD ZERO BALANCE I COULD SEND MESSAGES. AFTER TELLING HIM THE FACT HE ABRUPTLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. BEWARE OF AIRTEL. THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER.

    For this i have booked the complaint in customer care as well as in air world. Within last 22 Days i have sent 100s of messages but it seems airtel is least bothered about its customers. My problem has not been solved yet because of which i am unable to chesk the balance , my local sms balance and the airtel to airtel local balance which can only be seen through

    It seems airtel is least interested in customer satisfaction and simply does not believe in providing a good service.

    Airtel — Charging for SMS although i have activate SMS pack

    On May 9, I have activated sms pack of Rs. 26 with 10 days validity. But, on May 12 my msgs have been charged althought they were not supposed to be. I have tried calling Airtel Customer care, but in vain. What should i do?

    My complaints is reagarding Sms pack, I had Activated sms pack Rs24 on 7/10/11.
    Sms pack is for 10 days it included 100 sms/day for 10 days, for 2days it worked properly from 9/10/11 i have been charged 1 rs/sms, I had already made an complaint regarding to these.

    On 10/10/11 i had received an call from airtel they told me my money will be refunded and service will be activated soon but still now i havent received the money or my service has not been activated still i have been charged 1rs/sms.

    These is the 3rd time i am facing such problem every time i neeed to complaint and due to airtel problem i am not abel too send sms for weeks and when i call customer care they accept the call and soon as i say about complaint they disconnect it,
    try to resolve probelm as soon as possible orther wise i have no option rather then too switch too other network provider,

    hi i too have the same problem my mmobile no . is [protected]
    I recharged Rs.18 SMS pack in my mobile # [protected] on 13th March 2015 & got activated the next day. Hardly send 10 sms using this pack out of 1000 sms as per the pack value. This morning it's very unfortunate to see that Rs. 1/ was debited from my account towards a sms sent. This pack is valid for 28 days and with1000 sms. Wonder how it's charged for a sms sent while this pack still in existence? Kindly check my complaint and return back Rs. 1 in my mobile balance account and make me to utilize the sms pack as it mentioned by your company for the remaining days till the value period seize or quantity of sms is over.

    Recently after ages, I've recharged my airtel with Rs. 10 and Rs. 5 for activating sms pack since I need it urgently for sometime. But despite of recharging, amount is being deducted from my main balance. Kindly stop fooling your users. I hope you'll look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.

      Unauthorized subscription of Love Guru service on my GSM no. [protected] since 13 Jan 2010 for charge of Rs7/- per week.
      This continued for 6 weeks hence. Total amount deducted from my account Rs 42/-.
      Complain filed to airtel customer service. Complain no. is 038300.
      It was told that money would be returned from Airtel till 23rd Feb 2010 till 1330 hours.
      But the money didn't come.

      Airtel — Unauthorized subscription

      I am being continually subscribed for T2020 without being authorized by me. Every time I lose 5 rupees. By now I must have easily lost over a hundred. This is absolutely illegal and I am thinking about taking this to the court. What should I do?
      I have already contacted you on your email but you sent me back the same reply I would like an answer on this forum so that others may also be able to use it.
      How do you turn off T2020 subscriptions.

        I am a airtel customer for last 4 years with number +91 [protected] and from the first day it was a corporate connection.

        1. Submitted the bill plan change to New corporate plan on 16.11.2009.
        2. I got a response on 18.11.2009 that there is some outstanding against the account which needs to be cleared before bill plan change, to which i replied that yes there would be outstanding as the number is in use and under billing now, so would pay amount according to my billing cycle and I have never defaulted on payment.
        3. The delayed response for the reply in point 2 was replied on 30.11.2009 stating again the same reason of outstanding payment, to which i have again replied the same that i'll pay the amount as per my billing cycle(I have to extra amount as my billing cycle starts from 26th of every month).
        4. Now the airtel reply came at 13.12.2009, that my plan has been changed and would be effective from next billing cycle with apology for delay but no care taken for the amount of previous month i have to pay extra.
        5. In January i received the bill with the same old plan, so i wrote the airtel again where they start giving me unreasonable justification with no proper results:
        5.1 they told me that they called me on 13th that the request was rejected, they tried calling me etc etc and now they want some documents to be submitted. My question is why documents were required as the connection was corporate from day one and in case they were required why they didn't told me on replying to my first request. Upon that if the request was rejected on 13th dec and if they were not able to reach me why not put a mail or message???
        Now no body is solving or looking into same and i am helpless now.

