I had applied for disconnecting the airtel postpiad connection on August 17th 2012 bearing number [protected]. But there was no proper action taken from their side and got numerous calls till January 2013.

In January 2013 recovery agent was sent to house for collection, All proofs but still he was insisting on the payment. Customer care was called and Jeevitha (Manager from customer care) has assured that connection will be disconnected with immediate effect. And got mail in feb 2013 on the same

But again I had started receiving calls from them for amount payment.

Complaints are raised with customer care and no resolution was provided till date.

I had contacted Harsha([protected]) from corporate.collectionskk department in the month of Feb 2013,he mentioned that It will be resolved in couple of day's. But till date there is no confirmation from him.

I had dropped numerous mails to corporate.collectionskk ,nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com but no one replying back to the mails , instead receiving numerous calls from the customer care and it's like mental harrasement

Meanwhile I got mail..,

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that our records shows an amount of Rs. 3940.7 /- remains unpaid till date on your airtel mobile number [protected] bearing a/c [protected] .
We have also initiated mails, reminding you to make the said payment, which you have ignored. Hence the case has been moved to our solicitors and a Lok-Adalath notice has been initiated on 28th March 2013 at Sitting NO.248/13, Office of Deputy Registrar, Basement, City Civil court complex, Behind Kaveri Bhavan, Bangalore-560009. Between: 11 am to 4 pm (Lunch from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.) for amicable settlement of the above mentioned account.
The notice has been dispatched to your billing address. Hence request you to take the notice and appear in the court on the above mentioned date.

    We recharging airtel to make low call rates,
    Example 45 rs but they r charging first 2min as a normal call rates. Aftr first 2 min of the day our call rate will low rates.

    I mean" what is use to recharge if we do recharge any plan to make low call rates because airtel charging first 2min normal rate then per sec will start.

    Hi.
    2 weeks ago a girl names Suhana called me up form no# [protected] stating she is an Air Tel employee and got a billing scheme of 0 rental, and told me i've to pay Rs 600 as deposite.
    I agreed on her and asked to send a field executive. form were filled by me i paid him the cash and the scheem is not yet activated yet on my sim... and the girl has just vanished ... no calls no now the cell is also switched off

    Airtel — Charging fraudulently

    Airtel has been charging me wrongly for hello tunes subscription. When I called them up they said that I must have set up the hello tune since it can be setup only from landline. This is a complete lie since I never set up the caller tune. They are a bunch of cheats

    now you people not replying already i email to ur staff.. u people playing with us or doing time pass???

    i received email from your side they said" within one working days we will contact you .but still we dint received any reply from your side...
    i sopke with ur customer care supervisor,
    he is unable to answer to my question. so he disconnect my phone line. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE

      my mobile number is [protected]. it was an airtel number and i ported it into aircel in october 2011 bcz of poor signal on airtel at ma home and it took about 25 days for the whole process. now i want to port it back into airtel as the signal strength has improved now and i hv completed all the formalities and have submitted the documents for the same on 17 january 2013 but till now i.e. 15 march 2013 the number has not ported into airtel. plz hlp me out of this problem

      after porting of my no , the airtel is not providing services to my no.
      whenever i complaint to those people they are not responding to my problem properly.

        I obtained duplicate SIM ( mob. No. [protected]) from the AIR TEL service center, Nehru place, New Delhi on 14.03.13. The desk clerk charged Rs. 140 instead of Rs. 25 (as MRP) on assurance that I will get Rs. 117 as recharge on this number within 20 minutes, but no recharge of talk time has been made till 17:00 hrs on 15.03.2013. I have been cheated.
        please take necessary action and let me get the recharge of talk time on my mobile no. [protected]

          from feb14th my set up box is been de activated for new change of address , after 10 days later you enginners came and they entirely damaged the setupbox and reinstallation is not done properly ...., if that so why they collect the money rs 250/- and very surpise that so far no came forward to rectify the error which is done by your own engineers . is it our mistake after paying also we need wait for your service and no can survey without media for 1 day till today my setbox is not working really a shame to your firm that they cannot rectify single customer satisfaction .

