Compliant regarding the Speed Issue . Its From Chennai Customer... Airtel Give this FUP Quota .. After FUP Quota Over the Speed was 256Kbps . They Need to Increase the Speed after FUP Quota . Or Should Give Standard Speed. Many Other Provider Gives Standard Speed for Less Amount .. Airtel was Costly One too .. When reliance Give 2 mbps with no FUP for 699 .. Even Tikona and many other. were Airtel Goes . Still In Olden Age by Giving 256kbps .. Soon Airtel Going to lose their Valuable Customer .. I am the First One.. after this i am going register for termination of my Airtel Connection .. Bye Airtel .. No Need for Providing Name .. Its From Chennai ..

    If some one from Airtel is still reading this forum, in short YOU GUYS SUCK. Airtel stopped giving proper service from last 1 year. That's what I noticed at least in 6 years relation with Airtel. I have raised 3 complaints in the last 1 month for the same problem and all the time I get call saying its rectified and the problem starts again in 1 day. I am fed up calling Customer Care and raising complaint. But this has reached to extreme from last 3 days. So I thought of monitoring the Connection status from Modem Admin page. The data can be seen in the excel sheet here http://sdrv.ms/1dQNPfK. When I monitored from 9PM to 2AM today, I see many disconnections, on average at least 5 to 10mins disconnection per 30mins. I raised a complaint again today[protected] regarding the same issue. But this time I have decided that this will be my last complaint. If I face problem again after this, either I will not be paying the bill or need written statement that Airtel can not provide good service and then I will disconnect my connection. The only reason I stay with Airtel is because my Company's VPN works good with Airtel. But now I have to find some other alternative.

      I have migrated my number [protected] into postpaid on 30st July,2013. As per airtel website, info from executive Mr. Ram (Hadapsar ARC/ Shree Communication) as well as activation team. Monthly rental: 249 A2A. : 10ps/Min A2M. : 30ps/Min A2LL : 60ps/Min STD : 60ps/Min SMS: Local: 30ps/SMS STD: 60ps/SMS Free Calls: 1000 mins Free SMS: 249 Data: 500MB But after activation, I observed my calling rates are as below Revised Plan as below: A2A. :30ps/Min A2M :40ps/ Min A2LL :1.5Rs/Min STD :60ps/Min Free Calls: 1000 Mins Free Sms: 249 I already escalated to nodal officer, appellate, but they are unable to activate the plan what i purchased. They activated plan as per their convenience, I never purchased this plan they forced to pay higher calling charges. I can't pay extra money every minute. I would like to continue with airtel postpaid service, if you they offer me explained plan by the executive as well as activation team and what I purchased. Kindly do needful. Warm Regards, Amol Mane

        The manager for Airtel Gallery for vashi branch Mr.Kishor Shinde are given a extra charge for Postpaid connection,all documents are cleared but they have a extra charge given,i have saw for original documents but they have not accepted and they are very rudely behaviour for customer.Please Take any action for manager Mr.Kishor Shinde for vashi branch....

        Airtel — Rude behavior by airtel office

        I namarta garg received a call frm Airtel office at 9:37 AM on 19/05/2012 about the service of Airtel ...the person who talk to me used bad words when I ask him about the service of Hello tunes...I request u take action n teach them how to talk with lady customers specially.

          Sir , I had ported my cell no [protected] from BSNL prepaid to Airtel Postpaid connection 4 months ago. the connection was taken under Teacher plan on Rs. 99/- per month rental . I used this phone only for incoming and i rarely used it for outgoing and i never use internet on this but my bill amount of first month was approx. Rs. 400/- . I did not pay the bill till 24/8/2013. My phone was disconnected from last 3 months . I want to port this again in BSNL due to hidden bill of airtel. I received so many calls from their office to pay the bill and bill amount becames Rs. 1450/- . I received a call ( [protected]) from mohali Airtel office on 24/8/2013 regarding bill and he was agree to Reduce my bill Amount to Rs. 800/- and committed to convert this connection to prepaid till 26/8/2013. So as per commitment i paid Rs. 800/- in Bathinda Mall road office tran id[protected] on dated 24/8/2013 at 6:30pm. But till now my connection did not continue and the person who committed me from mohali office do not recieve my call form 26/8/2013. kindly solve my problem and connect my phone service and convert it into prepaid as per commitment. thanks

          Airtel — require bill/warrany card

          i have a base phone no is [protected] which is installed by a airtel person. The contact no of the person is [protected].
          But till i did't received bill/warrany card. Now from last 6 months the person is not receiving my phone.
          I have taken a new airtel no and i have not received any bills since last 2 months. I have informed each and every executive who calls me to make payment and still i have not received any bills still they have closed my outgoing calls since last 2 days.