        I get customer care call everyday and I tell each and every customer care agent the same reason, i am really sick of these calls and why dont airtel updates there customer care records.

        Hope some body reads this and act.

          I have bought an Airtel Micromax 200G data card on[protected] for Rs. 1999. I was promised that it will give me a speed of 256Kbps. The best speed that I am getting is 21 Kbps ( that too fluctuating constantly). I went to the shop (airtel outlet at Aditya Mall, indirapuram Ghaziabad) from where I purchased it to my dismay that shop owner was not at all ready to assist me and asked me to make a complaint to nodal officer.

          Please help me get either my money back or the service promised.

          Hi Sir,

          Myself Sandeep Kumar, I purchased a corporate connection 2 months back from one of your corporate Agent (Pramode Rana)

          Mobile No. [protected] and plan was 789 Advanced Rental.
          At the time of purchasing Agent told me that your STD call rate is 1:50 Rs but if you active a STD pack of 35 Rs per months then it will reduce to 1 Rs.

          When I call to your customer care they told me that you don’t require to activate any pack as your STD is already 1 Rs (because 789 Advanced rental internally is 699 Advanced rental plan) I had no option except to believe on your executive.

          But when my first bill came, I came to know that my STD charged at Rs 1:50 then I called to customer care and told them about that they accept that there is false promise from airtel so they will give me wave off and will activate my STD pack.

          Then I called to your customer care so many times about it but most of the time your executive were not able to answer my status because system is slow or something else.

          Then after 1 month when I called your Customer care they told me that they are not giving me any wave off and for STD pack activation I have to send a request on my Company Letterhead (Scanned copy) then only they will activate my STD pack.
          I told them that I have already submit all necessary document then what is the need of it and why you are not giving me wave off when it was not my mistake then your executive told me that (“Agar aapko activate karana hai to aise hi hoga otherwise jisse aap kara sakte ho kara lein.”).

          In all this communication I didn’t get any call back from you even though every time it was promised to me that you will get a call back regarding this.

          Now I didn’t submit my bill of this months and when I got a call regarding bill I told the guy that please first activate my pack and resolve my Wave off query. And I commit that whenever you resolve my query, I’ll pay my bill within an hour. They forward my query to Higher Authority and so but I didn’t get any call till now.

          Today I got a call ( And I am 100% sure that it is from your recovery Agent he told me that he is SIO and got complaint that somebody getting ‘Dhamki bhare” call from my number. And he want to meet me and so.)

          I just want to know that where I am wrong. I did whatever your agent told me to do then why I am suffering.

          Please Provide me reasonable wave off because your customer care executive not handling my case properly. I am struggling with him from last two months.

          I have taken airtel broadband connection through Mr Balaji and Mr Lenin from Airtel Broadband Nagercoil in the month of march.
          I was promised that I would be offered 499/- plan from April Month Onwards. But till now I am not offered. I am yet to get any proper response from the Airtel. I have mailed Nodal officer (Amirtharaj) also. But no proper response from his side also.
          Each and everytime I call I get a response stating that my complaint will get resolved in 24 hours or 72 hours but till now its not resolved.

          I have called more than 20 times atleast.

          airte company show that in their 3G plan speed of internet will be 7.2 mbs till plans end but i am not getting the speed i get speed in kbs
          4 years back Airtel offered me plan and while offering the plan they said Life time you will have the same tariff now they are going to change my tarrif. Please warn the airtel for this false promoise

            Sir,

            I am an airtel customer and have been using the current sim for the past 1 years. My no is [protected]. I get cricket score messages whenever there is a match. A sum of rs.3 is deducted from my prepaid account everyday.
            I am not able to deactivate the same, even airtel live is not getting deactivated.I would like to inform you that, if necessary action isn't taken, i would be left with no option but to change my sim and connection.

