Dear Sir,

This is for your kind notice that my problem (GPRS) is still persist,
today I have received a message from no [protected] at 11:49 am,
quoted as -

"Dear Mr. Khurshid we need to informing you that your gprs complain
has been resolved. thanks Airtel Customer Service"

My problem remains the same, that is whenever I get EDGE on my cell
the speed goes down very dramatically, i don't get enough speed to
carry on my surfing then.
But whenever i lose EDGE signal the speed get a little better, but
still so slow to open up even my email account. The maximum speed that
I receive is only around 4 to 5 kBps.(with out EDGE) and with EDGE
it's not more than 2 to 3 kBps.

Sir, I have been also told from some Customer Care Executive (CCE)
yesterday evening that my issue may take time to get resolved, I asked
him how much time, and he said he cannot make any promise.

My GPRS speed issue remains the same, and I am waiting for it to get
resolved. Along with it the most nearest functioning tower that is told to me form
some CCE is about 2.5 Kms form my place. This is a big issue, my calls
get dropped while in between conversations, Sometimes in a few
seconds. I feel like I'm paying extra to use Airtel in my Area.

Sir, please look after my complain. It is not a small locality, and
even in my house we have 3 working Airtel numbers. There must be
plenty out there.

Airtel GPRS — New cell update

Hi..i have airtel prepaid connection. My cell no. is [protected]. I have recently change my cell. My new cell model is samsung M2710.Earlier i had samsung model J600. I called up number of times to customer care to update my new cell phn in their database so that i can use the airtel live & NOP.
But they havent taken any action yet. I am not able to use gprs in my cell .

i have a Prepaid airtel connection with a gprs rs98 plan which allows 2 gb download...but the speed is too low to download anything , it normally moves between 2 to 4kB/s.. i was told the speed would be atleast 20kB/s on a edge phone.. i have a nokia 5800 xm..which is edge enabled ..i would request you to plz look into the matter..let me know if there is any other way to increase the speed.

I am from Aligarh, UP (west) with connection number [protected]. I have made many complaints about GPRS connection speed to your customer care, but it seems like no one care for customers. I am using Mobile Office Rs 98 plan, while many of my friends enjoy a good experience I am unable to get more than 4 or 5 kBps, which is not enough for browsing. I use it on my laptop and on my cell phone.

Please kindly look after my complaint.

Dear sir

I appreciate your concern about providing us better service, but there has been no improvement in GPRS speed I'm still getting 4 to 5 kBps maximum. And whenever i get EDGE speed go down in between 2 to 3 kBps (That is maximum with EDGE), I really think this whole area need a better solution for GPRS, like putting new towers to strength your signals, and that may too solve our call drop problem here.

Someone from your side told me that my problem will be corrected by 18th of May, but nothing happen.

Sir i'm using mobile office Rs 98 pack, and believe me its been a horrible experience for me...I dont even recommend anyone to go for this one.

Only if my problem is corrected then I may continue recommending it.
I have been using this very same number [protected] by almost 5 or 6
years, and there is no care for such an old customer, what kind of
marketing strategy you are using? That I dont understand.

Yeah wherever is speed problem there is signal problem too, call drops are a normal thing. I am also facing the same problem, wrote many emails but still wondering in between 4 to 5 kBps, I was assured by the vendor that it must be a minimum of 20 kBps on my nokia 5800 Xpress music too...

Still no solution.

Hello, myself Kapil with mobile number: [protected]. I have subscribed to Airtel GPRS (1 GB for 14 days). The customer care ensured of 50-60 Kbps speed. However I am not getting the assured speeds from the airtel even in Posh Delhi area.!! So i request airtel to provide the net speeds as mentioned otherwise it will be difficult to trust airtel in future.!!

    I am a respected senior citizen. I feel abused by these type of text messages.

    Who is responsible for this? To whom should I complain? Will the Airtel company take action to stop this atrocity?

    My mobile no -[protected] ..Even i am also getting this kind of messages and RS 1 is charged per day .I don't know how Airtel is supporting these activities though i sent stop the services 122 ..Next day i will be receiving like your services are renewed ..It is irritating..This is one small example..i am decided to go to Vodafone connection due to this un-recovered charges..

