Airtel Prepaid — Mobile connection Deactivated

I have purchased my mobile connection brfore 14 days after few days is deactivte But it is not activted till now.

My mobile no is [protected]

Pls my ba-is cut.airtel vice chat.deactivited the line.

I am too getting message, monthly once, informing that Rs.20 is charged towards (Subscriptions, TextBasedServices) Subscriptions service on airtel WAP.

I am also getting message, thrice in a month, informing that Rs. 20, Rs. 10 & again Rs. 10 are charged towards (Subscriptions, TextBasedServices) Subscriptions service on airtel WAP. Once it was complined to customer care, it credited my account with Rs. 10. But on the next day itself they again debited my account with Rs. 10. In fact, I don't know when I subscribed to this service. The customer care executives are also very rude.

I've been trying to deactivate by sending sms and calling customer care but nothing seems to help me