            PLZ DEACTIVATE AND REFUND
            This is with ref to some vague activation of some text based services of which I am unaware of. This auto activation has been deducting money from my balance, sometimes at the rate of Rs10 a day, whilst I am not using my mobile for any such services.
            This is a request to please deactivate the subscription immediately and refund the amount wrongly or forcefully deducted from my account, failing which I would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer'd forum.

            Airtel is fleecing thousands o[censored]nsuspecting customers by activating the cricket scores at Rs 5 per day - this is how they can afford to live in such superluxury and sponsor fancy promostions. There should be a law against this. Please post as many messages as possible on all forums. And they use a call cener that has the gall to say that the charges for speaking to a represntative are R2 3 per minute, by default they offer a completely ridiculous Interactive Voice Reponse System

              I Mr. Ram Y. Desurkar from Belgaum-Karnataka, India from no 54321 they send a jawa game on my mobile without my permission and deduct 99/-Rs. from my sim. who gave them permission to withdarw any amount from Airtel sim, shall I get refund the amount.

I read a message on my handset from No.56362.ur oneday free trial 4 games club is now active u will be charged Rs.99/-month after free trial. & after one day another message send by No.54321,that Thanks for downloading Jawa Game from airtel you have been charged Rs. 99/- these messages sent me at midnight 1.30 AM.& the amount deduct from my sim.
                My question is how theese senders know my mobile number. My age 62 years & I dont allow any person to touch my handset also I dont know what r these jawa Games & all.Is there any internal connection of Airtel with these unwanted service providng persons if no then how they deduct amount from Airtel sim without their permission, I make complain to airtel customer service & asked same question but the customer executive said i[censored] talk like this I will disconnect your mobile service. what can I do will you guide me or u will take any action on this matter shall I receive my deduct money.again I receive a phone from airtel No. [protected] that We transfer above amount till 9th of this month.                   I do not understand how Airtel can automatically subscribe and charge me for Rs.10/-, without taking my permission.

                  How can a Telcom operator do this? I am planning to file a case against this.

                  I want this service to be immediately stopped and Airtel to repay back the deducted amount ( Rs.10/-). In future do not want such kind of automatic subscriptions to any such stupid services.
                  yes mr. garg i am also suffring from the same problem as you have.                     I had purchased a data card from Indrapuram Airtel Office but from last one week i am not getting the committed speed and not most of the time not able to find the connection. I took the best plan and almost spent 2000 Rs on data card. When i went to that shop for helpp they behave like it was my fault that i purchased the card. I am unable to cop up with the problem as i already speak to a lot of people and really sad with the bad behavior. We are common people in India who are just getting the notions from the higher people that we are having the right to say....but i am now completely in favor of the fact that we people are made to suffer. I am not a media person who can just raise the finger. Well Mr Mittal is going for a big deal...common Mr.Mittal see the small things u are just going larger by cutting our stomach....I am hoping that consumer forum can really come out and support the people like me and making some hard rules for the companies like Airtel who are just getting larger by sucking the blood of poor.

It is to inform you that no body taking the action against my complains (usb data card speed issue ).i have many ticket no. 21943641, 21962358, 21966665, 21986587.but till date not resolve my problem when I call 7070 Mr mirza & Mr khurram ( supervisor ) he said to me this is the issue of technical department .when I call a couple of time Mr devli [protected] they no pick my phone why I don’t know, again take a new no, Mr anil [protected] they said to me if your card has connected that is no problem from hardware so I can’t do in this matter . And I have a called to dealer when I purchased the card ( Nehru place Delhi ) Airtel Company executive (Mr vikram)gave me the total wrong information regarding their services he said to me you will receive speed usb data card 30 k/s to 40 k/s . and they said to me what can I do if you don’t receive the speed at your place you come my office I’ll show you, but problem at my home why will I go to delhi your office and if you want to salutation your problem then you can call 7070. and again I call him 7070 mr khurram said to me your problem will resolve next 10 days and I have already give 7 days now how can it possible you will, . then I want to ask you who body will pay my bill this month june 2009 .

