Airtel customer service does not register complain, there is no email adress to book compalain, no n of their office give adress to register a cmplain, ther customer service on [protected] is so bad that you keep trying for hours you will always receive the voice that it is busy try some time later or their executive will disconnect after waing you to listen their music or tring sound.
copy of compaint of their higly illegal activity is pasted below, which on the advice of some body has been registered to their so called gurgaon / okhala office address given by some person and I am in search of correct address & email to lodge my compain.

I used my above prepaid mobile till evening of 14.09.2008 and it was having a balance of Rs 200/ approx. On 16.09.2008 I found it disconnected from service.
When I came from office at 7.00 PM I kept on calling your customer care which I could contact only at 12.15 PM midnight of 16/17.09.2008. vide talk reference number given above.
I learnt from your executive that a duplicate sim card has been issued against above number, he was not able to extend any help beyond that information nor was ready to give me any number or address to enable me to lodge a proper compain. He did not lodge a compain and simply gave me a reference no of call. Tele recorded voice on your customer care no [protected] everytime says that our call is being recorded, if it is true please check back how many times I made a call during above period? And your customer care executive never bothered to call back and check the grivances.
Kindly be informed that original sim card is available with me. I have not applied for any duplicate sim card. Please restore my connection on my original sim card. Please also enquire how duplicate sim card has been issued against my above Cell no without proper verification as it may be misused by some miscreants

I had purchase a sim card which is launch by Airtel company as a Goverment schem, that those who are Goverment servent they only get this card and in this the schems was Airtel to Airtel 10. paise, Airtel to Others 30. paise, but after few year(1 1/2 ) years, they change the plan becoz of some reason. But there are customer who are using this card there call rate is same as it was and my call rate has change .
When i call at customer care they said not only your call rate change all customer those who are using this card it will change it is in process, but there are my friends using this plan before me and now also they are using no changes has done in there call rates 2 years pass. But till date they have not taken any step to give Equal call rate to every customer. Even though i am using this card, call rates is airtel to airtel 25 paise, airtel to other 50 paise . But i want to know why they have not change this plan for all customer who are using this goverment plan why only few customer of this plan has to pay this much.
I want compensation for this . argent working my comensation and Airtel to Airtel call 10paise and Airtel to Other 50 paise i am very poor.
