[Resolved]  Airtel Retailer — not receiving balance transfer to customer

dear sir, i m retailer since last 5 year, i was gatting regular balance for transfer from distributor.but since last two week distributor can't transfer balance. he says that my fos [protected] can't transfer balance in my account. i had inquired to customer care [protected], they said there is no problame in my card my card is already lapu card, so please help my distibitor apsara enterprise, ahmedabad.
please do the needfull for the same. & help my distributor to help me.

Airtel — customer care no. block ki hai

Dear Sir
mera customer care no.kafi dino se block kiya gaya hai
mene pehale bhi E-MAIL karke complain ki hai lekin
abhitak mera customer care no. suru nahi huwa agar mera customer care no. date 05/11/2008 tak suru nahi huwa tome telecom regulatory authority of india ko Airtel ki complain karunga.

mera customer care no. suru karoto muje mere mobile pe bataya jaye
I am repeatedly getting messages on my mobile to pay my bill amounting to Rs.359/- I hv also recd a duplicate copy of the bill at my residence.

Pls note that I hv already paid mobile bill dated 24th april vide chq no.425074 amounting to Rs.359/-

Don't accept any confused terms and conditions from distibutor.
Always try to collect all activation plans before any activation and then collect your incentive . Do you know Airtel gives rs 50 per activation.

my lapu dosnt activate the sim card whenever i apply for the un bare the new sim they replay me your number is not maped in distributer list and when ever wrong recharg is done than when i apply for the blance they relpy your number is not authonticatted for lapu reversal

I have mobile shop in ghoti, duge appliance our distributor but not give service to us & all market, from last two mouth I complete but mr. mutunjay & mr. sachin Gawade your area sale officer not attends me. Than now from last 5 day, I call them from balance & all but not attend me as will as say I come in next week. duge say I don’t bill u, in rud words, in last year for igatpuri market Airtel so down why, plz attend the same . thank to attend me I wait for Your response

november me hame tm ne lapu skim de thi.200sim start karni thi. hamne 220 sim start ki thi & jo lapu se bataya tha. usi lapu se ki thi . but tm ne hamre lapu ke bajaye kesi dusare ka number de diya. aab hame vo bol rahe ki appne dusara lapu se act mare lekin hamne hamare lapu se mare thi.hamra pura tha 8500rs tha lekin sirf hame 5000 deye he . lekin aab manae kar raha .

As per your (BHARTI TELECOM) scheme, i had activated new customer no: with my lapoo sim no: [protected] with life time recharge rs. 499/ in the year[protected], since i have been no claim recevid by the distibutor of north zone Delhi.
(1) I reminded the TM, ZSM, but there is no response, why?
(2) Similer in Hutch & idea & other companies claim, we ve no problems.
(3) the claim how many years taking time by side of you ?
This is my second complaint direct to you, after not solving my problems by distributor Rohini (DELHI ), after that TM then ZSM.
I am facing (claim not reciving ) problems.
i am reminding to you day by day till, claim not received of last two years.

still I have all the records of my activation, of lapoo sim activation.

am retailer may be 1 or 2 year, my number is [protected]. very long time am not transer a easy in my sim. after few months back i contact my distubutor to transer some amount, he say your mpin is lost so a distubutor we can transfer a amount to you. but you cannot transfer the amount tht customer. i asked why you saying like that. he told me your mpin is lot so you cannot acess your account. the distubutor transfer rs.1 for me. whether the is in easy or not to checking purpose. then i got a message in that message he conformed my retailer sim is working at good condition only. but the mpin is not working. then i call 404 and i informed that to the retailer customer care. they said you go to the your distubutor and inform to him to send mail to TSM or TMS (i dont know correctly) but i informed to distubutor. after a two back the distubutor called and said i send a mail. now you send a sms MPIN to 202 shortly you received MPIN.i followed but reply is the sim is not in e tree.after few days. my retailer sim change into normal plan (customer plan).

so am asking i need my easy balance rs 16 or change the plan as retailer plan, i will continue my retailer job.