          Beacuse fo your service failuer i have brought new setup box with different service provider by spending my additional cost of rs 2800/-

          Whether you concern will bear this cost?????? if am not geeting componsetion am going for legal case .

            The AT&T toll free number 000 117 is being charged.

            This same number is toll free when dialed through cellphone.

            Why this difference between using land line and mobile?

            I called up customer care to check why this number is being charged and they told me that when dialed using the land line it will be charged.

            This is totally unfair. It should be a free number.

            i am charged for free browsing the web page shows that i[censored] browse through airtel live its free till 31st jan but i was charged please i was deducted for that do something my mobile number is [protected].

              I am having airtel post paid connection mobile. no.[protected]. in favor of Mrs. Abhidnya Hardik Mehta. (Rajkot-Gujarat).
              We had applied for post paid plan rental Rs. 349 + Tax. we had selected 90,000 seconds plan. means pulse on seconds.
              But at the time of connection they had told us that its as per seconds plan. but when we receive first bill we find that they had changed our plan.
              when we visited near airtel outlet (Dr. Yagnik Road - Rajkot ) they are behaving very rude (Even with ladies). When we asked that why you had changed our plan. they revert. we will not change, you had applied for min. pulse plan. We said check the form and check the plan we had selected they replied very rudely that we are not having for your this type o[censored]seless work. ( very rude tone by company employee with ladies ) And also told that do what you want to do. and don't disturb us.

              AirTel — change of plan

              Dear sir, i am holding an airtel broadband connection under no.[protected] (725 plan), i had frozen mu connection in july 2008 and then got it reactivated in october, but to my surprise after going thyrough the bills i came to know that the plan was changed to 499 which i had never opted for, i had complained about the same to airtel for which i got a concern no as 15166304, it has been about 15 days now but no concrete action has been taken, everytime i talk to the executives they are giving a different story as much as that they told me that i had requested them to change the plan by signing the requisite form whereas at that particular time i was sitting in dubai, then they changed the statement and said that it was a telephonic conversation which also is a lie, on 29th dec at around 1205hrs i got a call from one of the executives whom named himself as Sumit from ph no[protected] regarding the same complaint and he was so impolite and unproffessional, people like such should have no place in any organisation, even when i told the executive that i will goto consumer court there was a big laugh given by him for the consumer court

                  This is to bring into your notice that I had an Airtel Datacard postpaid connection (# [protected]). Due to very bad connectivity I requested Airtel to terminate my connection. I even went and submitted a written application to the Airtel ARC on November 2012. Even after paying the outstanding bill amount, Airtel continued to generate Bills for the month of December 2012 and January 2013. The bill has now accumulated t INR 1100. Despite repeated mails and visits to Airtel ARCs, I was continuously being harassed by Airtel Call center, third party recovery agents. A few days back I got a call from an Advocate from Delhi stating that he would be filing a criminal case against me (u/s 420). After this I visited the Airtel ARC once again and was told to mail the nodal officer at mumbai. There seems to be no response from him either. Now I get a call from Constable Hoshiyaar Singh that he has filed an FIR against me.

                  I am shocked and dejected by the way how Airtel treats its customers who have a clean bill payment history. Can someone please guide me as to what should be done as I feel the billed amount is unjust.
                  Else I would be filing a case against Airtel in the Consumer Court

                  I got calls from the following given numbers on the given dates

                  Airtel — Continuing bills even after termination of connection

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I had a pre-paid mob connection No [protected] which was converted to a post paid connection without any request from me. Repeated requests to revert the connection to a pre-paid including letters sent through registered did not yield any results and in fact did not elicit even a response. Finally the connection was terminated on my request after paying all dues for the calls and SMSes made by me. The written request for termination was receipted by the representative of the by signing on it on 04 Aug 07 and is held by me. To my surprise I find that the company has now sent me another bill for the same connection for the period 11 Aug onwards. This can be classified as nothing other than harassment by the company. I am also astonished at the consumer relations policy and practices of the company which does not bother to reply to any emailed or written requests or complaints - perhaps this is a sign of the growing arrogance of a company which feels that it has a hold on the mobile connections market.

                  well,

                  with your complaint, there is one remedy, the post paid user for any celular service should do, at the time of deactivation of your post paid connection, you MUST always demand a noc which should cleraly state that the connection is surrendered to the recpective company WITH THE RECEIPT OF YOUR FINAL PAYMENT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER. The noc must not contain the words like may or might.

