I got airtel 4g connection([protected]) on june 11th 2013, at the time of new connection, they verified address at home and also at office, and I personnally signed during personnel verification, and I got first month bill and paid it, but after two months they have barred my services saying that my home address is negative, without any intimation. due to this my business losses has occured almost 1 lakh,. In addition to this, further I have provided the asked documents, on 18 sept 2013, with deadline of 3 working days, still no one is properly responding to my call and continuously sending the bills promptly,
I request the concerned team to please take appropriate actions on this issue.

[protected] - Sathish This is the guy who gave the connection to us. we actually have two 4mbps connection in our office. Sathish talked very well until we opened the connection. He told to contact him if there was any problem at all. when we were facing the connection problem we called him and he didnt respond properly. he spoke very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. He told he wont be responsible for any of these problem. i am very disappointed because he was all good until we open the connection then he didnt respond or respect when we have problem.
We are a leading internet marketing company in tamilnadu. Our business is based on the internet services. i would strongly suggest other companies not to get airtel connection for their businesses.
We lost more than 3 lakh rupees last month because of this problem. We called customer care daily, but no response.