      Dear ICCF,

      I am using Airtel Digital TV connection since last more then 2 years which was installed in Hyderabad and relocated to Noida in June 2009 and paid Rs 600 for transfer their Digital TV setup. They had done it and was working fine.

      I had booked a complaint SR# 2897300 May 31st 2010 @ 1.00PM (STB is not working) and they gave me time for resolution same day @ 5.11PM but no action, then I called them and they gave me another time for resoultion on June 1st 2010 @ 12.00 noon, but again no action, then I called them again on June 1st 2010 @ 4.00 PM and they had booked another complaint with SR# 2905430 and gave me resolution time 2nd Jun 2010 @ 2.50PM, I took short leave and half day leave for all their commitments and was waiting them to complete but complaint still not addressed 2nd Jun 2010 @ 6.30PM.

      I am not sure what to do and to whom should I contact to get it resoleved. We have been given only customer care contact no and I called them almost 8 times till now and spent arround 5 hours on call and taken 8 hours break from office. My time too much important since I am working in reputed organisation and responsible to deliver. I need your help to know that who is going to bear this cost and how they are going to take care of my resolution.

        Airtel Prepaid — My Network Problem

        I have a Problem of Network in my area.. I can not run internet on my phone or pc in my area. And I complainted for it from last one and half month. my 300 rs are wasted just becoz of Airtel. They dont take any action. They just give time of 3 days.. Already one and half month has passed.. PLz do somthng for me.. that any body except me dont get caught in this..

We have 12 company towers here, in which there must be aprox 40 thousand airtel connections but we do not get proper coverage inside the company and beside the buildings, this prob is from a very long time, this connections also include some corporate connection who are facing this prob..         I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection.PH : [protected].

        At above mentioned location BSNL, RELIANCE are having FULL NETWORK, but your AIRTEL is having ZERO NETWORK.

        Due to above reason, many of the employees are not using your AIRTEL SERVICE.

        From last one year i have given complaint upto 4 - 5 times, but in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, Bangaluru, for each complaint they will give different reasons and they are NOT TAKING NECASSARY ACTION.

        At present, more than 500 employees are using AIRTEL SERVICE WITHOUT NETWORK.

        If you continue this type of service, we will NOT USE YOUR AIRTEL.

        my home is in kozhikode near medical college. and my father is using airtel connection for almost 7 years but untill now the airtel doesn't have the network near our home i had complained it so many times but they don't have any response about it. it is their duty that to give us the network but they are not doing . so we are forced to cancell the connection but due to the long use of that sim it is not that easy to cancell in thqt quickly so we want you to take an action to solve the problem.

        I am havin Network issues since a month with the number [protected].I am gettin Xero network in my house.I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days.I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response.I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls.After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.

However, now the issue has been raised to an extent of my tolerance and i really got irritated with your connection now, which might compel me to change my connection to any other connection by next few days.         I am unable to contact with Vodafone's Bihar Number, It is very difficult to contect with vodafone bihar cusstomer by using Airtel, at the same time if I tried to contect the same vodafone no. with Idea or MTNL no. it get conected in single dial. My Airtel no. is [protected]

        Sir, Network signal of Airtel at Sadar Bazar, Meerut is very big problem, before 4-5 months signals are week but from 4-5 months signals are nil. It seems that Airtel is waiting for Number Portability, so that all Airtel number could shift to other network like Vodafone.
        FAIL IN NETWORKING AT ROAMING

        AirTel — Airtel Prepaid - Problems

        I am visiting Kolkata for a month (official visit). Once I came here, my office co-worker gave me a Airtel Prepaid SIM card to use[protected]. That SIM card was bought in December and was not actively used. When I got it, it had 40 paise on it.

        So I had to go to the nearby Airtel office (Kolkata - Salt Lake Citycenter mall - Airtel office), to reload. I paid Rs222 and then I paid additional amount to enable the ISD (there was a plan for Rs.1.99 to call USA). Then I started using the card. I called Tamilnadu and used the card.

        Then the next day, the connection was down. My SIM could not be registered. So I went to the same Airtel office (Salt Lake Citycenter mall) and asked them about this. The lady told me my number got disconnected because of non-use!

