TILL DATE WE ARE STRUGGLING TO GET CONNECTION AND CONCERNED PERSON MR.KARTHIK IS NOT PICKING UP THE CALL ,, WE HAD TRIED REACHING AIRTEL DIRECTLY ,, THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER REASON . TILL DATE WE HAD NOT GOT ANY MAILS FROM AIRTEL DIRECTLY NOR A CALL FOR THE REASON .
REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP US OUT TO GET OUT OF THIS ISSUE .. ALSO THIS KIND OF ISSUES SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ANY OTHER PUBLIC .

Airtel-BroadBand — Broadband not working
I have broadband connection of Airtel and for the past several month it has not been working at all. I have continuously lodged complaints but to no avail. Everytime one needs to talk to a new customer care executive, they will make false promises and nothing would happen. So far technicians have visited my house, they rectify the error and within a day or two it again goes back to error mode. I have requested & shouted but Airtel is least bothered. They harass the customer so badly and on top of that when I am asking them to disconnect the services they would not do that either.The technicians who visit the house come at their sweet own time assuming that the customer is just waiting for them to give a red carpet welcome. One of the technicians came to my house around 9.00 PM and when he could not resolve the issue until 11.00 PM he promised to come in the morning. Since then that morning has yet to come.