                  Airtel — Non transfer, non termination, false billing

                  I am Airtel customer and use to avail Broadband & landline services form Airtel. (Airtel A/C no: 13053441, Phone:[protected]
                  On 29th April, 2010, I had raised a request for the transfer of my brodband connection from: M85 (2nd floor), Blossom-II, Sec-51, Gurgaon
                  to: M125 (ground floor), Blossom-II, Sec-51, Gurgaon.
                  To do the Airtel didn't try to move an inch an dI had to do numerous follow ups.
                  But till 16th May the shifting process din't reach a conclusion.
                  Eventually I was so pissed off that I lodged a request for termination of Airtel A/C on 16th May itslef.
                  It's 07 June today and the termination hasn't been done.
                  Rather Airtel has exhibited another ridiculous behaviour & have sent a bill of the period of 05 May to 04 June.
                  My previous bills have already been paid & I think Airtel is not entitled to this amount.
                  Some of the complaint/reference numbers which I have about my communication with Airtel are: 32661340,[protected], 33269958, 1080286
                  I want Consumer forum to help me cancel the Airtel connection as soon as possible and scold Airtel for such an insane behaviour.

                  Airtel — Not terminating the connection - false billing

                  It all started when I moved from Faridabad to Gurgaon in June’2010. After almost two months now, I have realized that using an Airtel broadband connection in Faridabad and sticking to Airtel even in Gurgaon is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.

                  I have called Airtel customer care at least ten times since last two months to get my Faridabad connection terminated but in vain. Two bills have also been generated after I put my request for termination. A couple of complaint numbers regarding this are 33853988 and 33905030. I have got calls twice from their retention office and once from some Mumbai office and their executives assured me that the connection will be disconnected and I do not need to pay the false bills generated. I have all the details of the people with whom I talked during these customer care calls and who assured me that I need not pay any money and I’ll not get any bills. However, I recently got a call from them and the lady on the other side was very rude when she said that I am a defaulter.

                  I made another mistake when I took a new IPTV connection when I moved to Gurgaon. There have been issues with it as well and I have made 10 more customer care calls to get them addresses. Needless to say, the problem persists. Here are a few interaction/complaint numbers:[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], 36407688, 36594050.
                  What is most irritating is that every time you call them, a new person comes in who has absolutely no knowledge of the history of complaints open on this account. You have to explain it all over again. They will always be very confident to have resolved the issue and will tell you that it will get resolved by some definite time. However it never gets resolved and you can never reach that person again.

                  Airtel really sucks!!!! They leave no stone unturned to harass their customers. They are no better than thieves!!! I am highly frustrated and pissed off.
                  Does someone at Airtel care about customer???

                  Airtel — sending bills even after the connection is terminated

                  I had this Airtel broadband connection which i terminated on 28th June 2010.

                  These foolish people are still sending me the utility bills!!!!!

                  I've already informed them a number of times that my broadband is no longer in use...but they do not pay a heed. I gave this in written to their representative who come to disconnect the connection, I am not using this connection any more. Moreover, the landline phone is also disconnected.

                  I don't understand, how come i am still getting the bills????

                  What am i supposed to do in such a case. Please Suggest

                  Airtel — Bills are sent even after termination of connection

                  Hi,

                  I am Bharadwaj. I was using Airtel Broadband internet service.
                  I have terminated using the internet service on 20-March-2011. I surrendered the modem and telephone device.
                  The final serttlement bill has been paid on 23th April 2011 against the bills raised.

