I had invested RS. 2.63 LAKHS in their indirapuram project 5 years back .since the project did not start i applied for refund. after numerous visits to their office they told that money will be refunded but since so many people have applied for refund it may take some time .
WE can come together and stand against them and make sure that the money invested by the investors is returned.

Hi,

I would like to bring into notice I have invested money in the Hill View project Gurgaon Sector 62, of AJS Builder Pvt. Ltd. through signature a broker in Gurgaon. It was communicated to me by signature that LOI will be available in 3-4 months and construction will also start in 5-6months time. I have paid money 20% as and when demanded. It has been more than 2.5 years, the project hasn't started. there is no progress...
