Alto Lxi — exchange of battery | |
I MOHD KAMAL REIDENT OOF LUCKNOW CAMPELL ROAD HAD PURCHASED THE MARUTI CAR MODEL NO alto lxi chassi no 1077378 on 21/4/08 from bright four wheel sales vikas nagr ring road .The engine no stated on my service booklet is 421992 with battery code as 71374 . Ihave done the first servicing of my car as per market time on 06-05-08 with job no as 0054095 from marketting times. My car on 13 july had experienced some problem in starting when i approached the service centre they discovered thet the battery fitted in my car does not match with one stated in my service booklet .The battery fitted in my car has the battery no 03304 where as in my booklet it is stated as 71374. even i have been given a corected booklet from the dealer having registration no as 1305 with maruti udyog. kindly tell me what to dowhether to go to court or to lodge an FIR. MY FATHER MOHD KAMAL HAD BOUGHT MARUTI ALTO LXI CAR FROM bright 4 wheel sales pvt ltd VIKAS NAGAR LUCKNOW ON /04/08.THE CAR HAS THE RC NO AS B-0690509.THE SERVICE BOOKLET STAES THE BATTERY NO AS 71374WHERE AS WHEN I EXPERIENCED THE STARTING PROBLEM I TOOK THE CAR TO THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY SAID THAT THE BATTERY FITTED IN MY CAR DOESNT MATCH WITH ONE STAED IN MY SERVICE BOKKLET . THE BATTERY FITTED IN MY CAR HASTYHE CODE AS 03304. EVEN I HAD BEEN GIVEN THE CORRECTED BOOKLET FROM THE DEALER.
AS I HAVE DONE THE FIRST SERVICING AS PER THE MARKET TIME THAT IS ON 06/05/08 WITH JOB NO 0054095 FROM MARKETING TIMES OKHLA PHASE 1 NEW DELHI .
