Dear Sir/Madam
1) I am using Airtel Service for last 9 months in Delhi.
2) 3 Months back i got a call from Airtel saying that if i use ebill facility, i will get special discount on Airtel. Accordingly I enrolled for ebill.
3) But since then my none of the ebills have reached in time, and all the ebills come to me after payment due date is over and after making tons of calls to airtel.
4) Added to that, Airtel includes late payment charges in the bill, for which they are responsible for not sending the bills in due time.
5) When i speak to airtel customer care for this, they keep on hold and after that they diconnect the call. The only reason they give is that this happens due to Technical Fault.
6) When i asked what is the technical fault, they are not able to speak out.
7) This months bills has also not come to me inspite of making several calls, and this month also i will be subjected to pay late payment charges, without any fault of mine.
I want to lodge a complaint against this, since this is more than harassment and is an act of cheating to the customer.
Seeking your advise on the above.

Airtel — sim card not getting activated in roaming
This is regarding,my sim ([protected] haryana no)which gets deactivated when ever i come to tamilnadu
circle, i was in roaming for more than a week in
rajastan , delhi and UP but there the problem does not
occur, but once in Tamil nadu there is no signals,
this is second time the same problem is occuring, last
time it took 10 days for your organisation to try and
rectify the problem and finally they sent me a new sim
card through post , this time again the airtel network
is not getting registered in the phone.
Airtel service is one of the worse or rather worst, there was no respose from thier cutomer care and the i have to make calls everytime to them to remind them of the problem and tamilnadu and haryana circle each of them is passing the buck , asking to contact and blaming the other circle .its been 6 days now and still my problem is not rectified.