        My questions: 1. If my number is disconnected before I paid Rs222, why did they take my money?
        2. If my number is disconnected after I paid Rs222, why did they disconnect?
        I asked this question to Airtel staff - they could not answer.

        Ok. Then they told me that I could have a new SIM (free of cost). But I need to give them my local contact info. So I had to go back on tuesday. They gave a SIM[protected] and collected another Rs222 (for the new SIM). I was told the SIM would work in 20 minutes.

        Needless to say, it didnt! My SIM was not registered! So I went back the next day. Repeated the whole story and the manager came and she told she will fix this in one hour. Again needless to say, it didnt.

        But the next morning (today), the connection is working. It showed balance around Rs 262!! I asked them when I got the SIM about the STD plan. I was told about 40 paise/min plan.

        I made call to Tamilnadu for a minute now. The cost of the call was Rs3.00!!!

        I am fed up. I am giving up. I dont want to go back to Airtel office again. I will use Skype or some land line.

I said that it was a network problem but they insisted in sim change. I changed the sim. But still net speed was pathetic. So I complained once again. Waited for there response for 5 days. As expected there was no response. So switched to Vodafone through MNP. Net speed is back to normal. I am much happier now. I'll advise you to do same if customer care keeps frustrating you.

        My name is Sagar Khadasare ( Mob. No. [protected]). I am facing network problem with my airtel number. Even though I can see full coverage my outgoing and incoming is not working. I am not able send or receive messages also. I am facing same problem since last 1 week. I logged complaint 3 times and Airtel has rectified problem with 8 hrs.

        Today again it started giving same problem so I called customer care [protected] twice. First time when I called them I asked them for the reason they said its network problem and we will fix it in 2 hours; I requested them for Port Out so he transfer call to his Manager name is Akash Gaikwad. He was requesting me to wait for 2 hours and problem will b resolve; after having so much argument he transfer phone to technical executive her name was Priti Waikar.

        When I started talking to her she said there is no problem in network; you have to submit documents again. I asked her I am using this phone from last 2 years and now you are asking for documents. She said our verification process is going on and our executive try to reach you on 16th Feb 2012 but you didn't answer the call so now you have to submit documents again. I quickly checked my Call Logs and there was not a single miss call o[censored]nknown number. I asked her about the details about the number of executive who gave me call so she said WE CAN"T PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION. She said I am still registering your complaint and gave me complaint number (COGL[protected]). She said I will msg you complaint number. I told her madam my phone is not working and how will you send me msg. She said DON'T WORRY SIR THIS SMS WILL COME TO YOUR PHONE.

        She is technical person and still not understanding that msg will not come. I asked her to transfer again to manager as he lied to me about network problem. Then she said I can't transfer back to him as there is no such facility here. THIS IS ****ING MY MIND. And I dropped phone in frustration.

        Again after 4 hours I gave customer care a call. Person picked and said that there is problem in network so he will fix in 2 hours. I told them above story and ask him to Port Out Request then he aske me hold so that he can transfer to manager. I was on hold after few minutes he came saying you have to submit document. I said I am waiting for your manager and wanted to speak with him. He said I can't do it unless you submit your document. I bang the phone abusing him and decided to change the Service Provider by submitting document again as I don't want to change my number.

        Its my humble request to everyone please please please don't buy any Airtel SIM either pre-paid or post paid these are just people who can give hell lot of answers for no reason.

          I enquired about the mobile GPRS connection & the procedure to activate & use the connection on my hand set.
          I was told about the plan and usage but nothing specific in terms of setting. I got is activated on 15-April-2010. After 2 day I check with customer care about the sudden raise in unbilled amount by Rs200 and got no justification. And in that month bill I was charged around Rs1100 against GPRS usage. I checked with customer care & they said I used Airtel Online which has different gateway so the charges are valid. I asked them why it was not clarified that I need to change the settings when I explicitly asked at the time of activation. Later they said on the benefit of doubt they can waive off Rs 250 from the bill. Why should I pay the amount which is charged because of their mistake?

