Sir,
I have recharged for net Rs 98(2 GB) with free surfing, but very first time 50 Rs is detected from my account while i didn't down load any thing,kindly guide why this happened

Dear sir,
I enquired from airtel office and came to know that my services are stopped due to third party use of my phone.It is very surprising that if SIM is taken in the name of my wife and if there is call from your office and phone is attended by another family member then how you can say that it is third party use.it means that only one person will attend phone even in case of emergency.you are also not providing the proof of name whether it is correctly recorded in your record or not.My SIM card is pre paid so not getting any bill so i am not able to see the correct name and address.
It has been told that even if phone is not lifted then they will also stop the services in the name of verification.It is totally wrong because we are getting plenty useless calls from airtel and it is not necessary that i must attend all calls.I also don't know whether call is from airtel or fraud.
It is my humble request to send a written letter or through email for verification before taking any action.I have to go to your office only to discuss problem as you are not resolving problems on phone or through mail. It is one kind of harassment to customer as there is wastage of time as well as money.I have to apply again as informed by your executive even there is no mistake from my side.I am interested in your SIM as i am getting the same number otherwise not happy with services.Kindly tell me the name of the SIM holder as per your record to verify the same.Pl reply immediately and improve the services otherwise customer will switch over to others.Rest is up to you.

I was using airtel prepaid no. [protected] since 2008. Since January 2012 I didn't use this number &it was deactivated. I called customer support([protected]) in the last week of July 2012 & I was told that my no is not yet assigned to anybody and will be activated within 24hours. I was told the balance is zero.When my number didnt get activated even ater a week, I called the customer support again on 23/08/2012.I was told to recharge my mobile to get it activated. I did recharge my mobile with Rs.50/-. But still my no was not activated. Again I called support and I was told recharge was not successful and i need to recharge with Rs 31 to get it activated. i did it but no luck. Again I called cust support ,I was told the balance is now Rs. 24 and I need to recharge with Rs31 followed by Rs.2 to activate it. I did it. but still No didnt get activated. Again i called cust support. It was told me that I dint do recharge of Rs.2 immediately after rs31., it didnt get activated. So next day I did the same way. But still my No didn't get activated. I kept on following with cust support till today. But no proper solution from them and I was in vein. I tried calling my own number from a different airtel number and for my shock!!! somebody answered the call. Upon asking the person said that this No. got assigned tom a month ago. I called customer support & they said it cannot be reassigned to me. But what about the money I recharged??? The supervisor told me that, if I give any airtel prepaid No. they will refund my amount by recharging that No. I gave [protected]. And they kept me on hold and call got dropped. Since last 5 hours I called customer support several times & each time either they kept my call on hold or told will transfer to concerned person and thy kept on disconnecting the call. After struggling for 5hours, I could talk to one supervisor and he said that we cannot give you refund. Now, who is responsible for all the humiliation I am going through since last 2 months? What about the valuable time I spent talking to customer support ????
Why was wrong information given to me??? Why did they ask me to recharge it when it is assigned to other person??? Why was I told that the number will be activated for me in the call itself ?? Why did the cheat me???? Who is going to give me back the compensation for my valuable time that I spent talking to customer support which did not yield anything?? I need justice... I request the concerned person to take necessary action against Airtel for this mess and do the needful. And make sure that this kind of humiliation is not done to any other customer like me.

I am using airtel postpaid service. My number is [protected]. I get a
new android cell phone on 3rd of September 2012. On 6th of September I
received a sms that I am getting free 133 MB of internet service for
free. On 7th of September I get sms that I have already used 97MB of
data service and on 8th 170MB. I called to customer care about this
and they have told me that I am getting 500MB of internet service for
free till 4th of October. so I deactivated that internet service for a
while that whenever I'll be in need I will use it. But Now they said
that I am getting charged for this and I have to pay 1600 Rs for this
so called FREE SERVICE.
I am feeling cheated. I never expect this thing happening in airtel
services. I was having complete trust in your company but now I feel
like a fool who get tricked.

This is regarding Reebok wrist watch issue 1 month ago I had booked online airtel digital TV connection through airtel website, While booking online it was told that i will get Reebok watch worth Rs2500/- if i book it online.

I paid 1790 Rs through debit card, as per procedures it is installed on my billing address, but i so far i didnt received Reebok watch worth Rs2500/-

I have raised so many complaints at airtel.they given false assurances, I got the call from sales team, said it will be delivered on my address within 1 week, when I asked about POD status or courier agency name they disconnect my call.

Dear Sir,

My family has been suffering from the last several time from tower radiation.Approximately 1000 of the houses around the tower.We go there every 8 hours light in our village Gandhli and equipped in tower janretor it because most people are very disturbed by noise.Tower's very near our home and we did not even signature tower to build on the form, however, have been erected here tower.Last many times from many of our family members suffer from the disease, so we ask that we move away from here, this tower.If this is not tower moved away, we'll take measures steps against the company.We radiation and noise from the tower very annoyed with him for so you accept our request and move this tower in safe place as soon as possible. I hope you will take right decision for my request.kindly replay my request.