                  Few days later the connection has been reactivated without my request and bills are getting generated on this connection. The reason said was some third person by name Shailender asked them to activate the connection.

                  In this connection complaints have been logged under the following numbers

                  45884176
                  46128490

                  Niether the complaints have been resolved nor there is any updation of the statuses from the customer care side till date.

                  The latest complaint raised was with number 47370516. They have cancelled the complaint saying it as invalid.

                  The customer service never calls back for the status update.

                  Now they are asking me to pay a bill of Rs. 2000/-.

                  Please help me filling a consumer case in this regard.

                  The same thing has happened to me. I terminated my Airtel broadband service in the month of January 2013 and I still received an extra bill for the month of February. I repeatedly told the Airtel customer care that there is some confusion, but instead of looking into this matter they continued calling me regarding the bill. Now, it has gone one step further. I've started receiving calls from different people claiming that they are talking from Delhi High Court and telling me to pay the bill and come to Delhi HC. I've been told the same things that you've been told. I've been told to pay an amount of Rs. 1000. Following are list of numbers:

First for retention than for confirmation than for recovery. My Airtel account number is [protected].

                  Same thing happened to me today. I got a call from [protected] stating that he is calling from Delhi Court and there is a bill pending for Tata Communication on my name. And if i don't pay in 1.5 Hr, he would file a case against me and i would have to pay fine 20, 000. Post checking with Tata, i found out that the account is on my name, however, i have never stayed at that place.

                  I am checking the details with Tata Communication, however, these calls are harassing. Without any intimation in last 4 years, they suddenly call like this. This is not accepted. Can anyone please guide what to do.

                  This is regarding paresh case since i am also facing the same problem and have written several mails to you but have not received any calls form your side your mails always says we tried to contact you but could not reach How is it possible that you people are never able to contact any person for there solving complains but you can always call for your stupid marketing.
                  I have received a call from a lawyer of Delhi High Court named Mr. Rajiv Sexana. Telling me to deposit my pending (which is actually not been used) outstanding within an hour to nearest AirTel gallery otherwise the case will be present before Judge Mr. R.K.Gupta. Now for me Airtel is one of worst customer oriented company for me because all the time I have been requested to Call center to close my account and I am not interested to continue anymore. The last payment I have made to Airtel Agent at my home and he promised that he will be closing it finally. These people are really going beyond the limit to harass people and calling all the time by different group of people and letting me to explain my problem all the way again. I would like to share the number of the person who threatened me [protected]. Kindly advise how I can take action against Airtel for this unavoidable gesture.

                  The same problem is with me. I got a call from [protected] (he told his name Imran Khan) that person was saying that he is calling from Delhi court and there is a case filed against you. Take my advocate's number and settle this out of court, otherwise we will file case. After asking him 3-4 times regarding who has launched case against me, then he told that MTS has filed a case. Then he said " yeah bill bhar do verna delhi court aana padega aur phir dekh lenge hum". But when I refused to take his advocate's number he told me to call on this number to resolve the matter.
                  Next day he called me at 10 am and said you have to pay the bill immediately and send me transaction id for that. If you are not doing so, then we will file case against you at 11.30 am. He was repeated asking "aap bill bharna chahte ho ki nahi, nahi to waisa bol do, case file kar dete he".
                  Actually i am not sure that this call was authentic or not. Because why delhi court person is calling from mobile. And for this same number he told different name to other person. (As mentioned in above post)

                        Airtel — regarding faulty DND complaint registration service

                        my NDNC registration no. was S[protected]
                        I was dergisterd from NDNC by Airtel suo moto as I had filed several complaints regarding promotional calls received on my mobile from Airtel itself.
                        The DND complaint registration page at airtel website is faulty, it does not take any complaints.
                        There is no provision to register a complaint directly at the NDNC registry.
                        the staff at airtel customer care is ill informed and lack communication skills,and are unable to solve any problems.

                          as i has spoken with customer care namely : pinkal parmar (supervisor) and poonam vaghela (executive). they had told me that your number was deactivate by trai. and i had asked them for reason... but they reply that there is no reason or they did not know why my connection was deactivated...

