M/s AJS Builder Pvt Ltd address- 1st floor ,8, Sahid Bhagat Singh Marg, New Delhi 01 and 805, Antriksh Bhawan, KG Marg, New Delhi 01 have been directed by Hon Consumer court to refund money with interest BUT it is surprising to find that AJS Builders have long back vacated these places.So who will pay and from where ???? another cheating .AJS should have intimated Hon court their new address if any. Incidentally their case is in Patiala...

I had invested RS. 2.63 LAKHS in their indirapuram project 5 years back .since the project did not start i applied for refund. after numerous visits to their office they told that money will be refunded but since so many people have applied for refund it may take some time .
WE can come together and stand against them and make sure that the money invested by the investors is returned.

I would like to bring into notice I have invested money in the Hill View project Gurgaon Sector 62, of AJS Builder Pvt. Ltd. through signature a broker in Gurgaon. It was communicated to me by signature that LOI will be available in 3-4 months and construction will also start in 5-6months time. I have paid money 20% as and when demanded. It has been more than 2.5 years, the project hasn't started. there is no progress...

Since then their has been no progress on the project and only false commitments from the company on the commencement.