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      We brought airtel DTH one and half year back as we used the airtel sims and service was good.But the service from customer care and technical support guys is so poor that we feel to shift to other vendors.From 3(10 MAR 2010) days we are unable to get signal even after paying for complete year subscription.
                      When we called customer care on 7 MAR 2010 to raise complaint he asked the problem and hanged the call without raising complaint and we had to call next day and repeat everything from beginning.They just say technical problem and will be resolved.Next day one person called when i am in office and said he will come at 1pm that day and i went from office to home taking half day off but nobody came and didnot even pick my call from that day till now.
                      Every time i call one person he gives me another person's cell number and nobody get back to me with solution.When i was in office the person who called said that for them 9 to 6 is working hours and if you want it to be resolved come home but they dont have respect to others time.
                      Sorry to say but people working in airtel customer care doesn't have basic knowledge of the product and issues with them and with technical support people customer doesn't have contact and result is problems never get solved.
                      The same issue we are facing trice in this one & half year.And our account is disabled from 6 months hence we couldn't watch any movies on demand for this we have complained "n" number of times but no use.
                      Its shame for established company respond this way.We have finally decided to return this box if it is not solved by 11 MAR 2010 and take help from consumer court if required.

                        I dont know if anyone pays heed to these complaints, yet I am writing on my experience with Airtel Collection agency, Delhi. Dispite the code of conduct etc on the website, Airtel called me up reagring my old number [protected] ( maybe with Cureman collection) and assured me that if I pay INR 10,000, my bill would be settled and i shall get the NOC. I paid through credit card the agreed amount and still they chase me for money. Inspite of the code that only one person will follow on case, different people call at different times and are abusive, loud and brash.
                        Hope someone at Airtel reads this and takes action. I am still Airtel subscriber but feel vicitmised.

                          Regarding airtel prepaid services worst network apart from this for existing customer to chane to paisa per second i had to call 1000 times every time supervisor note down complain in vain i am running behind for this for past 2 month at last i got the number of mr anand airtel official then on next day somebody from airtel office call he dont know either english or hindi speaking in telugu telling you are not eligible in getting paisa per second what does it mean when you are dialling clear message for existing customer recharge with rs 27 change to paisa per second it is big fraud airtel people playing with customer i advise all customer not to go with airtel i had tata docomo nice service network nice who ever responsible in airtel take immediate action with the official

                          I m using airtel for one year. when I bought the sim(prepaid) the call charges were 1p/sec on all local and STD.But From 1st may 2011, company is charging 1.2p/sec on others. I hv sent so many emails but no neccasary action taken by company.I hv also dialled 198 and 121 but no one attends the call.

                            Over the last quarterly period we have been facing problems with Airtel wherein they are resorting to unfair means to bill us in excess of the actual usage. Secondly they are also not including our other corporate connections taken from them in CUG as promised by them, which is presumably their strategy that by not doing so we will be incurring more bills as maximum calls are within CUG network.
                            Repeated requests to them have gone unanswered and they do not reply to my e-mail requests and instead call me from various other mobile numbers falsely telling me that they are resolving our said problem. We have over 80 corporate connections with them as on date but there is absolutely no effort from their side to resolve our simple query.                               and after using it quit a long i wanted to cancel both my number because i got the vodafone number and on 22september2009 i went to R.T Nagar Air-tel office and placed the request to cancel both the number so the person who was sitting there she has take both number cancellation request and asked me to clear all the payments so at that time only i payed the payment of both the number ending with 3954-amount was 274/- and the another number ending with 3953-amount was 680/- and after that she gave me only one reference number and said both number will be canceled with 2-3days time and the reference no is 28493557 and i came back, after some days time i got the collection call stating that i did not pay my bill for this number [protected] and the amount was some 720 or 750, so at that time only i called up to Airtel help line no and complained about the same that cancel my no as soon as possible and revers my payment so the person who received my call he transfer to his floor supervisor and i explained the same to him so that person took the request to revers the charges and cancel the number and after some days time i got the bill that charges has been reversed and the payment was some 32/- so i was quite relaxed and again after some days time i got the call from Airtel that i have the pill to pay and the amount was 650/- or 680/-, so at that time only i went to Airtel office which is there in NandiDurga road Jaymahal on 29Jan2010 and complaint about the same but they said that they don't take complaint and they asked me to call up to helpline number so i called up from their phone only to helpline and again i explained the same to that person who picked up the call and he said he will take the request to cancel the number as soon as possible and i said please revere my charges and moreover keep my 300/- deposit with you only and that person gave me the reference number for that complaint the reference no is 30686169 and i came back after that now this huge bill has come where in i have throughed that sim long back when i gave the first complaint to cancel both number now today again i spoke to one of the floor manager to look in to the case and i have already explained to him so he told me he will do the needful and still i don't receive any confirmation regarding my issue and cancellation of my phone no.so kindly request you to help me and sir i can not pay this much bill i can not afford to pay because i belongs to poor family kindly request you to do the needful

