[Resolved] Alliance Broadband Internet Service Provider — Poor service (not answering to complaints) | |||
Hi, I am a customer of Alliance Broadband internet service provider(Tollygunge) from last 1.5 years,and had some terrible experience with this organization.After getting frustrated with the service of this service provider I have decided to lodge this complaint against this company. It is a very bad experience working with them.Every 2nd day there connection gets disrupted and after informing them they don't care to send anyone to resolve the issue.Even sometimes they don't bother to pick up the complaint calls.Many times I used to call 7-8 times within a span of 1 hours,but some bogus people sitting over there in there office don't bother to send anyone to checkout what happens. Today on 8th October I have lodged a complaint that I don't have internet connection since morning on 9:30 morning and its 12:15 but they did'nt send any person to my location.I've faced huge losses and problem both from financially and officially for there unprofessional and extremely poor service towards consumer.