          Can anybody help me pls
          I need to find out who are the people calling my wife on her mobile and she is telling me lies. Her mobile number is Airtel [protected] please help me and she receives messages too on her mobile.

          I need a replly soon with the charges

          My name is M.Vasanth, I bought a prepaid Airtel simcard (Mobile Number: [protected]) from the below shop on[protected] @ 7:55 PM and recharged Rs.333 for full talk time offer along with Rs.56 for 1paise scheme (TransID: [protected]). I have given my copy of passport Xerox and 1 photo with filled application form.

          RAJSHREE TELECOM, Shop No.3, #27, Maruthinagar Main Road , Bangalore – 560029 => Om Prakash - [protected]

          Also, I have recharged Rs.100 (TransID: [protected] - Talk time Rs.86) On[protected] @ 9:28 PM. I received the below ‘AX-Alerts’ SMS’s on[protected] @ 2:21:41PM.

          “We have been unable to reach you for tele verification of your Airtel Mobile number. Your first outgoing call will reach our tele verification helpdesk. (Msg1of2). (Msg2of2) Kindly extend your support & confirm your name & address to our executive to enjoy continued service.”

          After the above SMS’s my incoming and out going calls were barred and when I tried to make outgoing call, it went to verification department. I explained my situation to the Airtel support person and his TL, but got the reply from both the persons to go to dealer shop and Airtel office as they are not responsible for any thing like this and their job is to talk to customer and nothing else. Then I went the above dealer shop and told him my problem, he said he is not responsible for that and his dealership person has to come and look at this and I was asked to go to Airtel office. I was frustrated with the discussion I had with Ambresh, Vinayak, Arjun (TL) – Request number: [protected] and many peoples (Not sure the name of the persons) till today.

          After that I had requested the dealer to talk to customer care and explain my problem but the response from customer care was “go to nearest AirTel office and resubmit my documents once again” and then I went to the AirTel office which is near to “ JAIDEVA Hospital , BTM layout Bangalore .

          I had spend more time there and explained my problem but the result was same as previous they said they are not having authority to any thing and they just dialed hotline and gave it to me. Again same reply, resubmit your documents we will activate your number with in 48 hours and I have submitted the copy of my driving license, company id card and 1 photo copy along with filled application forms.

          After 2 submissions (Application serial no: 9622785 on[protected] also, I have received the same response that ‘go to nearest AIRTEL store as the number is belong to some other girl”.

          1. How come AIRTEL sold the same number to 2 persons?
          2. Since this is prepaid I have valid talk time on my card, how come they barred both the incoming and out going calls without prior intimation to customer?
          3. What was the purpose of the first name/address verification call handled with in 24 hours of sim card activation?
          4. As per the latest communication, they said they can’t change the ownership name from that girl to me, in that cause what is the status of the talk time balance available on my sim?
          5. Why this verification has taken 24 days of after sim activation?
          6. Why the same verification has not taken while the customers recharging their mobiles?
          7. Name/address miss match in AIRTEL database is whose fault? Since none of the customers are not entering the customer details in to their database, customer’s job is to fill the application. If application details are correct and not correct in their database means whose mistake? Will they agree that that is their mistakes? They always tell that the details filled in the application were wrong and resubmit the documents once again.

          On 23rd Feb 2010, I went to RAJSHREE TELECOM shop because that day (22nd Feb 2010 - y’day )the shop person told me that one of his dealer consultant’s will come to shop for this problem. It was advised by him that, the same number has been sold to 2 persons and they want my sim card to be return into AirTel office and I need to again resubmit my all documents for getting a new number as they can’t do anything for this number and also they are not responsible for the remaining amounts present in this card.

          If required, I will submit all my proofs as I still keeping all the SMS messages in my mobile for proof.

          On conclusion, the situation has been very badly handled by Airtel and they are not ready to accept the mistake.It’s great shameful that how AirTel is cheating the customers.

