[Resolved] Airtel / Postpaid — Bill plan change and reversal of Rs. 125 + 245 | |
My Airtel# [protected] Post paid. I have logged a compalint to get the reversal of Rs. 125 for value added charges wrongly charged me in the month of November 2008, December 2008 January 2009, February 2009 and March 2009 facing problem with Airtel for my Airltel # [protected] I have logged complaint to give me discount of Rs.125 for value added charges was wrongly charged and Rs. 245 for wrongly charged the extra bill plan as I have already logged the companint to change the bill plan to Airtel 199 from Airtel 444 but not yet receive any update on this. I have also logged a complaint to change my bill plan Airtel 199 from Airtel 444. I logged a complaint on 30th of March but not yet resolved. 125 plan — change of plan
i have not received previous month bill pls tell me if i exceeds the usage of 125 plan, how you charge fr excessive use if it is 2/-per MB then pls change my plan frm 125 to 250 or wht is the rate pls send email can i pay my bill online my telephone no is[protected] a/c no[protected] [protected]@bsnl.in pls send information and e-bill on my email address ie, [protected]@hotmail.com
