Reg. Airtel SilverLine Network – Adyar

I took the Airtel post paid connection from Airtel SilverLine Network at Adyar (Besant Nagar Road).
I paid Rs: 300/- against this and took monthly 250 plan. I have given the copies following docs for the identity proofs.

• Passport
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Work ID card

I was told that the new number will get activated within the same day probably before 8PM, I was actually waiting for the same which was not happened for 3 days.
Third I called the person who represented me at Airtel SilverLine Network showroom to issue the new number and I really shocked that they sold my number to other person post it was issued to me as it was good number and the person may be closure to them.

I understood the situation and accepted for the new number as well, for the activation they told the same similar to fist number.
I called them many times and was getting reply as they will check and activate immediately…one week over.

After a week the executive was stopped picking my call.

*** NOW AIRTEL MAY HAVING ENOUGH CUSTOMERS AND NOT WORRING ABOUT NEW, BUT AIRTEL SERVICES VERY BAD NOW A DAYS***
I am customer of Airtel for 10 years, now by seeing current situation I am changing my service provider.

Earlier, I was struggled for 2 months to get my Broadband connection changed to new location. They took a month for placing the cable in my new house and another month for giving internet access.

With best of my knowledge I am posting this, it’s up to you that whether you can believe or not….?

      I had subscribed for Airtel 3G connection which was running fine. Sometime later I felt a drop in speed and overall performance and I logged in a complaint. First Airtel did not expect that there is any problem, upon giving relevant examples they took down the complaint and asked me to wait till 4 days for resolution. In the interim I opened a compliant on their website through my online account. To my surprise, the company representative called and told me that it is my misconception and the services are running fine and promptly closed the ticket even though I had specifically asked him NOT TO. They also closed the ticket on the website without any proper resolution. S.No. Ref. I am not sure how can they keep on charging when they are not providing me the service. THIS TOO WHEN I AM A CORPORATE USER. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENS TO REGULAR USERS I would NOT RECOMMEND Airtel plans or worse Airtel to anyone.

        We are using Airtel braodband 80Gb @2000 rs per month.
        we are living in PTC , Chennai area.
        Airtel DSL is down from 13-sep , there is no resolution provided.
        service becomes pathethic. I guess they are going mad after seeing their competitiors collapsing their business by cheaper offers, only thing we opted for airtel is because of reliable network, now that is also gone.

          dear sir i am usin airtel m-[protected] and i got an sms on 24/09/13 at 09:32 am

          smsfrom center-AX-650003

          3 experience offer! Get 1GB +1GB extra 3G data with recharge of Rs255 on your airtel mobile. Valid for 30days.Rechage NOW.

          after i conform from airtel helpline they told me i[censored] got sms then u can get the benifit of 2GB 3G internet in 255 then i recharge offer but i not got the benifit of 2GB...

          I got airtel 4g connection([protected]) on june 11th 2013, at the time of new connection, they verified address at home and also at office, and I personnally signed during personnel verification, and I got first month bill and paid it, but after two months they have barred my services saying that my home address is negative, without any intimation. due to this my business losses has occured almost 1 lakh,. In addition to this, further I have provided the asked documents, on 18 sept 2013, with deadline of 3 working days, still no one is properly responding to my call and continuously sending the bills promptly, I request the concerned team to please take appropriate actions on this issue.             Im the customer of Airtel DTH Customer ID [protected], 2 years back I have upgraded my STB with HD STB , 6 months back I had faced the remote control problem, so I tried to use the switches fixed on STB. To my surprised I have noticed that all the switches provide on the STB are getting stuck inside the STB, as the design of the STB is faulty means manufacturing defect. Now the company is not ready to accept the fault. Yesterday ie on 11.07.2013 I was asked to pay Rs. 350/- as an service charge for replacement of faulty STB free of cost . But when I recd the STB I noticed that the STB which is given as an replacement is a secondhand and repaired one. So i refused to accept as why for the fault of company I should take the defective/ repaired STB. Now, the persons with whom I was coordinating has refused to give me replacement. I would like to bring to your notice as how the customers are cheated by such a big companies. Also I would like to inform you- all the set top boxes which are supplied to the customers across the India must 100% facing the same problems., but no one has noticed the same. I would like to request you take immediate action against such company and help the citizens of India from such a cheating and get me the replcement of my STB with fresh one. The government of India is promoting the campaign for installation of STB all over the India, should also listen to the peoples and help them in getting the problems solved.
            This followup is being done by me for the last 6 months, but company is firm on its decession.
            I would like to request all the Airtel DTH users to check their set top switches working or not, if not then every one should ask for replacement of the same. It is a right of customer.

            For the last 6-7 months Airtel is not interested in solving my issue, After fooling to the customers like me Airtel is giving me the second hand / repaired set top box against my new unrepaired set top box.
            I have recd a call from Airtel DTH by Ms. Sutapa Sarkar - [protected], first of all she told me that my set top box has been replaced in the month of July 2013 which is absolutely wrong.
            Secondly she is asking me why I have noticed this fault after 1.5 yr.
            Thirdly as per companies policy Airtel is not in a position to replace my set top box freely & with new one.
            I have to pay Rs. 350/- & I will get second hand / refurbished unit which is not acceptable to me.