            I have been transferred from chennai to hyderbad in april 2010. i have raised transfer request to Airtel DTH. they have taken request but not been transferred and no one came to my home for re-installation. And rental amount is deducting daily even i raised to disconeect service till the re-installation. i am loosing money without connection and I am suffering since 2 months without connection. I called customer care center many times but there is no response from any executive. i would like to file a case aginst Airtel DTH for loss and their irresponsible service.

                    I have applied for the Airtel Broadband Services vide Form No. 610325 dated 26.05.2010 through Mr. Rohit Gupta, Sales Executive bearing CP number 39343 at my premises in Section 50-C in Chandigarh.I have clearly said to Mr. Rohit (Ph. No. [protected]) that as i am having a Laptop, so the setup of Wifi/Broadband connection has to be done on laptop and laptop is always with me and please make sure that it is done in the morning hours and urgently.
                    On 27.05.2010, wiring was done and the telephone set was kept at my premises. However, in respect to broadband connection it was said that the same will done in the evening and the number of some Mr. Mohit ([protected]) was given. On conversation with Mr. Mohit, he committed that he hasn't received the order and as soon as he gets that, he will rivert back.
                    However, subsequent to that no calls came from his side came and he even didn't pick my calls.
                    Subsequently, i called Mr. Rohit, many times on 28.05.2010 but with no response from his side.
                    On 29.05.2010 morning, i called Mr. Rohit to inquire about the status and he put the call on tele conferencing with Mr. Amandeep, Territory Sale Manager (Ph. No. [protected]), who said that the wifi modems were not available, so they could not put up the connection and the same will be done by same day evening. He also committed that prior intimation on my phone will be given before the executive comes. However, till 7.30 evening, nobody came.
                    Subsequently, i called Mr. Rohit at 7.30pm on 29.05.2010 and enquired about the status, to which he simply said that today it is not possible and the same will be done tommorrow i.e. 30.05.2010 and told me to give him a call at 8.00 am on 30.05.2010, so that he can arrange the executive in the morning hours.
                    On 30.05.2010, when i called him at 8.00 am, he simply said that that the things can be managed only by 9.00am and he will rivert back by that time. However, again i called him at 9.15am and he said that given him 10 minutes and he will rivert. However, no calls came and i again called at 10.15am and got the same old reply.
                    Finally, i gave a call to Mr. Anandeep, TSM ([protected]) at 10.30 am today to get the clear cut information as to when the broadband connection will be installed as even i had to leave for my office. The conversations were put on teleconferencing with Mr. Rohit and Mr. Naveen (Ph. No. [protected]) and they three finally committed that everything is ready and wifi modems are also available and the installation will be done within next one hour. Even Mr. Naveen again called in order to say that the landline dial tone will be made available in next few minutes and specifically told me to call him whenever the dial tone is there.
                    However, till 12.00pm nothing happened and neither Mr. Naveen picked any of my phone calls.
                    At 12.03 pm i even messaged Mr. naveen to atleast tell me by what time he will come, as even i have to leave as i also have my work to do. however, no reply to that was also made.
                    Subsequently, when i called Mr. Amandeep at 12.19pm, he simply said that the installation of Wifi systems are outsourced by them, so he can't do anything in respect to Mr. Naveen.

                    So, i simply ask one question, where is the feedback of airtel executives. They have completely harassed me for the past four days, saying this or that. Nobody takes the responsibility to manage the affairs and i have been made to sit and wait and loose my precious hours.

                    I hope somebody looks into the matters.

                      I have a purchased a Airtel Prepaid connection on 3rd April, 2010 and started getting almost 20 promotional messages / calls a day.

                      I requested your customer care to stop all such calls / messages with immediate effect. I am really got shocked with the solution / procedure provided by your customer care executive-

                      Solution provide is :

                      "Please submit a request for DND activation"

                      "As per TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Association of India) guidelines it will take 45 days to activate DND service"

                      With reference to RTI act (Article 370 of the Indian constitution laws) Please send me below documents :

                      1. Where I have requested you for promotional call / messages on my number.
                      2. TRAI guideline which states that DND activation will take 45 days.
                      3. Where you are authorized to disturb a customer anytime for 45 days by the means of promotional calls / messages.
                      4. Please justify the DND activation TAT 45 days keeping in mind that activation of new SIM/ Connection take maximum 4 hours time.
                      5. How you can sell my personal information to other companies (Banks / insurance companies.....) without my permission.

