Airtel — My 3 years old airtel prepaid mobile number issued to someone else | |||
Dear Airtel customer care executive i was using my airtel prepaid number since last 3 years and suddenly it has got deactivated 15 days back when i was out of station and since i came today and saw that my sim is not working when i called on my own number someone else picked the phone and started saying bad words and said he got this number issued 15 days back how its possible i dont understand my number is [protected] which is distributed everywhere officially was used regularly and recharged regularly then why it was deactivated and issued to someone else .today in the evening when i called customer care it was by my name in database but when i complaint about it i could see the change after 2 hours that they changed the sim details and database by the name of fraud person who got my sim issued somehow by manipulating with airtel executive i really wanna know how come its possible and how they can issue my old number to someone else?now since i complaint 12 times in customer care they are refusing to take my complaint and not able to provide any solution i m disappointed i m among the first top 20 customers of airtel in indore india and see its happening with me i have 6 mobile and 2 landline numbers if my problem wont be solved i will deactivate and close my all numbers very soon as airtel is cheater and not trustable i hope i get the solution asap else i m very frustrated and disappointed as this number was used by wife since last 2 years ..and now the person who got this number issued is using bad words and insulting us when we called him.its really cheating and fraud how come anybody can issue an active prepaid lifetime number with others name as post paid really shocking and worst services by airtel and no solutions after given complaints online 12 times.airtel is among the worst mobile service provider beware friends they are cheaters and fraud Was this information helpful? | |||

I am using Airtel prepaid since last 1year. And now i got message in the form of NOTICE that your documnet not available. So please your document. But when I talk with call center they told me that Sim Card is not on your name. how it can be possible. So what should i do. I also contact Airtel office, but they also refuse to accept my document.

I am using this mobile nos since 5 1/2 year my instructment got spoiled so i kept it at home i am carrying my husband mobile with me Please disconnect my number or else disconnect his number I want the result within 24 hours. I have an Airtel no [protected] which i took 9 year before and I was using this no upto June 2015 when I planned to go to abroad after 2 years now only I came back to India and i lost the sim and I got the reply that the number was incorrect when tried to call the airtel number
I have registered this number only to all my govt proofs and certificates.. so if there is anything change I need that number to making correction of the records and proofs..
So pls kindly do a favour me to retrieve the same [protected] airtel number...

Airtel — my prepaid mobile number given to somebody else while it is having a balance of
My cell no [protected] has been disconnected and alloted to some body else without my consent though it is having a balance of Rs 230.00, which is highly illegal. This cell connection is alloted after proper varification and photograph submission.Their customer service does not respond. They always show intentionally engaged or diconnect the line. Their sister services also do not respond. No body is ready to give any alternate no or web site where complain can be lodged.
I am so fed up that I may get disconnected all other air tel and broad band connections I am having.
I was always going for air tel no when ever i needed one in my family or for relatives and was having lot of praise for them.
Probably they have grown very big and do not care for ordinary customer or their managment is not interested in setting their customer services in right interest of the custmers... one can see fall is imminent
