Dear sir, I have Regestered My Mobile No.[protected] in DND before 3 Years on 12/11/2009 with Ref No. A[protected], But still I am receiving SMS from tele marketers, Regarding this I Complaint to airtel Appellate Authorty on 8th March Comp No.#CDRGP[protected], that I am receiving sms from [protected], on 5 March at 12:52 PM, and [protected] on 7 March at 2:05 PM, The Contain Was " Janiye Archna Ji se apna bhavishya or kisi bhi samasya ka samadhan vyapar naukri, personal life ya ho love life abhi dial karein[protected]." but airtel gave me wrong resolution that the call sms could not be located in your call record, Sir, I request to you please help me I am sick of this telemarketers who is sending me sms everyday and diffrent diffrent No's , Kindly Check following Nos and do the needful [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — regarding faulty DND complaint registration service
my mobile no is [protected]my NDNC registration no. was S[protected]
I was dergisterd from NDNC by Airtel suo moto as I had filed several complaints regarding promotional calls received on my mobile from Airtel itself.
The DND complaint registration page at airtel website is faulty, it does not take any complaints.
There is no provision to register a complaint directly at the NDNC registry.
the staff at airtel customer care is ill informed and lack communication skills,and are unable to solve any problems.
