After see these all complements from customers I want to discontinue my landline no right now.
Because I already have mtnl line of terrif plan of rs. 100 p/m.in my home.(only in coming line)
Now After watching so much of complaints, I am afraid of pay new 1 day of Bill rs. 11.00 only
(Starting period 26jul to 25 aug 2009) because my line start from 25 augest 2009

In my society mtnl’s brodband line for internet is not possible, and airtel people start
hurry for internet connection (only now this month is free and from next month I have to pay 1000 rs. for installation charges etc.etc.)
as per my knowledge airtel people already lead cable connection all over society for 1000 of
Tenants.
Actually society negotiates with Airtel company and airtel give us a free airtel landline this
is a fact story.(outoff 1000 tenats only 450 tenants get conection with airtel .)
now I have to beware from airtel.

Airtel — VAS Billing

My airtel connection no [protected]. i am deactivated my GPRS service on 09th-Jan-2009, and it's automatically activated on 21-Jan-2009. i am given complaint for the same on 22-Jan-2009, 24-Jan-2009, 27-Jan-2009 and 29-Jan-2009 (with some bad words). In my Jan-2009 Bill, thay are Charging 590 Rupees for GPRS only. Regular GPRS usage rate is 0.30Ps for 50Kb but the bill was done for 1.00Re for 100Kb. i am called the customer care for the billing issue from 11-Feb-2009 to 20-Feb-2009. Till now they are not solving the Issue (i am also not paid any amount for the bill).
On 11-Mar-2009 i am received letter from Sankara Narasimhan (Deactive Collection). for the non payment they will proceeding legal action.

This is to bring into your notice that i(Ms. priyanka Nandwani) is a customer of airtel and is using [protected] as my airtel contact number on 30/05/09 Mr. Manish came to me to collect the payment and I gave the cheque of Rs. 2500/- and he settle the bill for Rs. 5000/- As you can see the attachment with the receipt number 1680792, then he called in the evening and said that If we give cash the number will be activated on 4 hrs and he came and took the cash rs. 2500/- and i mk stop pay on my chq as i ws told
by collector manish said that when he will give the cheque back in a day or two as we cannot give two receipts for the same number in a day. then he will give the receipt for the cash. Then after two days of tracing him he said as ur ac is settel on 5000 rs so that that we need to deposit 2450/- more and our number will be activated we did that also and he gave us the receipt for 2450/- you can see that it is attached with the mail. I have paid the whole amount and my number is not active till now . after wasting my 25 days to track my pay when asked from manish he said that as airtel has not given my salary i have kept your amount with me. He did not even give me the cheque back and give me receipt of the 2500/- cash that he took I warn you that my number should be activated within 24 hrs. or i will go to the consume court. If Anyone does not pay Airtel's bill they do not mind barring the phone and now you guys don't want to activate my number. I warn you again that I have the receipts with me that you have got 4950 as the whole some on which my account was settled and your guy agreed to activate my number and I will go the consumer court i am not reverted my Monday.

I got the sms that i have won 1000000GBP sterlings what should I do are they bogus people please sombody reply

i got the similar message from EUROMILLION INT'L MOBILE DRAW company and it told me i won a grand prize of 800, 000GBP. then it redirected me to LOOMIS FINANCE SECURITY COMPANY.

I contacted the company through mail and then gave my address. They mailed me the departure time of the agent of the company from UK and informed me that it will stay in India for only a couple of days. To be precise he was about to depart on 3rd June, 2009 and reach India on 4th of june, 2009.

The day came and at about 3:00 pm in the afternoon on the 4th of June, the agent called me up. as a return they asked me to sent the ID proof. through email the addressed at

In return i called at ++[protected] as they have delivered their contact details.
Some one recieved that call and then i said about my winning details. They said me to
sent the ID proof details through email.

Now, i came to know this all thing was just a fake and else. This is very serious joke that some companies are playing.

I got an e-mail from the same fraud company infrming me that I have owned one Million USD from Taggs Year End Nobel Award. Then they send me an emiail attaching the scann copy of a Bank Draft for one million USD, Wining Certificate and a certificate from International Monetary Fund. Then they informed me that their despatch officer will leave London on 29 th October 2009 and reach India on 30th October 2009 morning. On 30th November 2009 at 9 AM I got a call from the Despatch Officer from New Delhi informing me that he has arrived in India and I need to deposit 45, 000 INR for Registration Fees to an ICICI Bank Account at New Delhi. I told I will personally go and pay and at the same time I will recieve the parcel. He fumbles. Then again he called me and I gave my second option.The option was like not only he will hand over but go with me to the Bank and Deposit and get that cleared.
Then no phones and no respose

I hope all must follow some principles and deal these advance fee frauders accoirding to their own wisedom. Other wise you lose

I am having airtel prepaid connection with No. [protected], Goa Connection.
I had not opted for any special VAS services except caller tunes.

