ALSTOM — BILL DELIVERY SYSTEM IS NOT GOOD

I an sushil kumar mandal my mobile no. is [protected](vodafone no.)
my billing date is every 3rd. day of month and last date
of bill pay 21st in every month.
But this month still now i have not receive my mobil bill.
I new from vodafone coustomar my bill amount Rs. 509.
Now i want to know Rs.100 fine add in next bill ?.
if Rs. 100 fine in next bill i can't pay fine money
because its vodanone fault not my.

ALSTOM — Not able to get the connections

Dear Sir
This is to inform you that a company named "DISTANCE TELECOM" came to my residence & collected Rs. 500 for a new MTNL connection
But till dated inspite of repeated request, they are not responding.
I need your help so that i will be able to get the connection at the earliest

Hello All,

I got a call from Mr Rohit from the same company for a broadband connection from MTNL. He promised he will get connection early and will give support event after installation. I applied for MTNL connection with same company. They promised me to install connection within 1 week. Even after 15 days with many followup nothing has happened. Now they say "Sarkari Kamo mein to time lagta hai". Whenever now I call them they just disconnect the phone. Anybody who can help? Please let me know what to do. I have already paid Rs 500/- to this company.

Is there anybody who can help me in getting connection installed or get my 500 refund. I'm fedup with this company. I recommend other people not to deal with this company. THEY ARE FRAUD.
