this is regarding my alto lxi , rj22 ca 3725.
i have got my car serviced 15 days back.
no one cared about charging or checking acid in my battery. this is second instance in 1 year that my battery has got damaged completely. i have a wagonr and a alto lxi . and i have decided that will not recommend maruti to anyone because of very very very ... careless service centre of lmj maruti in pali city. what is going on do anyone care...

i have purchased alto lxi on 26/6/2012.with the commitment that on 26/6/12 car will be given with Sony stero but on 26/6/12 they told that stero was out of stock. after one month they called me that stero has been recd.
i went the showroom for fitting the Sony stero but they fitted the deacon stero. I don;t know the name of the company of that stero. i asked to replace it but they refuse it saying that it is of good quilty.SAME DAY...

I have received my Form 21 &22 Etc. in Hypothecation Of SBI, While I took loan from My employer i.e. NHPC Ltd. After sending my Documents back to the dealer for correction, I still not received any response. The last date of submitting the Formal documents in my employer's HR department is going to an end. Kindly do the need ful.

I have purchased alto lxi on Date 18june2010 but after that i have not satisfied as below detailes

1. Ac is not properly working & when it starts work then it is
untilness or bad voice.
2. When i open the window there is again starts sound.
3. When i press the clutch then is not pressed properly.
4.Horn is not working

Being an ex employee of Mark Auto Industries which is part of Maruti Industries, would like to know your opinion about a very pathetic purchasing experience. I decided to buy new Maruti 800. Thereafter got it cancelled due to some reasons. Applied to Alto from the same vendor. Got that cancelled as well due to some reasons. Finally purchased Alto Exi from Rohan Motors whose services were excellent. Paid Rs. 10000/-...

I have bought a car few days back, which have a rear door (handle) problem from the very first day when i pointed out the same the dealer M/s Berklay Automobiles told me to come any time this is a minor problem. I went next day they deputed their denter he did his work with hammer and other tools after half an hour he sort out that problem but make the dent also with his hammer work.

I have purchaced new Maruti Alto LXI in August'2008. Till date i have not recieved feedback form on new vehicle, nor on first service. The speedo meter of my vehicle is not working, & average fuel effeciency is not as per Maruti's declaration.