I did not have sufficient balance, So, with huge financial difficulties I had recharged from bangalore for Rs. 50 on the above number, After successful recharge, I got an SMS -"Your A/c hass been Recharged with Rs.0.00 MRP Rs.50, Kindly pay to the retailer Transaction ID :- [protected]" Without a single paise credit. So, I called the customer Care Karnataka at 121, I spoke with one of the airtel CSR, He said that since the phone is in roaming so, all the recharges you make will not be credited and suggested me to try the recharge with the higher denomination .

Again after few minutes I had recharged with Rs.100, I waited for few minutes and I got an SMS "Your A/c hass been Recharged with Rs.1.00 MRP Rs.100, Kindly pay to the retailer Transaction ID :- [protected]", I was shocked by this and I called the customer @ 121 for another time, I spoke with CSR about the reason for not getting the amount credited, He replied that recharge for Rs.100 is not acceptable so you try with another denomination, and gave me the Customer Care Number :[protected] and said the the customer care number will also be charged with STD call rates.

Since, I did not have balance in my cell, I & called from a local landline to the number[protected] and explained my grievance to the airtel representative, He replied that I have called to Mumbai CSC, Since, it is a GOA connection so, call another airtel Customer Service center[protected] and said that this number will be charged at STD Rates.

So, I called another one more new number[protected] and waited for few minutes, then my call got redirected to the customer Service call centre, I explained my grievance to the airtel representative, He said that You cannot make any recharge in Roaming, You have wasted by making above recharges, I asked the reason for this and told to give me the number of any higher Official, He rudely disconnected the phone with loud voice.

If this is the situation then how much money is being unnecessarily held up by Airtel in the whole India.

I had also mailed about the same to the customer care & nodal officer, but there was no proper Response form the concerened.

on 1st Feb 2009 one of the member from our Frientz group was out of the group due to some reason.
again he wants join.
One weel later, I called the customer care, Vinod from CC told me that all the members from our Frientz group has to break from the group & again creat group but for that your balance should be above 30Rs.
Me & all my group members tried to form our group for thousand times but it fails all the time.
I request you to give guideline for the formation of our frientz group.

i was been using 1mbps connection in raipur c.g. but when i moved to durg/bhilai there is airtel broadband in the city but not in the area where i live, i.e. civil lines... whats the point to releasing new tariffs and new schemes like 16mbps and so if airtel cant even sell them to the customers who actually needs them, i cant get an airtel connection because of this silly reason that they are not getting enough request for the connection from my area, ridiculous.

Airtel — Mobile office-Poor Technological Knowledge

I purchased a recharge card of Rs.395, which provides free internet for one month.But whn i used internet, now you guess it.
Called customer care, found many uneven answers each time i call.
I lost around 20 to 30 rupees.

I had been charged 120 Rs for my free usage of 75 MB during night sessions . Till now none of the actions r taken. If i dont get my money back u have to face me in consumer court. It is now ur wish.
also whenever i call austomer care italls me mess as MY AIRTEL, even after doing so i am not reachable the customer care. Very bad response. Ur only aim is to cheat customers.

I have received a message that service has been activated and I also get a online help

from technical support tem but I am not able to access the internet and then again I contacted customer support tem

and they loged my complaint with seniors and according to them will be solved till 25th of March.

Please help me in this regard beacuse I need this service ASAP

I've also faced similar situation with the Technical Support of Airtel. I purchased a SIM Card and a plan of Rs. 98.00 20 days ago to access internet in my cellphone. The internet connection stopped working n i was getting ''invalid server name'' message with all the web apps. I contacted the tech support and they told me that there was no such plan activated on my number!... I explained again them that i was using the internet on the same day and requested them to check again, then they immediately activated the connection... I really wonder about their knowledge. Obviously, nobody will expect tnis kind of support!!! Jagmohan singh.

Trying to call technical support for mobile internet as it is not working from past 5 days.But airtel cust care IVR cancels the call saying pls call *121# for balance and validity information.