          I Mr Prem Sagar Panda ported into airtel from reliance network
          yesterday...i have been informed from the customer care[protected]
          dat if i ported into airtel i will be given following the
          benefits..1)500 loc minutes to any network 2)200 a-a night minutes 3)500
          sms 4)power plus 1paisa/2sec for 2 months...though it has been 12hrs of
          my porting i havenot got these benefits.whenever i call upon the
          complaint num 198,they tell me dat i m not eligible for these
          offers.Have I paid 25 rs to the retailer only to get rs 10 talk time &
          the call charges 50paisa/min?????sir for your kind information i do stay
          in a city where more than 10 networks are available...i hope you are
          concerned with the porting offers of other networks,,so i dont think i
          have to cite these things before you & also u know the call charges of
          stel,vodafone(best network),docomo,uninor...sir if i get so good
          services in my city why to go for airtel.probably i was given false
          promise from airtel....so i need to put this case in consumer"s court

          My self Parag Pathari.i buyed a airtel no([protected]) 4-5 years before with life time warranty.since last year i have facing lot of problem form airtel like automatic activating any services.i registered to many complaints to airtel via customer care.but issue wasn't solved so i buyed a other sim card of tata docomo...i am using my airtel no only for incoming calls & receiving messages..but due to mobile mal functioning my mobile my airtel card was switched off for 1 month.then i contact to airtel they told me submit documents again..i submitted all the documents but no. wasn't start.yesterday i again call airtel customer care & they told me this no. is registered to another user.

          I want my old no. back but they denied.they said with the rules of TRAI if any no .is switched off for 1 month we recycled it & give it to another users.Please take necessary action as soon as possible.I already forward a complaint mail to TRAI but not yet any replay from them

          I, Vijender Kumar, am having a grievance of activation of Data pack service by Airtel in my postpaid connection [protected] without giving any information to me. I am charged Rs 101 every month for this Data pack sevice since June 2014. I made a complaint on this matter in their customer care center ( No. 121) and I also mailed them my complaint on[protected]. In their reply they are saying that they can refund me only Rs 500. But I paid Rs 1212 for the data pack sevice from june 2014 to may 2015. And that is not solution of my problem. they are doing cheating with their customers. I have activated plan 299 and Rs 75 roaming pack only in my connection. I want solution for my complaint as soon as possible. I attached copy of my phone bill and my complaint email.

          discussed on call, I would like to inform you that, You being our
          valued customer I hereby confirm that a credit of Rs.1140/- (Rs 1000/-
          towards internet charges + Rs.140 Service Tax) has been posted in your
          account on[protected]. The same would reflect as Adjustment in your forthcoming invoice dated[protected].Please
          pay the remaining amount of Rs.94.42/- within the due date to avoid
          late fee charges and to enjoy uninterrupted services. I also wish to
          intimate you that the adjusted amount may not immediately reflect in
          your self care account or airtel myapp. This may take upto 48 hrs to
          reflect the final outstanding amount payable following the adjustment
          credited to your account.Assuring you of our best services.

          I have raised an network issue 60 days before with airtel, Still my issue is not solved and network team working on it said by customer care. If I am not getting any services then why should I pay the bill.

          have long mail chain for the same, I think if my issue is not resolved as well as my bill amount is not write off then I will raise an complaint with TRAI.

            I had a 299 corporate Airtel plan,which had 300 local and national messages free.I Requested for an additional message pack worth 50 Rs in which i would get daily 50 messages,the customer care executive assured that the message pack will activate automatically in 4 hrs.On his assurance i continued using messages.But after several days when i logged in to my login account i was billed around 1350.When i checked i was being charged for the messages.After requested complaints i didn't get any help, no message pack was activated on my number and till now i am being charged for the messages.What should i do about this

              I have airtel num [protected] . I got the connection transfered to my husband's name. Initially the airtel account num was [protected] which changed to different account num - [protected] without informing me during the connection's name change. I kept getting bills that I have to pay -243 as the airtel bill for july 2013.So I did not pay it . After a few days I got a call that I need to pay Rs 503 to airtel .As I was confused ,I did not want the connection to get cut .I paid Rs 530 to airtel account [protected] .I was able to login to airtel.in and see that I have -773 in my airtel account . Once I understood the confusion was because new account number got created..I have repeatedly called airtel to resolve the issue and transfer my money from old account to new account number. This has not been done yet and they have been closing my requests saying they do not have proof of the payments made to the old airtel account -[protected] .I have sent my citibank statement snapshots regarding the same. I need my money back from airtel and the issue to be resolved quickly .

