[Resolved]  akbartravelsonline — Ticket is not issued even after payment completion

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday (20/june/2011) I booked a ticket for Delhi to Bangalore to travel on 4th July, but ticket PNR status has been showing as "In Process" that means my ticket is not gets confirmed on the same time amount is also deducted from my account(7000). I have called to spice jet airlines call center to confirm the status but in reply they said we need to confirm from akbar travels as I booked my ticket through "Akbartravelsonline". In such cases usually amount gets deposited itself but I have checked in my account it is still showing with loss of 7000 Re.

I have been trying for so long at "Akbartravelsonline" call center but all lines are busy.