I want to register a complaint against airtel that i got large amount of bill Rs 429 and when i called airtel customer support, they told me that we have changed your plan and free msgs are not allowed on other numbers and you can send msgs to airtel only. Its a pwd plan. And without any information given to me, how can they change the plan. When i talked to tham, they said that they sent me a sms regarding change of plan but i have not recieved a single msg from airtel. I have more connections running under same address and same
But on all the numbers, i had not recieved any msg.
I just want to say that either airtel should waive off the extra charges made by tham without informing me or i will not pay the bill and will disconnect all the numbers.

my balance is deducted by rupees 15 on[protected] without any information.when i contact to customer care they did not give satisfactory answers.this happend to me several times so plz consider my request & return my balance.

Sir, Today I saw a message in my mobile that read 'you have been charged rs.60 for hello tunes for 90days'. I have no idea about the hellotunes and i didn't subscribe for it ever. There was a number at the end of message which said if you want to unsubscribe, dial to this number. I dialled and unsubscribed from that useless service. Then, i called customer care executives, which turned out be a waste of time, money and energy. He was charging me for talking to him and for 90% of our call duration, he used to keep me on hold and even then he used to come out with useless information from the system. In simple words, he didn't even know that what to do for my complaint. I want the refund of my 60INR, as soon as possible or else i might have to use other ways.

I have activated internet daily pack on 15 sept ( 50 mb in 5 rs), still i was incorrecty charged for net browsing.i was charged 6 rs extra. Please look in to this matter.

Sir, I have a Mumbai sim card from Airtel (no. [protected]). On 13the September I lost my Samsung Duos mobile withe theis sim card no. This is a Mumbai sim card no. I am a resident of Mumbai theough now I work in Noida but travel to Mumbai very often bothe for work and personal stay ans hence I have retained my Mumbai number. I tried to get theis sim card blocked by calling thee Airtel contact centre ([protected]). I must have made atleast 4 calls as theey keep you on hold and never come back to you. Lastly I spoke to one Firoze Bhosale (maybe a false name) who refused to block my sim card. He kept asking me when I had made thee last recharge and what was thee validity of thee recharge. How can I tell him when I made thee recharge & its validity as theis information is available on thee phone instrument theat I lost. I told theem to ask me for some otheer verification like date of birthe, address, alternate telephone number etc. I even went to thee nearest police station at Sector 58 Noida today i.e.[protected]because theey are not blocking thee sim) and made an FIR for thee lost sim which I theen took to thee Airtel Relationship Centre at Shopprix Mall, Sector -51 Noida. The relationship people refused to take my complaint and block thee sim saying theat theey don't have thee Mumbai database available withe theem. I even checked withe theem if i can visit theeir Head Office in Delhi or Noida and request for blocking theis phone. Is theis thee kind of service theat a huge telecom service provider provides? I even said theat what if a criminal or terrorist uses my number as it is a stolen unblocked number for illegal and dangerous activities, would theat be ok withe you? I want theis matter taken up very seriously as it could be a danger to people and to our country.

I had made a payment of Rs: 2792.42 against my airtel mobile number [protected] in the month of November 2011 which was not in use for 3-4 months as I have moved out of Bangalore and when called on the number, the message heard was that the number does not exist but I did make the payment and asked to close the number by calling the customer care.

Now I am being asked to pay an amount of Rs. 1948.53 and being threatened of legal action if I do not make the payment by September 20th 2012. The number I am being sent the bill for does not exist. I do not understand why am I liable to pay the bill for a number which does is not used by me and infact a number which does not exist.

My airtel is No.[protected] and i am in Chennai. I requested airtel to shift for connection,when i talked to customer service they said it will be done but request number in sms didn't come After a week i raised the request again for shifting and then they processed it.Its seem in my location shifting connection cannot be done. So that i activated safe custody and then for not using broad band connection they have charged the amount.i called to customer service then i explained the situation,they said they don't have first request record,so they are compelling me to pay that amount. I said that i have made all my payment through net banking without any delays.I was honest also but you are just like money minded. Don't even caring for honest customers. Is it my fault that first request didn't get into file and recorded properly. I have wasted my money and time in all this. I clearly said that how will i pay the money for unused. Whats airtel is going to do for me?

MY CELL PHONE NO IS [protected] AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS AIRTEL (AFTER DOING PORTABILITY FROM BSNL ), TO AVOID EXCESSIVE USAGE I HAVE REQUESTED THEIR CUSTOMER CURE DEPT TO FIXED MY CREDIT LIMIT TO Rs 3500/- . BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE BILL (PERIOD 2/08/2012 TO 01/09/2012 ) I GOT TERRIBLY SHOCKED WHILE LOOKING AT THE BILL AMOUNT , IT WAS RS 8275.74 . I HAD WRITTEN SEVERAL MAILS TO THEM BUT IN NONE OF THE REPLY THEY EXPLAINED THAT WHY THEY DID NOT BARRED MY LINE WHEN IT HAS EXCEEDED THE CREDIT LIMIT.
WHEN A CUSTOMER WANT TO KEEP THE BILL AMOUNT WHITEN LIMIT THEN HOW COME A SERVICE PROVIDER VIOLET THE RIGHTS OF A CUSTOMER.