                  Dear Sir My Name is A. Sudheer and i am from Hyderabad, My complaint is very Serious and i am victim of Wrong Billing and inappropriate Customer Care Guidance. My Mobile Number is [protected]. i am using this number since 3-4 months and every month i am paying the bills on time. i am under Rs. 295 monthly plan where apart from Local and STD calls i have a free internet of 1GB ( 1024 MB as per Airtel) per Month. Every thing was going fine until up to 31st of July 2013. but on 1st of August My internet connection was stopped or barred by Airtel. i thought there might be a problem from Airtel so i waited for 2 Days, and i called there customer care team on 3rd or 4th of August 2013 to check why it was stopped. so, the customer care executive clearly said that the limit of my plan was Rs 1024 MB or 1 GB and i have exceeded it and i inquired how much i have exceeded then the Executive confirmed that i have used 1080 MB. so they have barred it. Then the Customer care executive called me after i kept the phone and said " Sir! there is an Rs. 199 Pack unlimited internet pack available for me if they can activate, then he only said as you are using the internet over 1GB this offer suits me. so i accepted and he also said this amount of Rs. 199 will be billed extra to My current pack of Rs. 295. but still i accepted. Then on 14th of Aug 2013 i have received a message from Airtel AZ-AIRCCM, mentioning " NAMASTE! MOBILE INTERNET USAGE FOR YOUR AIRTEL MOBILE [protected] AS ON 14 AUG 2013 IS Rs. 12381. PL PAY Rs.12381 TO ENJOY CONTINUED MOBILE INTERNET SERVICES.". Then immediately i have called up they customer care team to know what the meaning of the message is. " THE EXECUTIVE CONFIRMED, SIR! DONT WORRY THIS IS ONLY IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO USE THE INTERNET YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT OTHERWISE YOU CAN MAKE THE BILL AS PER MONTHLY TARIFF AND USE THE PHONE AND MAKE AND TAKE CALLS, THEN I REPEATEDLY ASKED HIM ARE YOU SURE. HE ASSURED IT EVERY TIME AND SAID NOT TO BE WORRIED" But on 27th of Aug 2013, my bill will be generated and i sent my wife and asked to check and clear the bill at A. S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. When she went there we had a shock they are asking us to pay Rs. 14700+. is it some kind of a joke Airtel is doing with the customers. when i have used 1080 MB against 1024 MB AirTel CS Team said they stopped my internet 1st of August 2013. Then how this amount has become Rs. 12381 on 14th Aug 2013 & and how it has become Rs. 14700 + on 27th August 2013. Moreover after my wife returning back without making any payment to Airtel. They have sent me a message your E Recharges successful. Received Rs. 300 Vide E Receipt No. [protected]. is it some kind of joke or Airtel is Working with a team of Jokers. This is really worrying to me. how can i pay Rs. 14700 + towards mobile bill. that too with out Using internet from 1st of August. when my Free Limit is 1024 MB and My Usage is 1080 MB and that too Airtel Barred Service. and on 27 of August 2013 they ask me to pay Rs. 14700+.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email to you with utmost regret and disappointment as there has been no resolution to my complaints till date. I logged my first recent complaint on 14th of August 2013. I will try to explain the series of events and how i am forced to believe that corruption extends to well known Indian corporate houses like Airtel. 1) My dad logged a complaint 4 months ago about the set top box not always working correctly. He spoke to customer service and they assured him that his complaint will be dealt with promptly but unfortunately nothing happened till date. I don't have a complaint number as i was not at home and my elderly dad is not good with the technology. 2) As I came to see my dad this month, he requested me to get this set top box rectified as it gives him occasional problems and doesn't start instantly.Set top box is a bit temperamental and is quite annoying when it switches off automatically. 3) I called customer service centre and logged my complaint ( ref no :[protected] on 14th August 2013. I was satisfied with the call and was told that engineer will visit you tomorrow. Engineer came to our house on 16th and asked us several questions about the set top box. 4) Engineer ( sikh guy) did not have any instruments with him to check the settop box. He tried method of elimination and started asked us about the symptoms which is fair enough. He said adapter is a problem and we should replace the adapter. Set top box is fine. We as a family were not convinced but we ultimately respected Airtel engineers competency and decided to buy adapter. He mentioned that this will cost us total amount of INR 475 i.e INR 350+ INR 125( service charge) . 5) we agreed to pay and he bought a used adapter from his bag which was on his bike outside our house. He mentioned that there is no guaranty / warranty for the adapter. He bought in 2 used adapters and asked us to try either . I asked him about airtel seal / logo on the adapter but he said that it comes like this . I became suspicious and decided to check with airtel customer service before buying unsealed and used adapter . I did not share the happy code and the engineer left the house. 6) I called Airtel customer service centre and explained the scenario. Customer advisor congratulated me and said i have done a good thing by not buying the adapter as some engineers sell used adapters and make money. I was stunned to hear this as i never imagined that Mr. Mittal will allow corruption openly in his own company. Anyway i was given a reference number[protected] for incorrect resolution of the query. I was told that engineer will visit me next day before 8 am and get this sorted. Till date engineer has not visited our house. I was talking to Deepika who is a team leader. 7) i got a call from chetan on 18th august asking if my case was resolved and i said no. I asked chetan ( customer service advisor) that i would like to get this engineer dismissed as he tried to sell us a used adaptor by fraud. A legal case of fraud should be lodged against him by the organisation if Airtel is a honest organisation. Later on during the day , i spoke to Abhishek( team leader) and asked about my case. I Ireiterated that i would like an action against the engineer who tried to cheat us especially my elderly parents. Case ref no : 32649081. Abhishek assured me that engineer will visit us on 19th and bring a new adapter but we have not seen engineer till date. A new case was logged on18th because for the previous case engineer had provided incorrect information to the customer service advisors mentioning that we were not ready to pay the amount. This is a lie on top of cheating and fraud. In summary, our case remains unresolved and we have not been made aware what action has been taken against the fraudulent engineer.J&K unfortunately is notorious for cheating and fraud especially the distributors and dealers. I am raising this concern as a citizen of India as i care for my motherland. If we take a strict action against the fradulant engineer , hopefully his friends and your other employees will take a note and we can create corruption free india. I am not hopeful as this is is not worth any money for Mr Mittal but i will fight for honesty till my last breath. Unfortunately i have lost faith in Airtel and respect for the company and the owners. Regards, Robin

