[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid — No action on my complaints

I had been a Airtel customer for a period of more than two years and one time i found that my bill was high more than my expectation i had enquired on the bill and found there was a bill discrepancy on the bill it was.

1) the first problem is i was on a yearly rental plan which should be renewd in the month of january 2009 but it was not renewd and without my notice it has got renewd in the month of April 2009 bill
2) I was on a sms pack of Rs.45 which has gone deactive and each which should be charged at 0.5ps but it has been charged as Rs.1/- per sms
when i found the problem i complained the action was delayed and it took a more than 1 and half month to give me the complete wavier for the disturbance and after i the yearly plan has got active my sms pack has gone deactive again by which i had been charged again for Rs.1/- per sms
on may 25 i asked for the compensation of the bill till the problem is resolved i had called airtel more than 350 times in which airtel customer care department has responded to me for only 50 times roughly. i was assuming that i would get the wavier i had not paid the bill and after for not paying the bill my services were barred for more than 100 times in which my services were suspended also and finally the number is not functioning now and i am writing about the complaint through mail even then their response is not up to the mark and still it is misleading
