[Resolved]  Airtel d2h — Relocation pending since 2 month

I had taken the Airtel D2H connection in July 1800 rupees 4month subscription.

I had request for relocating my Airtel D2H connection from Pune to My Bangalore address on 24th August. Twice 300 has been deducted against my account as relocation charges but not even once a single technician has visited my place nor have i received any call back. I have raised about 20 complaints in the past two months but there has been no resolution from Airtel D2H customer care.

This absolute fraud by Airtel D2H, I have lost two months of subscription and 600 rupees against fradualent relocation which has never happened.

Please do not ever take anything that is related to Airtel, they are crooks.

Airtel — No Resolution of Complaints Pending since Months

Respected Sir/Mam,

I would like to state that on being with Airtel from the past 7-8 years was a really pleasurable part of my life, but only until recent times. I had now been facing some severe problems like the basic need of any Mobile holder i.e. Network. I had complained about this problem to 198 about few 2-3 months back, but its still not resolved till date.
Now apart from my basic requirement of Network Signal on my phone for which I had paid a lot till date, I have also been facing the problem of getting no resolution from your side or even any revert back from your Respected Executives.

I had complained my Hello Tunes not working problem, which I am still paying for a service which now you are not even providing to me. This problem was reported by me several times to 121 and 198, the last been reported in the month of October, 2010. For which I again called to 198 for any resolutions being done from Airtel, but to my grief nothing was done by your Organisation. I feel really pity upon me as on the way I am now treated by the most Lovable and Close to my heart Mobile Network Services Provider. I am with you since the past 7 to 8 years and never felt this left alone or sad. I must say that even though you are progressing in the Stock Markets but are falling down deep in my heart. So now Airtel may be busy with the huge 11 crore Customer Database it has with it, I feel it has left its Old and Loyal Customers way back.

I really want to bring this issue in the eyes of the Superiors, so as to see What all you can do for your Customers ageing along with this Organisation. I am and had been really Loyal to you, but not for this day. Even My Family is really Airtel Loyal and is along u since more than 11 years or so now. I even used my Delhi Circle Mobile Number in Maharashtra Circle On Roaming For More Than 4 years. I never changed my Service Provider let there be any problems of Low Signal Strength in the entire Maharashtra Circle than any other Service Provider. I had that belief in this Organisation but to my mistake, I now think that all that pain taken by me was of no use or worth to you. Even when in the end of my stay in Maharashtra, I opted for an Airtel number over there also. So now, Please I heartily request you to sort out all my issues pending with your Organisation since months and provide me the resolutions which I need for the problems of :-
1.) Network Signals.
2.) Connectivity
3.) High Bills although I feel I don't use that much.
4.) Hello Tunes Service which I don't get even after paying in masses.
5.) Credit Limit which I feel you don't have any Criteria of fixing it.
6.) No revert back from yor end, let it be 198, 121 or your so called Customer Care Executives and last but not the least,
7.) Behavior of your The Respectable Customer Care Executives.

Sir/Mam I am really looking forward for the best possible solution to be provided to me by you. I really have this Hope that I will be contacted by you now that I have brought this matter in front of you, Please don't let me down now because I really don't want to look forward to MNP service and want to be with you. I know even we have some disputes in the family but they can be resolved by the wise members of the family. So, I also look forward for a better resolution, after all We Are Family.

AirTel — no resolution of my complaint since 2 month

i was reqested for MNP for my airtel no. [protected] as 2 months ago then airtel promises me to decrease my call rates but there were no action was taken as i complaints about 20 times but there is no any sollution.
Plz plz plz plz resolve my complaints...
My name is Rakesh Gupta I am using airtel dth from last two year. I amFacing setup box problem last 17 may 2011. last four days your customer care person is comitted tommrow your problem will solve but till now no one is visited my house. my cust.id is [protected]. I am waiting up to monday evening letar i have to choose other dth service provider.