                      I am using sports economy sports plus airtel dth package. I have recharged with Rs.1740 on 25th August 2013 for 6months to avail 15days free. I waited for 2days and re-checked the expiry date but still 15days are not added to my account as expected. I called customer care on 27th August 2013 to look into this. They say the current balance is Rs.1735 now and they need minimum Rs.1740 to avail 15days free. Hence they want me to recharge with a minimum amount once again and give them a call letting them know that I have sufficient balance now. My concern is why the heck should I recharge again after having recharged for Rs1740 already? Its Airtel mistake, they should have informed me to give them a call post recharging for 6months. They did not specify this in the SMSs I received, they did not call me or it was not specified in the Airtel website while recharging. Why should I suffer by re-paying to recharge for their mistake? I am absolutely not happy, very disappointed with the way Airtel is betraying the customers. Please take this complaint forward and help me tarnish Airtel's reputation.

                              HI Sir/ Madam, I have the following Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) for more than 8 years. Unfortunately from yesterday evening i have been facing problems where i am not getting incoming calls and i am not able to make any outgoing calls. Sometimes the calls Go (1 in every 10 attempts). When some one calls me they say they get a automated intimation that the user is busy but i am not getting any ring, even though im not using the phone. I have raised a complaint yesterday regarding this, but it has not been resolved. Kindly check into this and help me out. ref no: COGCL[protected].

                              As per my discussion with one of the representatives. He has informed me that there is an issue with the bandwidth of the tower in that locality. In fact with the my interaction with the rest of the customers in the area, they have informed me that they are facing similar issues.                                 I have replaced a SIM after losing it ([protected])since 3PM when I got the new one today from Airtel Connect Cantonment Road, Cuttack (not discussing about the reckless attitude of the CSRs) I was promised that it would get activated in 4 hrs, which did not happen. I called CC but was informed that everything is ok and services are active but I am still not getting IC and OG calls and when I dial *123# it tells” Not registered in the network”. This is not expected from Bharti Airtel Limited. I could not make an important call because of your lies. You could simply have told that It will take a week to activate the SIM. It’s a disgrace to know my company is performing like this. Bidhu.