            Pl let me know what resolution you have shared with me ... without giving any solution what nonsense you are writing --- dont you people feel ashmed that a customer is facing the problem because of fault of a company and chasing the company for 6-7 month just following.

              sir,
              i am using my airtel mobile service since year 1994 when it reaches in h.p. i was the 3rd customer in shimla region. as i am facing problems of over charging of the company since the first day. sir, now as a matter of fact i am to submit that i am receiving wrong bills since last few months and again and again i am complaining the authorities for the same.sir, sometimes they send their representatives for resolving the complaint and the said persons gave us the written settlements but even after settling the matter and taking the full amount in shape of cheque they send wrong bills, not only this they even disconnected my numbers many times which cause me a big inconvenience. sir, these people are not a people of faith so please take a strong action against them at earliest. sir you are also requested to give me a some other relief such as compensation for the inconvenience caused due to company . sir bills and receipts given to me are also attached herewith for your strong action please.

I have cleared all my outstanding bill for the months and request you do the needful ASAP. Please do cancel the connection with immediate effect.                   From july 26 my broadband was not working i have logged almost 10 complaint but no resolution provided.And they have generated the bill for that 2 month cycle of internet.No i am getting calls from airtel daily asking to pay bill other wise they will send me illegal notice.

                      iam from ibrahimpatnam, near vijayawada, andhra pradesh, pin 521456...in my area airtel signal strength is so less some time it is even null...signal strength was nice till 6 months back..we are around 200 airtel connections in my place...now because of signal reason they are changing to some other servie provider...so please cheack the signal in my area and do somt thing for recovery of signal strength..

                          Airtel Account number :[protected]. Poor customer service including floor managers, supervisors, nodal as well as appellate officers. I have given a complain regarding indoor network coverage issue 5-6 times in a year but no one bother to take action against it. Every time daily 4-5 people from airtel gives a call and ask for the details but no one solve the issue and then they close the issue. When asked whom to comaplin if these people are not working properly, they say we will forward your complaint to the concern department. I do not know how airtel claim themselves as the best service provider. I think they need to put a check on this.

                                this is ajay kumar tripathi from sharda enterprizes. i have taken five post paid cug sim for office use on 13th september 2013 from Airtel executive Rupesh(mobile number [protected]). he has provided us five numbers in series([protected],48,49,50,51). but these numbers are not activated. when i communicated with him he take some references from his senior Ravi[protected] and told me that sim will be activated on sunday 22nd september. he also make me communicate with his senior ravi but sims are not activated yet and they are not giving me any satisfactory reply . plz look into the matter.

                                  amount from the talk value of My no.-[protected] is being deducted when net is used,in spite of net pack attached to it. this problem is since 7th. it started with a deduction of some 36 rs. from my account, which i thought might be due to excess net usage. Instantly i charged my net value on that very day with rs.128(transid[protected] but still the problem persists. Although the 30 days duration of the net pack was 7-8days left. And now the condition is worsened by the unskilled staff of airtel. I m sorry, but i want to make you aware that neither your outlet staff at arya nagar, kanpur, up. could do anything nor your customer call centre-198. only they could do was to provide me nos., initially some prateek sirs no.which i think, is not supposed to be received. and then this above mentioned reference no.which after 3 days says that i have been booked for a call back. Being a well wisher of airtel i would request the senior officials to take care of rising complaints graph . i hope this time i find my problem to be eradicated in 12 hrs. and still if it is not, i m sorry,it will be a real careless part from your side.

On[protected] she called and i was busy in my office and so i didn't picked up her calls he called me 7 times and later i called her back i was surprised to get the answer that her balance was deducted i asked her how much balance and how come when i dint pick your call she said 100 was balance it had been deducted completely i advised her to call customer she called up i was brought to my notice that customer care officer was not at all interested in listening our problem in fact he keep on giving his foolish answer that u talked with your husband for 1 hour and then my wife asked her how come it happened that in 100 rs i talked for 1 hour at once he disconnected the call and i think he deleted the recording again she called same answer and disconnected the call third time my wife asked them in strict manner they said u made a call of 17 sec and 11 seconds it was so strange that no call was picked and still you deducted the balance. its is completely the matter of cheating and misuse of your services which shows what kind of services you are giving to customers and how you treat them it seems there is no one to ask you about your all misdeeds and in India this is the real face of service providers this so embarrassing and humiliating that business in India is running on the grounds of cheating and misbehaving with customers who are main pillars for organization i will report this incident to every concerned government authority in India about your illegal business practices that this is the real picture of companies and i will surely mail to Sunil Bharti Mittal staff on my end it not about money its about your character and i will publish this on internet Regards' Aman Singh Malik Industrial Psychologist Tallina Manpower Solutions Tallinn Estonia +[protected]

                                      sir/maam, my number is [protected], M from nagpur, m using the airtel postpaid number. and August month bill is Rs.3251.76 in June month i made the recharge of airtel rs. 125 internet recharge of 1 GB. But in June month itself airtel somehow deactivated the 125 rupee plan and activated the 2 GB, 3 month validity plane by themselves without notifying me... and in three months they didn't even called me for the same and even not asked me for that... I never had the Bill amount more than 600 rupee. Rs.125 recharge is done my the airtel office for which we don't have any voucher. It is done one time and rest for life time till i request airtel to discontinue the internet plan. Even there is nothing mentioned in the bill that the 2GB plan is activated on this number... many times i complaint for the same in airtel since 7/9/2013 till 23/9/2013 but no one responded me...and the last date of bill is 24/9/2013 even on facebook, AIRTEL INDIA no one came to talk to me, just said they will contact me but not, They think that this is poastpaid plane whatever the bill is customer will have to pay for it..since customer are bounded.. I cannot attach the photoproof of the airtel bill, since they are password protected and is in pdf formt..