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have two Air Tel Postpaid Corporate connection My No-[protected]/32 Name of Tushar Sharma. I have problem in a bill ( [protected] ) . i was call to customer care but no buddy listen my quarry so i was not pay the from January because i have not received the bill n bill detail and i was not clear. That day i want clarification also and pay the bill n I was pay regular bill of my second no. ([protected]) so i was decided I'll wait for any call from air tel then I'll clear about my call detail and then I'll pay all bill. But in February in last week somebody call my no. [protected]. i was in my office his name is Mr.Sameer he was talk me very rudely and i was told him 'sir please don't worry I'll pay the all bill you just send my call detail on my mail id Then he was normal and he was send the bill with call detail on my mail id. and he was call me again he ask me about my problem i was told him 'sir I am not satisfy my call charges and roaming charges he was told me sir you can Settlement on your bill and he was suggest me if you want continue your no. then you have to pay Rs.1350/- or if you want full and final payment then you can pay Rs.1200/-. After that i was decided I'll pay Rs.1350/- and continue the number. He was told me 1more thing he said 'sir your SIM is not working you have to purchase new SIM in Rs.25/- from any Air Tel shop. That time I was agreed with him. After that he was sent Some buddy on 24/02/10 for payment collection From my house i was payed by post dated HDFC cheque (date -27/02/10, amt-1350/-) but that day i don't know about my a/c was blocked by bank for other any security reason then cheque was bounce and i was feel very embracing.

                                After that 06/03/10 Mr. Sameer was call me by a lad line no.40662042 time-02:36pm he talking me again very rudely and he was abusing me and very clearly i was feeling very very bad he said to me very rudely again Mr....you have to pay cash payment write now......i said Mr.Sameer firstly please talk to me in behave. he was not listing me and he said if you are not pay the bill then I'll raze your call detail and I'll call your relatives and friends and I'll ask them you are not able to pay the mobile bill of Rs.1350/-........

                                Then he was normal and i said Mr.Sameer Do one thing please send my some buddy on my office (south ext. part -1) and I'll pay in cash Rs.1350/-. He said again Speak loudly and he said Sorry I Cant Send Any buddy for collection...u have to go to shop and pay all amount Rs.1800/- . i said ok I'll pay at Air tel shop after my office...He said no Mr.Sharma you have to pay write now otherwise I'll call on your relatives number and ask them... .And then he was cut it my call after few Minute My friend is call me then he said sum buddy call me from air tel and he is talking about you and he is very abusing.... after that i was call on his ladeline number - 40662042 and told him Mr.Sameer this is not fair you are call my friend number......he said I'll do more calls from your call detail.......I said Mr.Sameer please send some buddy I'll pay your all amount he said ok I'll send some buddy from collection department on your office and pay your amount in cash of Rs.1350/- Recipet No.-1756334 and I'll Send The new SIM tomorrow but that time i have Recorded This Talking In my Cell.
                                Now I have Pay The Balance Amount Also Because Next Day he told me that you have to pay all balance amount also.. by Card recipt no[protected].