                                  I recharged my phone with airtel national roaming pack of Rs.79.The mobile application of airtel clearly specifies that the validity of the pack is for 30 months but they are actually providing validity of 30 days. and when i try to talk to the customer care they put me on hold for about 10 mins saying that they are cross checking the facts and then disconnect my phone. then when i wrote an email to them, i received an automated email that they will be contacting me within 24 hours, but it has been almost a week and i havent received a call or mail from them.

                                  I bought a airtel HD DTH connection directly through airtel on July 10th(customer id [protected]). I paid an amount of 5200 which included set top box charges+1 year subscription charges+1 yr HD charges which they said was 100 rs. They claimed that they had 4 HD channels available ESPN , star sports, National geographic and discovery channel. However after taking the connection I came to know that there were no HD channels available and moreover they said that they had no idea about the HD charges as there were no channels on hd available. Why did they sell hd connection when there were no channels available ? This is clearly cheating.

                                    I am Dinesh from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I am using Airtel for merely six years, thing is that I activated Rs.35 Booster for my mobile([protected]) on 5, August 2013 through on-line from Airtel web-portal . So I used to speak with the people long hours without notifying the rate which was deducting from my account. Actually I came to know the worse only on 14, August 2013 that my call rates were reducing in a normal pulse second i.e. in the rate of 1.5 p/s. So I was vexed and I immediately report this problem to your Senior Department Anuja on the same date. I am not satisfied with her solution, so I moved up this to the Nodal Officer Acatherine and reported the same. She promise to resolve about this on the same date before 6.30 pm, but yet I have not receive a single call from your side. Because of this worse I was pushed to recharge for 400 rs only for 9 days. Your representative were saying that booster was deactivated on the next day i.e. on 6, August 2013 but they failed to intimate me by call/message. If they do this I may be alert about the problem.

                                    Last month an offer was introduced by Airtel in which a customer would get Airtel to Airtel talktime of Rs.1500 on recharge of Rs. 156.But now, the talk value has been reduced to Rs. 748 without any notice.I think, the marketind=g department of Airtel is clearly taking advantage of the customers' helplessness.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Chetan Raut having with Account Number:[protected] with reference to my Airtel mobile bill for my mobile no: [protected]. I was on a business trip to The Netherlands (Holland) and I wished to carry my above mentioned mobile No. with me. Hence, I did all the required study and formalities like knowing what the tariff charges are, charges for incoming and outgoing calls, weather to use 3G or not and accordingly did all the formalities by visiting your Ankit Communications at Chinchwad. As a result of my prior study I made few requests like starting International calling on my mobile and barring the international GPRS! Details as below: I received an SMS mentioning that International Roaming has been activated on my mobile with effect from 1st of June 2013 And in other SMS mentioning that International GPRS barring has been started on my mobile with effect from 1st of June 2013 My Tour started on Morning 3rd of June 2013. After one week suddenly my incoming was barred and that too without any information or giving me any notice. Returning back to India I realized that my mobile bill was charged heavily in spite of me taking the precautions for activating the international roaming, etc. While I called the call center the executive mentioned that the roaming was not activated on my mobile and hence the bill generated is this huge! Then I revisited the Ankit communication in Chinchwad and gave a complaint regarding the same. The details of the complaint were as follows “The reference No for your Airtel mobile is 51378057, registered on 29 JUN 2013 at 14:57 am.” After this nobody called me back. I kept this mobile on for few weeks and then unfortunately had to stop using this No. I wish to use this mobile No. and hence I request you to recalculate the tariff and draft a bill where I can fully settle the genuine outstanding amount. I had used incoming for 1hr. 33min. and outgoing for 1min: 30sec. and the bill shouldn’t be more then Rs. 5952/- for Incoming calls and Rs. 225/- for Outgoing as per your Airtel website!                                         I had ported my mobile no.[protected] from Idea to Airtel with good faith that all the services will be better than the previous service provider. As promised by Airtel Executive Renu ([protected]) at the time of documentation of MNP, please carry forward the same credit limit i.e. Rs.18000/- which I had with my previous service providers Vodafone and Idea cellular respectively. I had mailed the last copy of invoice from idea to airtel customer care,nodal officer and appellate officer from time to time after porting my number to airtel. As I am a frequent abroad traveller and I need the good credit limit for interrupt services. The credit limit was originally given by Vodafone and same was carried forward by Idea cellular without any problems at the time of porting the same mobile number from Vodafone to Idea.
