Dear sir,

It is informed you that myself Sarabjt Singh . I had bought a new ALTO LXI ( EURO 4 TECHNOLOGY) on 21st May 2010 and the car no. is DL 9C W 6710.But this car is giving me lots of problems and defected piece is sold by your company. The voice of the Engine gets bad and too noisy when the car is in 3rd and 4th gear . This has been checked by me in other MARUTI ALTO LXI with EURO 4 ENGINE TECHNOLOGY but their voice of engines was normal while mine was not. On 4th June i went to service station (COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD. MEHRAULI NEW DELHI ). They told that car has problem , so you leave your car with us. On 5th june , they said that my car is ok and you can take it to your home. But while testing my car i found that the problem was still there.

So, i talked with Mr. VIKAS GUPTA (TSM) and he checked the car. Mr. VIKAS GUPTA found that the ENGINE S MOUNTING was defected They had changed it. On 8th june while taking my car back i checked that the problem was same. Then I, told to me Mr. BHARGAV ( GENERAL MANAGER OF COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD ) regarding this and he told me that you should use your car for 10 to 15 days and let the voice get increase . As we are not able to enquire the defect then on 2nd July i went again to (COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD) and this time , i told them that the voice problem was same in the engine and there was some defect in SHOCKER also. while delivering the car the problem s were same . Then i again ranged up Mr. VIKAS GUPTA and he asked me to go to MSM OKHLA..On 21st July , i went to MSM OKHLA . Over there Mr. CHAWLA ( GENERAL MANAGER OF MSM OKHLA ) checked my car and took test drive with me and he found that the car has problem and you should left your car with us for 2 days. On 24th july, they showed me the parts which they had changed in my car and they are as followed :

1. FINAL GEAR
2. SHAFT IN GEAR BOX
3 LEFT SHOCKER

Then, i took test drive of my car with Mr. CHAWLA (G.M) but the noise problem of engine was again the same and finally Mr. CHAWLA told me that the they will check the (SILENCING SYSTEM ) and the other parts of the car and will keep the car for 2 days.

From the above stated story , its proved that the DEFECTIVE MARUTI ALTO LXI has been sold to me which has cause a lot of mental and physical harassment to me and from past 60 days of purchase the car has been kept in service station for 10 days . MARUTI SERVICE STATION AUTHORITIES whom i have visited related to my problem , they made my fool. Now , i want that MARUIT COMPANY should reimburse my money and take their ALTO LXI back because this car is not for my persnol use but meant for Service Stations. Otherwise , i will knock the doors of CONSUMER COURT .

Alto Lxi — manufecturing fault in between head and cylencer

my name is govind and in april 2008 we baught a maruti alto lxi model (temp. no. 9494). lagbhag 1 mahine baad humne gadi ke engine ke ander faltu ki aawaz suni jisko lekar hum vipul service station faridabad gaye. wahan ke manager ne gadi dekhne ke baad bola ki ye dikkat aajkal alto main aa hi rahi hai gadi garam hone per head aur cylencer ke beech wale nut nikal jate hain. tum log gadi yahin de jao main insurence wale se replace karwa doonga . ab maamla ye hai ki na to wo part replace hua aur na hi theek hua bus head main lagne wale nut ka hole thoda bada karke usmen bada bolt laga diya gaya hai . sala ye kya matlab hai jab jugad hi karwan tha to fir nayi gadi lene ka kya fayda. insurence karwane ka kya fayda.
aur fir usse aacha to hum log jeep le lete. jisme har time aawaz aati rahti hai. abhi kal hi hum log gadi waha se wapis lekar aaye hain aur gadi main aaj bhi aawaz hai. agar maruti aisi hi service provide karti hai too fir galat gadi humne choose kar li hai ...mere hissab se ye sab galat hai jab aap log sahi dhang se service nahi de pa rahe hain to fir faltu ki add mat kariye ...ye fir apni galti manne per usee sudhariye...

Alto Lxi — Vibration at 70 -80 in my car

I have purchased a Alto Lx-i in Aug-07. From last sevral days i am facing vibration pronlem at 70-80km speed. I gone at rewari Apra agency and checked Allignment and wheel balancing, but problem still as it is. Please take a necassary action on this and revert.

