TO WHOMSOVER IT MAY CONCERN
Respected SIr/Madam, 5 months back i lost my airtel prepaid sim and done block and transfer, later aftr 2 months i applied and got a duplicate sim card, from a local retailer who bribed Rs.200/- and i paid the amt. and took the sim card since it was emergency, but after a month my number has changed from [protected] to [protected], how is this possible ? who is the persn responsible, the retailer said he can't do anything, i want this retailer to be warned from a right person from airtel, this is a fraudlent activity. i can provide this retailer name and address if any person from airtel contacts me about this, because of this inconvenience from my numbers getting changed, i'm going to lodge complaint against airtel, as it's a matter of prosecution.

AirTel — transaction did not complete but my bank a/c is debited
Dear sir/madam Bangalore,07-march-2011
I'd paid my postpaid mobile no [protected] bill of Rs. 834 last month for the bill period of jan-2011 to feb-2011, bill no 24139541 , through my axis bank account. I 'd got a message to retry the transaction from airtel, when i checked my account the amount is deducted from the account, kindly look into this matter and do the necessary. being such a reputed company you cannot let the customers face such silly problems. please do the necessary.