                          this is the very poor service i am facing at present.. as i am using this number since long time....

                            I purchased as sim bearing number [protected], an airtel sim from a mobile retailer in pune. I've given all the documents asked by the retailer and even after four days of waiting my sim is not yet activated. On my phone it appears as no service. please do something bout it ASAP. without a phone, we all know how difficult it is to lead on with life

                            I had took airtel postpaid connection on 22.12.07 still the card is not yet activated. I continously get the message that sim card registration is failed. It was very urgent for me to start that sim card.

                            AirTel — Sim card not activated after 5 days

                            After paying the rental Amount for new connection we are facing a problem ie., Sim card not activated, Since it has been 5th day. As the Sales Person "RAJESH PAL" having Mobile No. [protected] having Marketing Agent code MMAT[protected] does not respont to any of our calls. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible. Awaiting your reply at the earliest.
                            I have taken the Airtel sim before 3 days. Its still not activated.

Or you always out of network. However I am didn't switch of my cell phone and my cell phone show full network so I want to know you kindly fix this problem or I will change it to join any other company...to take a portability...

                              I am a user of Airtel Corporate Plan having 30 ps local mobile to mobile and 60 ps mobile to landline. Its a 250 Rental plan. As the rates are low I opted for this plan. But the network is the worst I have seen. I have a no. [protected] and my wife has a Airtel no. [protected]. Both the nos have a problem with network. It is impossible to talk while in a local train. I work at Wadala where the network is poor. My wife is based at Nariman Point which is a proper Mumbai center. Even she faces lots of network problem. Once I took both the mobiles and called from one to the other and I get NUMBER BUSY message. It is really bad. If I can't even get incoming messages then why should I continue to use the network?? I am seeing a gradual change. Airtel users are gradually shifting to Vodafone, BPL and even IDEA which has never comprised on quality service. Airtel it seems, success has gone on its head. Mr. Sunil Mittal is busy attending CNBC workshops and CII meets without seeing what is happening at grassroot level. It wouldn't be a surprise that Airtel would be a history in the near future.

                              im using airtel pripaid number ([protected]) for last 15th month. im facing bad network covrage at home. i have complaint many time to airtel customer care, but does'nt take any action on my complaint.it is only not my problem, my neighbour are also facing same problem. please take immediate action regarding this.
                              This is in regards to the incompetent network provided by airtel, i have been a customer with airtel right from the time they started in mumbai. My no. is [protected] . over the years the network has dropped i have borne with this for a very long time but enough is enough, every night i loose network and at random times during the day as well, it is not a cell phone problem as i have used different phones to check this as well as different network sims it is only airtel that has a problem.
                              We live in an Apartment Comples in Marathahalli. We have been complaining to Airtel for the past 2 years that there is no network coverage in the Apartments.

                              However, Airtel has been promising to resolove this issue, but as usual there is no action from their end, I am presuming that they dont have any interest in resolving this issue.

                              Whilt this has been going on, they have not defaulted in either sending us their bills even though they are not providing the service thay are to, and are also very prompt in collecting their dues.

                              This is more than a complaint. Am also advising people who live in Apartment to switch to other service providors whose service is a lot better than AIrtel in Apartments.

                              1. I have been facing network problem since last 15 days.While talking on mobile network drops in between the call.One could not talk even for one minute properly.This problem is being faced by other people also in that area.

                              2. Not only this while talking on mobile with one person line gets cross connected to some other person.This is not accepted at all .

                              3. When I tried to lodge the complain through my mobile account on the internet then I was facing system error.You have have given option to lodge complain but it does not works.

                              4. When we call customer service then no option to lodge complain or talk to your executive comes in your menu.Please look into the matter seriously as we have been facing problem since last 15 days.

                              I am a resident of Bhubaneswar residing in Defence colony near Infocity.
                              Airtel signals here are pathetic.We need to move out of house to make a call and sometimes no signals appear even on roads.