                      I have sent 4-5 emails on [protected]@airtelindia.com, but no response so far.

                      I had registered my phone number [protected](airtel) for DND(do not disturb service) in fully blocked category on 19th of february 2011 and had recieved a confirmation code(W[protected]) in a message sayin that they need 7 days for the service to become effective but now it has almost been 15 days and i am still getting unwanted messages in newer ways. This has been a very unprofessional behaviour by the company and i am still being disturbed on awkward timings.Considering this behaviour of the company i would never suggest anyone to go for the services of airtel infact i would guide them to choose odther communication agencies delivering the same services and maintaining the respect and dignity of the customer.

                      This is in reference to appalling services provided by so called “India’s leading telecom company”, Airtel. I got a new connection in the month of August last year. No sooner had my phone been activated than they started to flood my phone with promotional messages and calls. I would receive not less than fifteen to twenty messages a day. In the month of October, I activated DND service (Do not disturb service) on my phone so that I stop getting promotional messages and calls. I was told that DND gets activated within next 45 days (which is 7 days now) as per Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). 45 days passed and I would still get the messages the way I did before. I called them up and was asked to wait for next 45 days. To this date, five months have passed and they have not been able to activate the DND service on my number. I might have called them not less than twenty / twenty five times and have talked to so many supervisors but did not get any luck so far. They say that the service is active on my number, but I still receive the messages. At times, I switch off my phone all day, out of frustration, and miss a lot calls from my friends. Some of the messages I receive are so obscene, that I have to delete all the messages before I hand over my phone to anyone. And to everyone’s surprise, if you try to even read some of the messages, it activates a service in the back ground without your information and you get charged for the same. When you call them to enquire about the amount been deducted from your account, they blame you for activating the service (which you don’t even remember activating). A couple of days before, I called up airtel on my brothers behalf just to enquire about the balance deduction and was told by the customer care executive that the service was activated from our end. On my asking how the service was activated, he said through GPRS. When I told him that he has a monochrome phone which does not support GPRS, he hung up on me. I have to call them up every week to check if they have deducted any amount and most of the times, they have. Every time, I call them up, I am being hung up on. And if you try to call them again, it won’t let you. I found this the only way to convey my message to the concerned people.

                        My Name is Biju Vallathera My Airtel Mob No is [protected] had stopped working from last 2 days.that i have purchase this sim card from (PO)Nogama,Taluka-Bagidora,Dist Banswara,(Rajasthan),on May 2010 .When I purchase this sim card i submitted all my documents.(Election card,photo,signeture etc...).I have another connection taken for our maid at home.Her name is Radha Bai.Her No.is [protected].For this connection also all documents are up - to - date.This sim also stopped working since past one week.I bought these 2 sims from the same dealler.

                        I contacted Airtel Team leader Mr.Deepak and my Airtel dealler Mr.Rajesh Soni. The person who received my call said your sim cards have been disconnected due to Id problems.We have been using airtel sim cards in our family since past many years especially my brother Mr. Shahaju Vallattara. His present No. is [protected],which is as of now working perfectly, which inspired me to take airtel connections.

                        Sir,the photo in my election card is old by at least 10 years.And the photo i submitted is recent as i don't have a copy my old photo. How do you expect the 2 photos to be same and hence not verify my Id due to this reason ? My maid Radha's sim is also disconnected due to the same reason that the photos are mismatching. I have five airtel connections in my family apart from these two new sim cards. If you were to disconnect my number for such silly reason such as above mentioned you will be making me rethink about my decisions,which i rather not.

                        I would kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible. I hope you will connect these 2 sims and will contact me by e-mail immediately.Awaiting your speedy reply.

                          I have a Airtel broadband connection vide telephone no[protected], i was using this since a long time more that 1.5 years at the my address at Sector-11, recently on 15/05/2010 i have shifted to new location at noida sector-56 and applied for shifting to my new location at sec-56 on 10/05/2010. Airtel committed me to do the shifting with 7 working days and today it is going to more that 16 days nothing had been dgone from Airtel contacting Airtel now they are telling that here in this location there is a DP problem and they can not provide the connection upon following ups regularly they are asking me to disconnect the line by depositing modem and telephone. Very recently i have taken a wireless router by depositing Rs.1500/- to Airtel and did not take the services even for Rs. 1500/- and now they are asking me to refund all theses. For that i have suffered a lot.............. they are simple harassing me since a long time by giving different promises.

