[Resolved] Amaron Battery — In Warranty Period Replacement Not Given

dear sir /madam
i have purchased on dated 31st march 2010 amron 9ah battery for my pulsar 150cc bike .and after six months battery need to repalce due to some discharging problem after 3 visits at service centre of gandhidham they give me confrmation for battery replacement.bt bymistakes my warranty card was misplaced in dipawali cleaning bt i have purchase bill copy of my battery with serial no.bt right now the dealer requier warranty copy for replacement and they told me if i have no warranty card then bill is not valid document for replacement so we cant replace the same

so please advice me

Iam Siva Prasad Kallipudi.I have applied for the PAN card
3 months before.I got the PAN number from the site provided.When i saw my PAN card status it is showing like it was dispatched from the center.But i have not yet received my PAN card till now.

MY BATTARY IS DEAD AND MY BATTARY IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT I HAVE LOST WARRANTY CARD BUT I HAVE ORIGNAL CASH MEMO FOR AUTHORISED DEALAR.PURCHASEING DATE OF BATTERY IS 16/03/2009 , BATTRY No. IS A2A1/8J0078794 AND ITS HAVE 48 MONTHS WARRANTY WHICH IS WRITTEN ON BATTERY.
PLZ REPLACE MY BATTRY AND OBLIDGE.

This my second time comlain to you that i've purchased amron battery for my byke which does'nt work properly. so i went to dealer for replacement but he is showing not interest in my complain. though i have warranty period for replacement. i purchased amaron pro battery form bombay battreies goregaon west for exchange of old one for 6200 rs. They told its best price and next day over they gave me quote of rs 5200 for same battery . So authorised dealer going cheater...