                                I usually pay my Airtel bill directly online without any hesitation. However upon checking the bill this cycle, it appears there is a daily SMS under the category "subsserv_home remedies" that is being sent everyday and charged Rs.3/- a day.

                                I have no idea what this is and my phone has no messages sent to any number that i don't recognize.

                                Request having this service disabled and the charges reversed at the earliest.

                                I'm not comfortable sharing my number on a public forum, so please message me and i will provide the number,.

                                Airtel — Unauthorized SMS charges

                                Dear sir,

                                I have been using the AIRTEL number for the past 4 months. I am using the SMS special vouchers Rs 52 to send free SMS.

                                But Still i have been charged for Rs 0.60 paisa/SMS, i have made complaint to customer care they said they will take it as complaint and refund the money. It was happened in the last month, but still there is no reply.

                                This month also i have been charged for SMS, even after paying the special vouchers. I made enquary in the customer care but did not answer properly. Please make necessary action.

                                Airtel — inauthorised charges done

                                i was just buying some game tokens from mobile through paymo(pay by mobile)the payment process was going on .i received a msg from airtel live that i am charged 99 for downloading games but i was never charged.i never went to airtel live.my payment progress halted.the money that i was supposed to give to paymo i suppose was mistakenly charged by airtel live for downloading game which i never did.i contacted paymo .they said they need the mobile bill details so that they can help.i was charged rs.99 on 20 april 2010.i kindly request u correct my payment process i request u to send the bill details for my mobile [protected],thank u

                                  My Airtel postpaid bill is created wrongly.

                                  My acount number has changed for my postpaid bill wthout any request /confirmation from me. Next month they have generated two bill for my same no. (With two different account).

                                  Which doesn't seems to be appropriate and custmor care executive is also not able to explain it.
                                  Neither they are waiving it off.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    On my request through their webside for disconnecting my fixed and broadband line No. [protected] Account No. 14797432 in the month of July, 2012 I had received a mobile message confirming me “The service request 18952180 logged on 19th July, 2012 for your airtel fixed line [protected] is now resolved. Status.: closed " (Received from message centre [protected]on 4th Sept. 2012). I had also paid two bills ‘Bill date 18th July, 2012 for Rs.719.04 and 18th August, 2012 for Rs.667.58 respectively. On 26th Oct. 2012 I also sent mails to i) nodal.[protected]@airtel.in ii) appellate.[protected]@airtel.in and iii) care.[protected]@airtel.in informing and requesting them to settle the matter at the earliest. The authority is still sending me monthly bills against the aforesaid telephone line though they have disconnected the same. In spite of several request they are not taking back their instrument and issuing me the no objection certificate. The authority is not at all ready to refund the deposit money lying idle with them. Disturbance and utterance of offensive language has become a regular feature by different tele-callers of the company. Kindly look into the matter and enable me settle the matter.

                                    Despite my several complaints, Airtel is continously deducting wrongfully the balance making false pretensions.Again, My balance was yesterday(on14/03/08) 319.18 but it is now (on15th march08) 271.18 without using any service.It is noteworthy that Hello Tune and Yahoo Zone is not active with my mobile net service, as told by airtel after duly verification. Please inquire into the matter at earliest and add the wrongly deducted amount to my balance soon.                                     Without receive a bill how company can pay the amount onthe basis of SMS amount.

                                    Bharati Airtel Limited — Wrong Billing False Commitment

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    This is regarding my email and communication dated 11/02/2011, I have stated my concern about my wrong billing for landline number[protected], and received call from your side person named Mr. Rakesh Kumar stating that he will solve this issue. Within 2 days i received a acall back from his end stating that i will receive a SMS stating the discounted amount i have to pay and they also told me to change me the bill plan to 649/- unlimited. Since then i have not received any SMS but received abusing calls from AIRTEL customer care asking for complete amount which have been charged wrongly. There after i tried to Write [protected]@airtel.in but in vain. No reply no responce.