                          Need an immediate action against Airtel to resolve my issue.

                          Airtel Broadband — Shifting of Broadband Connection not done

                          Hi,
                          We have placed a request for intra city transfer of Broadband/FixedLine connection with Airtel. Initially they said, it will take minimum of 10 days to complete the request. But even after 10 days, we did not get any update from them. Even after calling their customer service desk and escalating this issue for umpteen number of times, there is no response/update about the request from Airtel. Their customer service desk is also very rude in responding and they SUCK big time.

                            I was trying to open this site called katz.cd which i cudn't. Called the cust care who informed that it has been blocked by Airtel only. I mean who are they to block a site if they are into internet services. Its the discretion of GOI to block a site!!! what the heck man
                            I got the connection cancelled and have got a Reliance connection where the site works perfect.
                            Mr. rakesh Kumar Airtel always does this... FYI : its illegal.

                            But why should airtel be penalized for something illegal...right? Airtel is like telecom gods...oooouuuH we donot punish them...

                              Airtel — Unwanted promotional messages

                              Many times I have lodged my Concern with 121 (Airtel) that please discontinue sending me the promotional SMS on my Mobile No. The complaint has been registered with Airtel around seven or eight months ago but instead the no of Messages have incresed tremendously cauisng disturbance in my day to day working.Considering the company repute it is absolutely frustrating for me and now I have lost my hope and considering of discontinuing the services of Airtel and the Mobile no which I am using for more than 10 years.
                              Here by even i request you to do the same for my number . I am bugge by t, tm, ts grous of message and some numbers which starts from 5, 1 etc(from internet). Please stop al those services.Its a biggest irritation to my day today ilife.My umber is [protected] and one more my freind number [protected](for the same)

                              I am using the airtel number since 2004, now i am getting too many bulk SMS in a day, i am already register with NDNC on 29/12/2010, still i am getting the bulk sms.

                              For so long, I've been receiving the bulk SMS from TM and TD groups. Per day I've been receiving 50 to 60 messages. It's really sort of harassment to mobile consumers. What to do?

                                Hello, I have been trying to activate my data service of Rs.299 on my Blackberry Curve 8900 since 25th May 2010.
                                it is now saturday 29th may and I still have not been able to get it activated.
                                I send the message 'airtelbb' to 121 and follow the procedure at the end I get a reply saying This Service is Unavailable. If you are new Prepaid Customer please try again after 24hours. What is this non-sense ?
                                i have been trying for the past 72 hours now, i still get the same error. I call customer car day and night. They do not seem to help. This is a SHAME on airtel. I have been a vodafone customer for the past 3 years and i had great difficulty in changing my number. And this is what airtel proves to be.

                                  I have using airtel services from last 4 year first I was having prepaid connection. Latter airtel telemarketers rigorously followed me for postpaid connection which they filled a form without my knowledge. I have given complaint to airtel that time even they didn’t gave me new sim for 15 days (complaint was lodged no action taken).

                                  Latter there services issues are remained same they were charged me extra which they given extra talk time after a complaint with core center (26/04/2009 12:36:16 complaint id[protected]core.nic.in))

                                  My current complaint is—1.they still charged me wrongly and extra

                                  2.my data was provided to third party companies for tale calling even after registration in DND(no.-)

                                  3. currently I have a pending bill of Rs 4450 for which they stopped my services I am ready pay the appropriate bill but they are charging even services are stopped
                                  4. i am getting threatening call from there recovery tale callers there language is very harsh and threatening (ph no.[protected])

                                  5. I have given time to time complaints regarding there network services which they was promising me was not solved. I had given 5 to 6 complaints for the same

                                  Consequences:
                                  1. I had got a mental stress and harassment by there threatening calls,
                                  2. I had suffered from mental harassment due to third party recovery call and tale marketing.
                                  3. I got financial loss due to there wrongly bill charging even after lots of complaints.
                                  4. Brake of trust.-

                                  Bharti-Airtel — Even after Several complaints not able to access my account online

                                  I have called up the Airtel-Delhi customer care and told them that I am not able to access my account online and always they tell me to try after some time and no progress on that.

