I am using a broadband from Airtel, I had sent in a request for plan migration(currently I am at 4Mbps plan with 30GB data, I wanted it to be migrated to 4Mbps with 75GB data) on May 10th 2012,to which they committed that it takes 7 days for a plan to get migrated. However till now the plan has not been migrated. I tried calling them 5 times for the same but every time they kept on giving excuses. The final call made today was absolutely fantastic, I wish I would have recorded the call. There was this lady by some name, I tried telling her my issue. First she kept me on a long hold after that she told me that there is NO 4Mbps plan available in my area. To my surprise she consistently kept on telling me that the plan of 4Mbps is NOT available in my area and that is the reason the plan can not be migrated. I insisted her to check the details of my account to see that I am on a 4Mbps plan, she sounded to be surprised and in hesitation she transferred my call to a sup names Asif Ali. She again kept me on a long long hold. I was on a hold of about 15 to 20 mins. After that Mr. Asif came on he call with the apologetic lines of Sorry and I understand (which I know he will never be able to understand till the time this happens with him). He again gave me lazy excuses that he has asked the backend team to update the profile and it would take a while to get updated. GOD knows what will happen to Airtel services. If any one from the company reads this note kindly retrain the employees you have they do not know what and when to convey to the customer. Also, they work like laborers, every one shouting like its a fish market. You will not only hear the voice of the rep talking to you but also some body shouting at the back regarding who is teasing whom.

call center complaint — call center is not working properly
I called up vodaphone customer care at C-45 Okhla Phase-2 because i have some ishu Mr Sachin picked the call he was trying to give me the answer but i wanted to confirm the same from his team leader Mr Vipin, Mr Sachin tried to call his TL my call was put on hold for number of times and for long duration it was not fault from the end of CSA he was again and again trying to connect me with his TL but he was not able to do after wating for long time TL Picked the call after 42min 21sec and rather giving any solution he was trying to force his decision on me and he was not ready to except that he have done any mistake when I asked him that why anyone call customer care because they think that he or she will be guided in the proper way because they are there to help out customer he told rough he had never called customer care and his voice was not sounding good it was in a pinching tone I thing the way they are handling customer Vodaphone will lose bussiness I think this call center shuld be closed because they are not able to serve customer in proper way if this thin will continue I will like to quit and I will advice all my corporate frinds not to use vodaphone If You want proof you can go through the voice recording I am very socked with responce of call center