                                    Recenlt 2-3 days back i received a SMS stating a amount of 1183/- for my landline bill. I made that payment via Mcheck. Next day i received another SMS stating 1226/- and i do the payment for the same and my connection got disconneted. Day before yesterday i received a SMS demanding 947/- as a bill to be paid. My first question to AIRTEL how many time do we need to pay in a month? And how come a 649/- unlimited plan wothout making any call can give you a bill above 1000/-. As earlier i was having 849/- plan and i use to pay the same amount 1183/-. And also used this 649/- plan back in delhi with no.[protected] and maximum bill used to be every month 700/- + . Not 1000/- bugs. I need complete clarification for this charged amount as i spoke to Customer Care since last 3days. And thoes uneducated bugers dont know how to deal with customers. Every new guy gives some new non sence.

                                    Please look into this matter. As i believe Airetl has good name and customer satiesfaction background but due some non responsive and responsible employee loosing their fame. If this problem doesnot get solve i would request you to please close this account as soon as possible to help me go for another connection as i need it very urgent.

                                    Bharati Airtel Limited — Wrong allotment of numbers by Airtel

                                    Dear Sir

                                    We had registered for the five new connection at Rohini Sector -7, Branch Of Bharati Airtel Limited. We asked for the available best number as we want for the commercial purpose.
                                    The list of number was provided to us among which we choose 41418000 for which they also asked the amount of Rs. 5000 as the number is VIP and consist of triple zeros, we even agreed for the terms and made the payment. However the cheque was returned later.

                                    We also wanted four more numbers in series so we choose 41419753/54/55/56, for which separate payment of Rs. 2500 was done.
                                    All the payment was done on[protected] and we were promised that the connection will be activated within one week but till 24th nothing was done.
                                    On 26th wiring for was done and, on 27th people came for starting the line. On asking the numbers they are being activating, we were informed for the numbers 41425830/31/32/34 which we didnt approved.

                                    Now when we asked for the numbers that we booked earlier, we were being told by that the numbers are not available specially 41418000 for which we were insisting from the earliest as it is being already allotted to someone else. And to install the other numbers it will take one more week.

                                    We even started using the numbers for printing and distribution at various places being satisfied that the numbers will be started within one week as we made the payment.

                                    Now this is to bring to your notice that kindly provide us the numbers that we booked at the earliest as we made payments for those numbers only.
                                    I am hereby attaching the copies of the invoice in which all the detailed information regarding the numbers to allotted is mentioned.

                                    We being a loyal and valuable customer who has 10 hunting lines, 3 broad band connections, and 4 hunting lines at Dwarka and Rohini are being given this kind of treatment.


                                    The company all of sudden have behaved so irresponsible.

                                    Kindly pursue this matter on an urgent basis and resolve my problem.

                                      I have been complaining from day one I got associated with Bharti Airtel as a customer regarding disturbance in line and occassional 'WAITING SIGNALS' on IPTV and regular interuptions in BROADBAND. My account # 14549585and landline # [protected].

                                      Now, as per the version of the area service Engineers Mr.Mukesh and Mr.Kuldeep the service line which is underground has gone faultyand needs replacement but unfortunately I am the only Airtel user in this area so it might cost the company and hence are unable to replace.

                                      Lastly he suggested to go in for HD SYSTEM with DISH so that it gives uninteruptd service.

                                      I once again request you to provide me with HD SYSTEM and we can have long further association,since I am your more than four year old cutomer.

                                      AirTel — faulty service

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am user of your Airtel network. My name is Prahalad and my number is: [protected].

                                      From April 6th messages from my number was not going thus i registered a compliant at your customer care and my complaint number is[protected]. My reference number of making call is [protected].

                                      From past 60 hours I am not able to send messages and only my number is having the problem where as other customers are able to message.

                                      I am not even able to call customer care people. If i call 198 it says call 121 and there is a message saying send a message to 121 as AIRTEL.

                                      I even tried calling nodal officer but it says today is a government holiday and nodal officer is unavailable.I have written to the appellate and even nodal officer but no use. There is no response from there side.
                                      They simply call up and say something finally say will call in a while but no response no action has been taken.

                                      Therefore i request you to look into the matter and correct my problem.
