[Resolved]  Alliance Nirmaan Ltd — False promises made

I booked a flat in Cedar highs Classic Project, Rudrapur in Feb 2008 and paid the booking amount Rs. 1,99000/-. The possession date of the flat was 15 months from the date of booking but till now the construction of the building is yet not started in which I have my flat. I talked to many people in alliance office and everyone said that due to various reasons this project is delayed and when I asked about the penalty, nobody returned back. It’s been 4 yrs now and still I came to knew that it will take more time and yet the work is not started. They created the agreement in such a way that they don't have to pay the penalty. In my case i think they knew before hand that they will not start the project and i will not also be able to ask them the penalty. But i have already filed the consumer complaint against them and awaiting response. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE read this and never invest in their project. They are there just to cheat and break people's trust....
