MY BATTARY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE LOCAL AMARON BATTERY DEALAR SAYS BATTARY IS NOY DEAD. AND MY BATTARY IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT I HAVE LOST BATTERY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD BUT THE MANUFACTURING DATE OF BATTERY IS 22/06/2010 AND ITS HAVE 48 MONTHS WARRANTY WHICH IS WRITTEN ON BATTERY.
PLZ HELP ME.

i have purchased my battery from an authorized service dealer of Maruti car. The battery is dead and is under warranty. I have the original invoice but not able to trace the warranty card given to me during sale of battery. The manufacturing date mentioned on battery is 12/09 and I purchased it in Feb, 2010. The dealer refused to serve it under warranty. My issue is to ask your good self that Is my battery fake if I dont possess the warranty card? Does the company has its policy to abide by a mere paper or its product?

I am feeling a little cheated as well as ignored. Please provide solution.

i am from bangalore, i purchased a ups and battery from amaron just two months back.now it is not working at all .everytime i use to make a call to service center they wll promise me to come and rectify the problem .but they never come .this company i cheating so they dont believe them.this is a fraud company.
