[Resolved]  AJS Builder — Delay in Residential Project - AJS Builder

I have also booked a flat in AJS height indirapuram, sales manager Mr. Ali from ajs builder is continously commiting that within two three months we will start our project. some body advise us how to get money from cheaters.

I have also inversted in Indrapuram Project . I dont think any hope .We should unite to fight against them and get money back.

Even I had booked a flat at the same time and the same individual Mr. Ali is continously providing with number of excuses. I think let's all get together and file a formal complaint against the builder, no point talking to them.

Hello Everybody

I had visited AJS office on 2nd Feb and met Ali Haider in regard to the Indirapuram project. On my repeated enquiries on the status of the project, Ali had nothing to say except "to be patient and remain invested as the project would start in 3-4 months. I asked him what different R U going to do this time that the project would be commercialized...As usual he had no answers...Even the basic i.e. boundary demarcation has not done on the site even after 3 years.

I have boooked 2 flats with my wifes name in Indirapuram project of this builder in 2007. Depite regular promises to launch within 2 to 3 months everytime. But of no use. False promises are being made. Around 42 people who made the bookings united and had the meeting with Managment in Feb 2010. Mamgt promised to launch it within max. eight months n to review it in May. But in May after putting pressure Mgmt. had a meeting with us. We asked to tell what has been done so far. Mr. Gujral n Mrs. Madhu Singh, CMD refused to show us any papers n asked to come after three days. After days when four people approached them they shown one doccument by which we came to know that a litigation was pending on the said land since 2002. So it is clear that when AJS Builders did the the bookings the land was disputed. We have also came to know that the litigation is in Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad. It is clear that land is disputed and UP Govt. has imposed Section 4 on this land means that the land can not be aquired. It is clear that the builder has made a big fraud. We r trying to form a forum to fight with the builder