                                Now I have Attach The Voice Recording Please check the recording and do Something........

                                Airtel — Complaint against recovery department

                                I have used one cell no [protected] and closed that connection somewhere in august 2008. I was ready to pay last month rental but airtel wants me to close the connection after paying whole outstanding similarly they have increased outstanding and just two days back I received a call from Airtel recovery office chandigarh regarding the same outstanding and our settlement happened at 599 i.e. last month rental of the mobile and given me that I'll not receive any call regarding outstanding I paid the amount readily and I got the call next day about remaining outstanding. Now What should I do?

                                Cheque — complaint for recovery of payment

                                this is a complaint regarding my payment i am yogesh dhawan proprietor of amritelectronics gurgaon haryana my dealer code is 11147 i received one of my payment customer name sk chandel cheque nb 033142 amount 25832/. dated 5-11-08 some how that cheque got misplace from my office instantly i made the complaint in bajaj office gurgaon i made the proper format and do all ur formalities which is necessary for stop payment and request for another cheque i made the request for the payment for the last two months but there is no responce from gurgaon bajaj officials and daily they r telling us tomorrow we get the payment this we r listening from last two months so kindly look forward towards this matter and solve it as early as possible as we are waiting for too long.

                                HDFC Bank — HDFC bank clear my postdated check to Airtel

                                On 20 April I droped 1 HDFC check in Airtel Office( Maruti Infotech Centre. Domlur Inner Ring Road. Bangalore) for landline bill.

                                It was postdated check of 30 April 2009. It means that Aritel can not get the payment before 20 April 2009 with that check.

                                But Airtel got all the payement that i mentioned on that check on 29 April 2009 afternoon( before 30 April 2009).

                                I donot know how Airtel got that payment.

                                Now the question why HDFC bank didnot verify date mentioned on check ?

                                On what behalf HDFC bank cleared that check ?

                                This bank is doing totly wrong.

                                This is one blunder mistake of this stupid bank.

                                  Recently I migrated from Airtel Prepaid connection(which I was happily using for 8 years) to postpaid connection - Voice & Data 399 plan. On 3rd March, I suddenly started receiving a flurry of SMS from Airtel Live, thanking me for subscribing for host of beauty, video games, cricket sites which cost me more than Rs 500. I immediately called up customer care and complained and they informed me that they cannot take any action until my bill gets generated on 12th of March. Today, I am not able to make outgoing calls and when I enquired customercare, they are asking me to make partial payment for the non-sense downloads which automatically happened without my knowledge/authorization. For the first time in my life I felt that even Airtel can cheat. I had such a nice impression about this service provider when I was having pre-paid connection for 8 years. One month after migration, I came to know the real face of Airtel. I am planning to disconnect if my concerns are not addressed by Airtel and I am even planning to sue them for the harrasment I have been going through.

                                  Airtel — Plans automatically subscribed

                                  I have an airtel prepaid connection which i rarely use, use wen i cum in home network den airtel plans automatically subscribed and money deducts from my balance wen i lodge a complaint to airtel customer care den no one listen.
                                  My no is [protected] and 4o rupee deducted from my balance.wat.. nonsence.....

                                    i keep getting calls from this number. always blank. at least once a day.

                                    on contacting airtel customer service, i was told i have to go file an FIR. dont think i have time for that.

                                    what can i do about it .


                                    and from today i have started getting calls from[protected]. this time music on the other side.

                                    even i am getting blank calls from[protected]
                                    I am also getting missed calls from this no. 5-10 calls daily
                                    multiple blank calls from same number[protected]
                                    i keep getting calls from this number. always blank. at least once a day.

                                      This is Nilesh Rane. I have recharged with a sms offer of 500sms/day for 1 month for 67 rupees on 25th Feb, 2010. but i am being charged for my sms from 8th March, when its only 13 days completed and i am well within the limit of 500 sms/day. COnstumer care agent says the offer is still active and no money will be deducted and the deducted amount will be refunded. But nothing happening. Please look into the matter ASAP.
