SIR, I HAVE BEEN USING AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS.LAST YEAR I WAS OFFERED ADD-ON CONNECTION BY AIRTEL.BUT AFTER ONE MONTH I FOUND THAT TERMS AND CODITIONS WERE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES TOLD TO ME BY THE DEALER, SO I REQUESTED THEM TO DO THE NEEDFUL. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT AIRTEL EVERYMONTH FOR THE REVERSAL OF ADD-ON CHARGES.THIS MONTH AGAIN CHARGES HAVE BEEN LEVIED AND NOT WAIVED TILL NOW DESPITE 30 REMINDERS.
