We have purchased an AKAI Colour TV in June-2010 but within a month time, it got dead and now its not working. We registered a complaint at[protected] with reference number KAR[protected] on 10-JULY-2010 and they have committed service within 24 hours but now today, more than 3 days have gine but no action taken on it and there is no engineer visited at our home.. RS 700/- PAID. NOW BEING ASKED TO PAY 45% OF NEW CTV WHICH IS INCORRECT. PLEASE REPLACE CTV EARLIEST.