                                  2) I have taken an add-on sim and requested for it to be added to the same existing account but it is not being done. everytime they give me a new answer.

                                  Bharti-Airtel — Fraudulently charging for unprovided service

On inquire of this on customercare(121) I got answer that they can't do anything because they are not able to find that what was actually going on.

                                  So plese take some rapid & legal steps on this matter.

                                  I have been getting an unwanted and wierd messages from an unknown person i called him back and warned him not to send messages but still he continues. he has made my life mess and hectic please help me for the above situation my number is [protected]

                                  But i had not sent any single SMS to any number and there is no sent meassage nor any report for the same in the Report option of the SMS. And also the number on which (as per the customer care executive) i have sent SMS did not receive any SMS from my number.

                                  AirTel — charging for unprovided service

                                  its painful to inform you that airtel calling providers are sometimes fraudlent to charge for no reason and sometimes the limits are crossed when they just charge for hello tunes and song selection without asking the customer even and unwanted messeges are received later on deducting the amounts making us feel very much inferiority about the company and its personel.
                                  i am using their provided internet service and get prepaid every month but to my surprise this time i was charged Rs.70.00 for no service or given advantage.Immediate after i tried to commnicate with airtel customer care but i was not connected to the officer directly and after this all of a sudden i got two sms constantly deducting the amount for hello tune Rs.30 and for song selection Rs.15 which was so disgusting and extreamly unbelievable.
                                  Sir,really i dont mind much for such feelings but i m aware for those uneducated people who would never know such events bringing losses to their pockets for nothing.
                                  I would like to request you to look in to the matter and get rid of the people from such losses.THANK YOU

Its return at Airtel envelope in which no. comes that we recharge the no. anywhere and anytime.                                     I toped up Rs 333 on myaccount but to fiind that only Re.1 has been added to my account.                                       Hi. My name is Krishna Mohan. Ive been loosing 90 paise every day from my airtel prepaid balence for no reason.... It just randomly shows "last call cost .90 Rs" or it shows "last call cost .30Rs" thrice a day at different times. Its been happening for about two months and the customer care service simply said that I've activated their service.. But when i ask them what service have i activated then they just says hold the line for a minute so that they can analyse but after a few minutes they says that i have no services activated and hangs up the phone without letting me speak a word...

                                      I am using iPhone 3G. I am a student doing B.Com. ... , I even tried sending STOP message to 121 but then they replies "Kindly note there are no services active on your AIrtel number. To 'START' a service, SMS 'START' to 121....
                                      Then why am I loosing money each day???

                                      Please help me as ive lost so much already in a period of more than a month.

                                        i am distributor of airtel prepaid. my location is
                                        vpo...sidhmukh teh.sadulpur dist(churu) rajasthan.
                                        i have disributorship since 2 years and bit more.
                                        i saw that there are no rule and regulations in airtel
                                        managemaent is seriously bad.my above officers have no manners.

                                        when any scheme comes they come near me and planned me.
                                        every time i take scheme. but trustly i haven''t get any prizes since .
                                        i get prizes only my capital.
                                        many times they said to me we have no prizes to give you.

                                        when i joned airtel my bts turnover is 60,000 rupess and my hard work makes it 5,00,000 lakhs per month.
                                        there are no services of mailing . becuse of they sayos on words which make lies.

                                        last year august oct november i have activeted 2000 sim per month but i have't get any prizes. thay says you don't achieve this scheme. thus i am in loss in last some months. this is why for not having mailing system.
                                        tm/zsm/zbm ignore it and say carry on in lossing.
                                        in 2010 in apirl month thay said me do activate 2000 thousand sims in two monts and get 30 gm gold butttt seee itt in last of apirl month they said me the scheme have changed scheme and says we have not any gold for you .

                                        thatt time have activated 1000 sim with my blance.
                                        i recharced 1000 sims with 10 rupees in each
                                        1000*10 =10000 i am in loss.
                                        now more thay rejected my documents almost totly. each document plenty