RE: ENQUIRY FOR NEW ALTO CAR — POOR CUSTOMER HANDLING

I am using maruti car since 2001 and recently i have made up my mind to buy another car of maruti ALTO . I visited competent automobiles - C.P., new delhi branch. Few days after i got a call and i enquired for WINE RED COLOUR. They said it is discontinued so i CAN SEE other colour if i visit to their showroom again. I visited to the showroom on 2nd jun-09 around 6.20 pm and on the main gate some executive were chatting and standing like party mode. However, i asked for the concerned person who called me up to see the other available colour of alto. But i was informed by them that the concerned person has off for the day. One of them tried to help me out but he said THE WINE RED colour is available but he cant show me the new car. He told me the one of the car standing outstanding and i can see it. I was surprised that on the phone i was told that wine red is discontinued and that executive told me that it is available. i was in dilemma that what to do. He insisted me to go for booking. but i was not happy with their customer service orientation. although my complaint is not that much big but when it comes to MARUTI SUZUKI for whom customer is GOD. i was surprised on their atitude. was it ego or proud thta they are selling highest car in india, or their marketing staff just work on their own set up ethics and not for the customer need and they could turn my enquiry into sales but i was disappointed to see their attitude and behaviour with customer. it may not be me, may be other person. I would like to protest for it and changed my mind to switch to other car now.

Alto Lxi — water flashing in car in rainy season

I purchased the Alto Lxi model in Jan 2009. Noe in rainy season water is flashing inside the car from underneath of the seat. I registered complaint but no response till .

maruti/ a star car — new defective car delivered by competent automobiles co.

I come from a very middle class family.i have never brought any vehicle in my life. i recently thought to purchase first car of my life.We were inspired by MARUTI CO. advertisement of Maruti A Star on TV Channels honored with “CAR OF THE YEAR AWARD” and we thought to join your A Star Club.



We were proud to purchase a new Maruti car A Star VXI vide temporary registration no. HR99ET7491(M) from MARUTI authorised dealer M/S COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES GURGAON on 25th September 2009.



But the same day we had a horrible experience with the new car. The car delivered to us was defective. Very first day the car was stopping while changing gears from 1st to 2nd. We were supposed to go last weekend on holidays with our family but soon our charm of purchasing a new car was crushed and every one in family are in state of shock.



We had informed COMPETENT CO. next day in the morning about the same. The mechanic came in evening and told that the car cannot be repaired on road and it has to be taken to workshop. We got a call on 27th Sept. that our car is ready vide job card no. 407844 dtd. 26th Sept. 09.



We refuse to accept the defective car that was delivered to us on 25th Sept. 2009 and as such we request to provide us with a new car . They have refused to change the car .we request you to kindly

Alto Lxi — Regarding Accidental Insurance Claim

Dear Sir

This is regarding my car Maruti Suzuki Alto LXI Regn No.UP 32 CW8524.I had purchase this cars in the month of Aug-09 from one of Maruthi Dealer One Up Motors . At that time dealer conveyed me that there is LPG model is also availabel in ALTO LXI . So I had taken that model . All papers formalties was completed by you dealer executive Mr. Anil. & Mrs. Kushboo .

Now few days before I have got accident ( i.e on[protected] and one side of car is damaged including front car bumper . So for repairing my car through Insurance Company ( i.e IFFKO TYOKYO ) I went to your One Up Service center . But there person told me due to LPG details is not endorse in your Insurance Policy we can not give you repair claim . So again I went your One UP Showroom where I met with Mrs. Prinkya Shukla [(Insurance Executive)Ph No. -[protected]] she confirm me that your LPG will be endorse in your car policy with in 24 hours .

From that day I am continusely following One Up lady but neither I am getting any responce nor got any satisfactory answer .

Now I am unable to use my vehicle . Should I go to the Consumer court for this .
Kindly Confirm me who will take care of my problem .

Sir,
With reference to your complain to RBI I inform to you that from RBI have sent SMS to my mobile phone that all certificates is not issued from RBI and we do not holding your fund but I am in doubt about their reply because how RBI got my mobile no.Only V.K.SHARMA of RBI and DIPLOMAT PAUL PHILIP knew my mobile no.So the matter is very confusion.

I think any causes they refused about my certificates and my fund.

I would like to know it will be better if they refund my paid money 50,000INR because I am a very poorman.I do not want my fund.

Alto Lxi — Cancellation of intimation

On 3rd Nov.' 2010 I got replaced rear glass of my Alto LXI car from Standard agencies Maruti service centre at Delite Talkies, Jabalpur. Initially I asked to replace it with insurance facilty so, I had signed the formalities. But afterwards insurance representative told me that cost of glass is not too much, hence it is better to pay cash for it. I agreed him and made cash payment for the same as well as I asked him to cancell the insurance claim which I have not availed, he assured me that it will be cancelled. But it is regret to say that it has not been cancelled till date. This, I came to know while renewal of insurance policy. Therefore it is requested to kindly cancell the intimation so that I can get No claim benefit in renewal of policy. My Vehicle No. is MP20 CA 9768.

Alto Lxi — SERVICE NOT GOOD

I have given my car for service on 5 SEP. 2012 in Berkeley automobile limited Punchkula i have told some problem in car i.e water come from car Flor inside the car and i m not satisfied from service because the problem still in the car. my car detail is HR70-9721 please take some action about it.
