[Resolved] Airtel Landline Connection — phone dead repetitively

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had transferred my landline connection[protected] last month. after too much follow up, I was able to start my services after transfer. But yet i am facing problem like phone become dead for many times and issue is not resolved for many days. I am also having broad band connection along with it and it is also becomin down repeatatively. There is no mean o[censored]tilising this type of services. They will give time of next day for complaint solution but not done at one complaint.

Looking for reply in this matter ASAP.

Airtel — Regular problem in Phone connection

Dear Sir
For Last One year My telephone is not working properly and I have send so many Online complaints to Airtel. Everytime i am make assured that my telephone will now work properly and now onwards it will have no problem but still the problem exist. Every 7 - 8 days one or other problem come in my connection. I am really fed up with the poor Performance of Airtel. I have tried my contact in every best possible ways to resolve my telephone problem but all in vain.
I request you to untertake this matter seriously and resolve my issue
